Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von mit Schmiermittel versehenem und oberflächenbehandeltem Stahlblech mit hervorragender Verarbeitbarkeit beim Tiefziehen. Insbesondere betrifft die
Erfindung ein Verfahren, bei welchem ein durch thermische Zersetzung gebildeter Schmiermittelfilm
und ein hochmolekularer Schmierölfilm einen komplexen Schmierfilm bilden, der beim Tiefziehen eine
hervorragende Schmierwirkung ausübt
Unter »Tiefziehen« ist im Rahmen der E*rmdung ein
Verfahren zu verstehen, bei welchem die Seitenwand eines Bechers, der durch Pressen eines Stahlblechs mit
jn einem geeigneten Stanzstempel und einer Form hergestellt wurde, mitteis eines Stanzstempeis und einer
Form mit einem geringeren Spielraum zwischen der Form und dem Stanzstempel als der Stärke der
Seitenwand des gepreßten Bechers entspricht gedehnt ->>
wird, wobei die Stärke der Seitenwand verringert wird
und so ein becherförmiger Behälter erhalten wird. Nach dem Anbringen einer Endplatte erhält man dabei eine
sogenannte zweistückige Büchse.
Bei diesem Tiefziehen wird das Material stark beansprucht Wenn man das Ziehen mit einem
Stahlblech ausführt das mit einem normalen Schneidoder Maschinenöl geschmiert ist so tritt eine Verschmorung zwischen der Form und dem Material ein,
wodurch tiefe, gradlinige Schrammen an der Oberfläche der Büchse entstehen. Im ungünstigsten Fall bricht das
Material und eign t sich damit überhaupt nicht für den
Ziehvorgang. Die Erfindung geht aus von der Überlegung, daß sich das Auftreten von Schrammen
vermeiden läßt, wenn man einen Schmierfilm zwischen der Form und dem Material bildet so daß eine direkte
Berührung zwischen der Form und der Büchse vermieden wird. Im Rahmen der Erfindung wurde nun
gefunden, daß sich zum Erzeugen eines derartigen Schmierfilms oder einer derartigen Schmierflüssigkeit
mit starkem Widerstand gegenüber Zusammendrücken und Scherung ein tierisches oder pflanzliches öl, wie
z. B. Talg. Walöl, Palmkernöl oder Baumwollsamenöl, oder ein Mineralöl, wie z. B. Schneidöl, Maschinenöl
oder Spindelöl eignet das mit eine hochmolekularen Verbindung, wie z. B. Polypropylen. Polybuten oder
Acrylharz, und einer höheren Fettsäure, wie z. B. Laurinsäure oJer ölsäure, versetzt ist. wodurch eine
hervorragende Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber dem Auftreten von Kratzern bewirkt wird. Falls die Menge
des aufgebrachten oben beschriebenen Öls jedoch gering ist und z. B. I g/m2 oder weniger beträgt, läßt sich
das Auftreten von Schrammen nicht immer verhindern. Falls andererseits die Menge des aufgebrachten Öls zu
groß ist, werden die Werkzeuge zu stark verölt, so daß
sich die Bearbeitbarkeit verschlechtert.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, diese Nachteile /ti
vermeiden. Die Erfindung schafft ein Verfahren, bei welchem ein Film mit guten Schmiereigenschaften auf
der Oberfläche von Stahlblech er/eugt wird, der eine synergistische Wirkung mit dem Schmieröl eingeht,
wodurch sich der Tiefziehvorgang bei hervorragender Schmiereigenschaft und Bearbeitbarkeit ausführen läßt.

Bei den bekannten Verfahren liegt die Filmbildungstemperatur unter 100° C da die Filmbildung in wäßriger
Lösung in allgemein bekannter Weise erfolgt.
