Die Erfindung betrifft eine Palette mit einem oberen Ladedeck zur Aufnahme der Last, das an der Unterseite mit im Ab-* stand voneinander angeordneten Stützelementen versehen ist.
Die Anwendung solcher Paletten in der bisher bekannten Ausführung kann die in sie gesetzten Erwartungen deswegen nur unvollkommen erfüllen, weil die bisher bekannten, ebenen Paletten nur begrenzt für besonders große Lasten geeignet sind. Bei besonders großen Lasten hängt das ebene Ladedeck zwischen den Stützelementen nach, unten durch, die zwischen sich, rinnenförmige Aussparungen zum Einführen von gabelförmigen Hebezeugen bilden müssen. Eine solche Palette kann sich aber auch um eine Mittellinie mit den Seitenkanten nach unten durchbiegen, wenn ein gabelförmiges Hebezeug angreift, und zwar bis zu einem solchen Maße, daß das Ladegut der Palette seitlich abrutschen kann.
Ausgehend von dieser Erkenntnis, liegt der Erfindung insbesondere die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine preiswerte, leichte Palette mit hoher Lastaufnahmekapazität zu schaffen, bei der die oben ge-

schilderten Nachteile bekannter Paletten nicht auftreten·
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit den Merkmalen der Patentansprüche gelöst, die nachfolgend an Hand der Zeichnung erläutert sind. In der Zeichnung zeigen

wobei die einzelnen Teile der Palette zur Verdeutlichung auseinandergezogen sind,' und
Pig.3 eine andere Ausführungsform einer Palette gemäß der Erfindung.
Gemäß Fig.1 ist das Ladedeek der Palette im Ausgangs zustand symmetrisch um eine Linie gebogen, die parallel zu einem gabelförmig in die Palette einführb ar en Hebezeug verläuft, so daß der Bogen senkrecht zur Einfuhrrichtung des Hebezeuges verläuft. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform besteht das Ladedeek 1 aus einer gleichmäßig dicken Platte aus Holz, geeigneter Pappe oder dergleichen, insbesondere aus einer Oberplatte 2 aus beispielsweise öl-gehärteter Hartfiberpappe, einer Zwischen- und Distanzlage 4, die beispielsweise aus Abfallholz bzw. Holzlatten bestehen kann und aus einer Unterplatte 3» die aus dem gleichen Werkstoff wie die Oberplatte 2 beetehen kann, Da.s Palettendeck kann jedoch auch aus Sperrholz oder ähnlich geschich-

tetem 1/Eaterial bestehen, tind es muß nicht, wie dargestellt, von gleichmäßiger Dicke sein, sondern kann profiliert sein, tan eine gewünschte Biege charakteristik und einen gewünschten Widerstand, gegen Verformung zu haben.
Die einzelnen Lagen des Palettendecks 1 sind fest miteinander verbunden, insbesondere miteinander verklebt, wobei das Verkleben und Verpressen der einzelnen Lagen miteinander Über einer 3?orm erfolgt, "so daß die gewünschte gekrümmte Form des Ladedecks im unbelasteten Zustand erhalten wird. Die zulässige Durchfederhöhe sollietwa 15-18 mm betragen. .
Wenn eine Palette mit einem konvex gekrümmten Ladedeck gemäß Fig.1 benutzt wird, sollen Materialdicke und -querschnitt gewährleisten, daß das Ladedeck bei maximaler Belastung nicht vollkommen eben wird, um mit Sicherheit ein Durchhängen des Ladedecks nach unten zu verhindern. Das Ladedeck wirkt gleichsam, wie eine Feder mit Vorspannung.
Das Ladedeck kann in geeigneter Weise mit Gewicht sparenden Löchern versehen sein. Gemäß Pig.2 bilden die Distanzla~.ge 4 und die untere Lage 3 Aussparungen 5, in die jeweils ein Stützfuß 6 eingesetzt ist, um mit dem Ladedeck verleimt, vernagelt, verschraubt oder in anderer geeigneter Weise mit dem Ladedeck verbunden zu sein. Vorzugsweise ist eine Verleimung gewählt, die der Verbindung eine gewisse Elastizität beläßt. Jeder Fuß 6 ist am oberen Ende 7 so geformt und bemessen, daß er

ohne Spiel in die jeweilige Aussparung des Ladedecks hineinpaßt und eine gute Kraftübertragung zwischen Ladedeck und Stützfüßen erfolgt. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform sind in drei Reihen je drei Stützfüße angeordnet, wobei die Stützfüße jeder Reihe an den unteren Enden in eine gemeinsame Grundplatte 8 eingesetzt und dort verleimt oder in anderer geeigneter Weise befestigt sind.
Um die gewünschte Biegecharakteristik und Widerstandsfähigkeit und Festigkeit zu erhalten, kann die Unterseite des Ladedecks mit längs und gegebenenfalls quer verlaufenden, aufgeklebten Streifen, gegebenenfalls aus Blech, versehen sein. Sie können gegebenenfalls in mehreren Lagen übereinander angeordnet sein und haben ein geeignetes Profil.
Das Ladedeck kann auf verschiedene Weise hergestellt werden. Dabei kann dem Ladedeck statt der konvexen Form auch von Haus aus, d.h. im unbeladenen Zustand, eine konkave Form gegeben werden, insbesondere wenn das Ladegut an den Seiten abgestützt wird, wie es durch die Pfeile der Fig.3 gekennzeichnet ist. Auch hier ist gleichsam eine entsprechend vorgespannte Feder gegeben. Die Stützelemente sind dabei so bemessen, daß durch sie ein Durchhängen der gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Palettendecks bei der Belastung verhindert ist.

    (i> Palette mit einem oberen Ladedeck zur Aufnahme der Last, das an der Unterseite mit im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Stützelementen versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ladedeck (1) aus elastisch federndem, vorzugsweise geschichtetem Werkstoff, "beispielsweise Sperrholz oder entsprechender Pappe, besteht und in unbeladenem Zustand bogenförmig gewölbt ist.
  2. 2. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützelemente (6) an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten des Ladedecks (1) und in einer Reihe dazwischen angeordnet sind, wobei die Länge der mittleren Stützelemente verschieden von der Länge der seitlichen Stützelemente ist.
  3. 3. Palette nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ladedeck (1) eine Platte (2) aufweist, an deren Unterseite in Längsrichtung oder in Längs- und Querrichtung in mehreren Lagen miteinander und der Platte verklebte Streifen (3, 4) angeordnet sind.
  4. 4. Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Platte (2) des Ladedecks (1) über ihre

    ganze Fläche gleiche Dicke hat.
  5. 5. Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil der oberen Platte (2) des Ladedecks (1) im Querschnitt der gewünschten Durchbiegung unter Last entspricht.
  6. 6. Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ladedeck eine obere Platte (2), eine untere Platte (3) und eine den Abstand zwischen diesen beiden Platten bestimmende Distanzplatte (4) aufweist, wobei alle drei Platten fest miteinander verbunden sind.
  7. 7« Palette nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ladedeck gewichtsparende öffnungen aufweist.
  8. 8. Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Platte (3) und die Distanzplatte (4) Aussparungen (5) zur Aufnahme der Stützelemente (6) bild ta.
  9. 9. Palette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Enden der Stützelemente jeweils einer Reihe in einer gemeinsamen Aufnahme (8) sitzen.