Bei dem erflndungsgemäSen Verfahren stellt die
Atmosphäre, in welcher das Erhitzen durchgeführt wird,
einen sehr wichtigen Faktor dar, welcher die Eigenschaften des gemäß den obigen Gleichungen gebildeten
Films beeinflußt Aus diesem Grund muß das Erhitzen in
NrAimosphäre ausgeführt werden, in weicher der
Gehalt an H2 sowie der Taupunkt dem beabsichtigten Zweck entsprechend eingestellt werden müssen.
Bei den bekannten Verfahren erfolgt dagegen die Filmbildung in wäßriger Lösung.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren ist es möglich, verschiedenartige Filme zu erzeugen, die, je nach dem
angewendeten Bereich der Reaktionstemperatur, aus FePO4, Fe1P oder P2O1 · η H2O bestehen. Die in den
verschiedenen Temperaturbereichen gebildeten Filme weisen selbstverständlich unterschiedliche Eigenschaften auf. So werden z. B. durch einen FePO4-FiIm
Rostbeständigkeit und ein besseres Haften des Schmierfilms während des Verformens bewirkt. Das Fe1P übt
eine Zwischenwirkung zwischen dem FePO4-FiIm und dem Stahlblech aus und erhöht die Haftfestigkeit des
FcPO4 auf dem Stahlblech.
Demgegenüber war es bei den bekannten Verfahren nicht möglich. Filme mit verschiedenartiger Zusammensetzung herzustellen, da der Film in wäßriger Lösung
gebildet und dabei ausschließlich FePO4 · η HjO erhalten wurde.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird eine wäßrige Phosphatlösung auf das Stahlblech aufgebracht, das Stahlblech getrocknet und dann der Film
durch Erhitzen erzeugt.
Bei den bekannten Verfahren wird dagegen der Film
durch Umsetzen in einer wäßrigen Phosphatlösung hergestellt. Hierbei sind umständliche Verfahrensschritte, wie Regelung des pH-Werts und der Reaktionszeit,
sowie Auswaschen der Lösung nach erfolgter Filmbildung, erforderlich.
Die bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren in der Hitze durchgeführte Filmbildung hat ferner den Vorteil,
daß während des Erhitzens gleichzeitig auch andere Bearbeitungsvorgänge ausgeführt werden können, wie
z. B. das Anlassen des Stahlblechs.
Das Wesen der Erfindung beruht somit auf der Tatsache, daß die Phosphatbehandlung in einer
spezifischen Gasatmosphäre ausgeführt wird. Dabei ist es vorteilhafterweise möglich, je nach angewendeter
Erhitzungstemperntur, dreierlei Arten von Filmen mit ein und derselben Phosphatlösung herzustellen und, im
Fall des F.rhitzens auf hohe Temperatur, gleichzeitig mit der Bildung des Phosphatfilms das Anlassen des
Stahlblechs /.u bewirken.
In der Litcraturstclle »Ullmanns l-'n/yklopadic der
technischen Chemie«. 1954. Band 1 ~>. Seite 267, ist ein
Verfahren beschrieben, bei welchem Phosphorverbindungen zu sogenannten Blankwalzölen zugegeben
π werden. Diese Phosphorverbindungen werden aber
nach dem Walzen vollständig durch elektrolytisches Waschen von der Oberfläche des Stahlblechs entfernt;
sie wirken daher nicht als Mittel zum Bildert eines Phosphatfilms während des Anlassens nach dem
jo Walzen und unterscheiden sich somit hinsichtlich
Aufgabe und Wirkung grundsätzlich von der erfindungsgemäß angewendeten Phosphatverbindung.
Die Erfindung betrifft
>-» (1) ein Verfahren zum Herstelien von Stahlblech mit
guten Schmiereigenschaften für die Verwendung beim Tiefziehen, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet
ist, daß man auf die Oberfläche des Stahlblechs eine
wäßrige Lösung von
in (a) Ammoniuipphosphat und/oder
(b) Ammoniummolybdat und/oder
(c) Nickelsalz, gegebenenfalls eine Kobaitionen
bildende Verbindung enthaltend, und/oder
(d) einer Chromionen bildenden Verbindung
;-> aufbringt das Stahlblech in einer Inertgas- oder
reduzierenden Gasatmosphäre unter durch thermische Zersetzung bedingte Ausbildung eines Oberflächenfilms erhitzt, und dann auf diesen ein im
wesentlichen aus
κι (a) einem tierischen oder pflanzlichen Ol der Fett
oder einem Mineralöl als Hauptbestandteil,
(b) einer hochmolekularen Verbindung und
(c) einer höheren Fettsäure bestehendes Schmieröl
1. aufbringt.
Im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens stellen die im folgenden genannten erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren
bevorzugte Ausführuiigsformen dar;
-,0 (2) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem, falls eine wäßrige Ammoniumphosphatlösung angewendet wird, diese mit einer Nickel- und/oder einer Chromionen
bildenden Verbindung versetzt wird.
(3) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem, falls eine wäßrige
μ Ammoniummolybdatlösung angewendet wird, diese mit einer Nickel- und/oder einer Chromionen
bildenden Verbindung versetzt wird.
(4) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem, falls eine gemischte wäßrige Lösung von Ammoniumphosphat und
Mi Ammoniummolybdat angewendet wird, diese mit
einer Nickel- und/oder einer Chromionen bildenden Verbindung versetzt wird.
(5) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem, falls eine wäßrige Lösung eines Nickelsalzes angewendet wird, diese
h'i mit einer Kobalt- und/oder einer Chromionen
bildenden Verbindung versetzt wird.
(6) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem als tierisches oder pflanzliches öl oder Fett Talg, Walöl, Palmkernöl
oder Baumwolls&menöl, und als mineralisches öl
Schneidöl, Maschinenöl oder Spindelöl angewendet wird,
(7) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem als hochmolekulare Verbindung Polypropylen, Polybuten oder Acrylharz, und als höhere Fettsäure Laurinsäure,
Oleinsäure oder Stearinsäure verwendet wird.
(8) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem die Erhitzungstemperatür zwischen 200 und 750° C liegt
(9) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem man als wäßrige Ammoniumphosphatlösung eine Lösung von
Diammoniumhydrogenphosphat und/oder Ammo· niumdihydrogenorthophosphat, als wäßrige Lösung von Ammoniummolybdat eine Lösung von
Ammoniumdodecamolybdat und/oder Ammoniumheptamolybdat und als wäßrige Lösung des
Nickelsalzes eine Lösung von Nickelacetat, Nickelformiat, Nickeloxalat und Nickelnitrat verwendet
(10) Ein Verfahren, bei welchem man als Nickelionen
bildende Verbindung Nickelacetat und/oder Nikkeinitrat, als Chromionen bildende Verbindung
Chromacetat und/oder Chromnit-.at und als Kobaltionen bildende Verbindung Kobaltnitrat verwendet
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird ein vorher entfettetes und gewaschenes Stahlblech in eine
wäßrige Lösung von Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniummolybdat oder Nickelacetat eingetaucht, wobei das Salz
auf dem Stahlblech in geeigneter Menge durch Aufquetschen mit einer Walze aufgebracht wird. Dann
wird das Blech im Heißwind getrocknet und wärmebehandelt Die Wärmebehandlung wird in einer nicht
oxidierenden Gasatmosphäre, wie z. B. N2, Hj, einem
Gemisch von N2 und Hj, oder Ar ausgeführt Die
Erhitzungstemperatur soll vorzugsweise 200 bis 750° C betragen. Bei der Wärmebehandlung werden das
Ammoniumphosphat Ammoniummolybdat oder Nikkeiacetat unter Bildung eines hauptsächlich aus
Phosphor, Molybdän oder Nickel bestehenden Films an der Oberfläche zersetzt Die genaue Zusammensetzung
des Films ist nicht bekannt, besteht aber vermutlich aus Eisenphosphat, Molybdänoxid, metallischem Molybdän,
metallischem Nickel, Nickeloxid oder Gemischen hiervon. Der so gebildete Film erhöht die Schutzwirkung; des Schmieröls mit den obengenannten Hauptbestandteilen, das anschließend aufgebracht wird, und
weist eine hervorragende Beständigkeit gegenüber dem Entstehen von Kratzern aufgrund der Schmierwirkung
des Films als solctwn auf.
Die aufzubringende wäßrige Lösung aus Ammoniumphosphat und/oder Ammoniummolybdat kenn beispielsweise aus Diammoniumhydrogenphosphat Ammoniumdihydrogenorthophosph&t, Ammoniumdodecamolybdat und dergleichen bestehen.
Eine aufzubringende wäßrige Nickelsalzlösung kann beispielsweise aus Nickelfortniat, Nickeloxalat, Nickelnitrat oder Nickelacetat bestehen, da die wäßrigen
Lösungen dieser Substanzen sich bei verhältnismäßig niedriger Temperatur thermisch unter Bildung von Ni
oder NiO zersetzen. Es können aber auch andere außer den obengenannten vier Nickelsalzen angewendet
werden, insofern die Nickelverbindung durch thermische Zersetzung in nicht oxidierender Gasatmosphäre
Ni oder NiO tu bilden vermag.
Falls man eine wäßrige Ammoniumphosphatiind/oder Ammor'iimmolybdatlösung, die Ni- oder
Cr-Ionen enthält, aufbringt, also eine wäßrige Lösung, zu welcher eine Ni- oder Cr-Ionen bildende Verbindung
zugegeben wurde, die sich innerhalb des oben definierten Bereichs der Wärmebehandlungstemperaturen
thermisch zu zersetzen vermag, so kann sich während der Wärmebehandlung ein komplexer Film auf
der Oberfläche des Stahlblechs bilden. Die Ausgangsverbindung
für die Bildung von Ni- oder Cr-Ionen kana aus einem Nickelsalz, wie z.B. Nickelacetat oder
Nickelnitrat oder einem Chromsalz, wie z. B. Chromin acetat oder Chromnitrat, bestehen. Der gebildete
komplexe Film besteht vermutlich aus Ni, NiO oder einer komplexen Substanz hiervon, bzw. aus Cr, Cr2Üj
oder einer komplexen Substanz hiervon. Dieser Film weist nicht nur beträchtliche Schmiereigenschaften auf,
1» sondern auch eine hervorragende Korrosionsfestigkeit
im Vergleich zur alleinigen Verwendung von Ammoniumphosphat oder Ammoniumiriolybdat
Falls man eine wäßrige Lösung des Nickelsalzes, die Cr- oder Co-ionen enthält welche durch Versetzen der
Nickelsalzlösung mit einer Cr-'-:)nen bildenden Verbindung, wie z.B. Chromacelat oder Chromnitrat oder
einer Co-Ionen bildenden Verbindung, wie z. B. Kobaltnitrat erhalten wurde, anwendet so kann sich
durch Wärmebehandlung ein komplexer Film bilden,
r, welcher das Chrom oder Kobalt in dem Nickelfilm vermutlich in metallischer oder Oxidform enthält
Dieser Film weist nicht nur gute Schmiereigenschaften, sondern auch eine hervorragende Korrosionsfestigkeit
im Vergleich zur alleinigen Verwendung von Nickelsalz
jo auf.
Die Filmmenge aus der so behandelten wäßrigen Lösung soll vorzugsweise 2 bis 200 mg/m2 bei Verwendung der wäßrigen Ammoniumphosphatlösung, 5 bis
300 mg/m2 bei Verwendung der wäßrigen Ammonium-
j3 moiybdatlösung und 5 bis 300 mg/m2 bei Verwendung
der wäßrigen Nickelsalzlösung betragen. In diesen
erzielen.
•to beschriebenen, durch thermische Zersetzung hergestellten Film hervorragend zum Ziehen unter Verwendung
eines eine hochmolekulare Verbindung enthaltenden Schmieröls eignet ist nicht bekannt Bei einer
mikroskopischen Betrachtung der Oberfläche eines
derartigen Stahlblechs nach dem Verarbeiten kann man
äußerst dünne Linien an der Oberfläche beobachten. Dieser Oberflächenzustand ändert sich überhaupt nicht,
selbst wenn man eine große Anzahl, z. B. 100 oder mehr
Büchsen einem kontinuierlichen Ziehvorgang unter-
5n wirft Falls man andererseits ein Stahlblech ohne einen
derartigen Oberflächenfilm einem Ziehvorgang unter Verwendung von gewähnlichem Schneidöl unterwirft,
werden die dünnen Linien, die bei den ersten ein oder zwei Büchsen auftreten, rasch tief und nehmen zahlenmäßig mit zunehmender Anzahl von verarbeiteten Büchsen stark zu, so daß schließlich unerwünschte
sichtbare Schrammen auftreten. Hieraus läßt sich schließen, daß der erfindungsgemäß durch thermische
Zersetzung gebildete Film beim Ziehen zu feinem Pulver verschrotet wird und daß dieses Pulver als
solches in dem eine hochmolekulare Verbindung enthaltenden Schmierfilm als festes Schmiermittel wirkt
und so eine Schmelzhaftung zwischen der Form und dem Material verhindert, welche die Ursache für das
μ Auftreten von Schrammen darstellt. Aber selbst bei
Verwendung eines Stahlblechs, welches den obengenannten, durch thermische Zersetzung gebildeten Film
aufweist, treten noch tiefe Schrammen auf, falls man das
Ziehen unter Verwendung von gewöhnlichem Schneidöl ausführt. Ein vollkommenes Ziehen läßt sich daher nur
durch Kombination des durch thermische Zersetzung gebildeten Films und des eine hochmolekulare Verbindung
enthaltenden Schmierfilms gemäß der Erfindung erzielen.
Ein kaltgewalztes Stahlblech mit einer Stärke von 0,35 mm vor dem Anlassen wurde entfettet und
gewaschen. Danach wurde das Stahlblech in verschiedene, in Tabelle I aufgeführte Behandlungslösungen
eingetaucht, welche hauptsächlich aus Ammoniumphosphat oder Ammoniummolvbdat bestanden. Danach
wurde, nach oder ohne Abquetschen mit einer Walze, im
Heißwind getrocknet. Dann wurde das Stahlblech in einer Mischgasatmosphärc aus N: und H>
auf etwa 6000C erhitzt, wobei gleichzeitig die thermische
bewirkt wurde. Hierbei bildete sich ein Film. Dann erfolgte ein Oberflächenwalzen bei einer Stärkenverringerung
von 1%. Auf das so überzogene Stahlblech wurden dann die in Tabelle 1 aufgeführten, eine
hochmolekulare Verbindung enthaltenden Schmieröls aufgebracht und dann wurde der Ziehvorgang ausgeführt.
Das Ziehen wurde kontinuierlich unter Herstellung einer größeren Anzahl von Büchsen ausgeführt,
wobei eine Erichsen Prüfvorrichtung verwendet wurde und die Schmiereigenschaften durch die Anzahl der
Büchsen bewertet wurden, ab welcher Kratzer bzw. Schrammen auftraten.

der drei Isomeren des Polypropylens zu verstehen.
Ein kaltgewalztes Stahlblech mit einer Stärke von 035 mm vor dem Anlassen wurde entfettet Dann wurde
eine wäßrige Lösung von Nickelsalzen oder ein Gemisch hiervon, wie in Tabelle Il aufgeführt,
aufgebracht u.id anschließend im Meißwind getrocknet,
nach oder ohne vorherigem Abquetschen mit einer Walze. Danach wurde das Stahlblech in einer Mischgasatmosphäre
aus N2 und H; auf etwa 60(TC erhitzt, wobei
gK'chzeitig die thermische Zersetzung des Überzugs
und Jin Anlassen zwecks Beseitigung von Materialspannungen bewirkt wurden. Hierbei bildete sich ein Film
auf Nickelbasis. Dann erfolgte ein Obcrflächenwalzen mit einer Stärkenverringerung von 1%. Auf das so mit
einem Überzug versehene Stahlblech wurden dann die in Tabelle Il aufgeführten, eme· hochmolekulare
Verbindung enthaltenden Schmieröle aufgebracht und

dann wurde der Ziehvorgang ausgeführt. Der Ziehvorgang wurde kontinuierlich unter Herstellung einer
größeren Anzahl Büchsen unter Verwendung einer Erichsen Prüfvorrichtung ausgeführt. Die Schmiereigenscliaften
wurden durch die Anzahl der Büchsen bewertet, ab welcher Schrammen auftraten. Die
Bedingungen für das Ziehen waren folgende:

Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zum Hersteller, von Stahlblech mit
guten Schmiereigenschaften für die Verwendung beim Tiefziehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man auf die Oberfläche des Stahlblechs eine wäßrige Lösung von
(a) Ammoniumphosphat und/oder
(b) Ammoniummolybdat und/oder
(c) Nickelsalz, gegebenenfalls eine Kobaltionen bildende Verbindung enthaltend, und/oder
(d) einer Chromionen bildenden Verbindung
aufbringt das Stahlblech in einer Inertgas- oder reduzierenden Gasatmosphäre unter durch thermische Zersetzung bedingte Ausbildung eines Oberflächenfilms erhitzt und dann auf diesen ein im
wesentlichen aus
a) einen; tierischen oder pflanzlichen öl oder Fett
oder einem Mineralöl als Hauptbestandteil,
b) einer hochmolekularen Verbindung und
c) einer höheren Fettsäure bestehendes Schmieröl
aufbringt
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine wäßrige Ammoniumphosphatlösung verwendet die eine Nickel- und/oder
eine Chromionen bildende Verbindung enthält
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1. dadurch gekennzeichnet daß man eine wäßrige Ammoniummolybdatlösung verwendet die eine Nickel- und/oder eine
Chromionen bildende Verbindung enthält
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß man eine gemischte wäßrige Lösung
von Ammoniumphosphat und Ammoniummolybdat verwendet, die eine Nickel- und/oder eine Chromionen bildende Verbindung enthält.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß man eine wäßrige Nickelsalzlösung
verwendet die eine Kobalt- und/oder eine Chromionen bildende Verbindung enthält
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als tierisches oder pflanzliches öl
oder Fett Talg, Walöl, Palmkernöl oder Baumwollsamenöl und als Mineralöl Schneidöl, Maschinenöl
oder Spindelöl verwendet
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als hochmolekulare Verbindung
Polypropylen, Polybuten oder Acrylharz und als höhere Fettsäure Laurinsäure, Oleinsäure oder
Stearinsäure verwendet.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Stahlblech auf 200 bis 750° C
erhitzt.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch !, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß man als wäßrige Ammoniumphosphatlösung eine Lösung von Di-ammoniumnydrogenphosphat und/oder Ammoniumdihydrogenorthophosphati als wäßrige Ammoniummolybdatlösung
eine Lösung von Ammoniumdodecamolybdat und/oder Ammoniiimheptamolybdai und als wäßrige Nickelsalzlösung eine Losung von Nickelacetat,
Nickelformiat. Nickeloxalai oder Nickelnitrat verwendet.
10. Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als Nickelionen
bildende Verbindung Nickelacetat und/oder Nickel
nitrat, als Chromionen bildende Verbindung Chromacetat und/oder Chromnitrat und als Kobaltionen
bildende Verbindung Kobaltnitrat verwendet
