Mildes Shampoo
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Shampoo-Formulierungen,
die sehr mild sind, und kaum im Auge brennen.
Aus den US-PSS 2 999 o69 und 3 655 836 sind. Formulierungen
bekannt, die die Reaktionsprodukte aus äthoxylierten anionischen
oberflächenaktiven Mitteln und bestimmten speziellen
amphoteren oberflächenaktiven Mitteln und polyäthoxylierten,
nicht-ionischen oberflächenaktiven Mitteln enthalten. Ähnliche Formulierungen sind Gegenstand entsprechender Patentschriften
in anderen Ländern wie z.B. der GB-PSS 85o 514, 85o 515 und 921 122 und der CA-PS 595' 532.

Sämtliche dieser Patente offenbaren ein Keaktionsprodukt,
welches sich zwischen dem anionischen oberflächenaktiven Mittel und dem amphoteren oberflächenaktiven Mittel, das
ternäre otickstoifgruppen enthält, bildet.
Sämtliche erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen sind mild und
brennen kaum oder gar nicht im Auge. Diese Kombination von Eigenschaften ist besonders erwünscht, da beispielsweise
Kinder das Shampoo nicht von den Augen fernhalten können. Man kann sich aueh kein Shampoo wünschen, das nicht brennt,
jedoch das Auge schädigt, da man in diesem Fall den Schmerz benötigt, damit das Auge gut ausgespült wirdo Besonders
günstig ist daher bei den erfindungsgemäßen Shampoos die
Kombination aus Mildheit und fehlendem Brennen im Auge.
Die vorstehend erwähnten, bekannten Formulierungen brennen
im Auge, jedoch weniger als konventionelle Shampoos. Die erfindungsgemäßen Formulierungen sind ebenso mild und
in~ vielen Fällen milder als bekannte Formulierungen, und in vielen Fällen brennen sie weniger im Auge. Es
ist überraschend, daß zwitterionische Verbindungen der
nachstehend offenbarten Art mild oder milder sind als das "Reaktionsprodukt" der bekannten Formulierungen bei
Verwendung in Kombination mit den erfindungsgemäß vorgesehenen
anionischen und nicht-ionischen oberflächenaktiven Mitteln. Während Betaine und Sultaine an sich
bekannt sind, war die Fähigkeit der erfindungsgemäüen
dreikomponentigen Formulierungen zur Bildung von Shampoos,
die im Auge nicht brennen unbekannt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein mildes Shampoo, das folgende Komponenten enthält:
(A) ein polyäthoxyliertes anionisches oberflächenaktives
Mittel in Form (1) eines oberflächenaktiven Mittels der
Formel Ji(OC2H.) 080,M, worin R eine hydrophobe Alkylgruppe

mit etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kph.iensto.fiatomen, Alkyl p.henylg-ruppe
mit Alkylresten mit et v/a 6 bis etwa 15 Kohlenstoffatomen,
oder Fettsäureamidgruppen mit einem· Fettsäurerest mit etwa
8 bis etwa .1.6 Kohlenstoffatomen, η eine Zahl von etwa 1 bis
etwa 1o (vorzugsweise 1 bis 5) und M ein.nicht—toxisches
Kation, welches das oberflächenaktive Mittel wasserlöslich macht, vorzugsweise das Natrium-, Kalium-,. Ammonium- oder ~
iriäthanolammoniumkation darstellen, (2) eines wasserlöslichen
(z.B. Natrium-r, KaliuniT, Ammonium- oder Triäthanolammoniumsalz)
polyäthoxylierten Fettalkohol-sulfosuccinatmonoesters,
dessen Fetta.lkoh.ol etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoff
atome, vorzugsweise etwa 1o bis etwa 14- Kohlenstoff atome
aufweist und der etwa 1 bis etwa to, vorzugsweise 1 bis 5
Äthoxyreste pro Molekül enthält j
(B) ein zwitterionisches oberflächenaktives Mittel der

Sulfonatrest ist, H- jeweils einen Alkylrest mit etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatomen oder einen Rest der Formel R5-C(O)NH-R6- bedeutet, worin R5 ein Alkylrest mit etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatomen und. R ein Alkylenrest mit 1 bis etwa 5 Kohlenstoffatomen (vorzugsweise. 2 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen und besonders bevorzugt 3 Kohlenstoffatomen) ist, R jeweils einen Alkyl-, Hyd:pxyalkyl- oder Alkoxyalkylrest darstellt, wobei derartige Reste unter Ringbildung miteinander verbunden sein können "und jeder Rest 1 bis etwa 3 Kohlenstoffatome besitzt, Y eine öulfonat- oder Garboxylatgruppe und R einen. Mittel in Form von (1) polyäthoxylierten Alkoholen mit einem primären oder sekundären Alkylrest, der geradkettig oder verzweigt ist und etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatome
besitzt, wobei die polyäthoxylierten Alkohole etwa 1o bis etwa 45-Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül aufweisen,
(2) polyäthoxylierten Alkylphenolen mit Alkylresten mit
etwa 6 bis etwa 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, die etwa 1o bis
etwa 45 Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül besitzen, (3) polyäthoxylierten äorbit-monofettsäüreestern, in welchen die Fettsäure
etwa 8 bis etwa 18 Kohlenstoffatome enthftÜt und die
etwa 1o bis etwa 45 Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül besitzen,
(4) polyäthoxyliertem Polypropylenglycolen mit einem
Molekulargewicht von etwa 1ooo bis etwa 15ooo, die etwa
besitzen,
bis etwa 3oo Athoxygruppen pro Molekül/ oder (5) polyäthoxylierten
fettsäuren, worin die Fettsäure etwa 8 bis etwa Kohlenstoffatome enthält und die etwa 1o bis etwa 45
Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül besitzen^und
(D) Wasser,
wobei das Molverhältnis von (A) zu (B).etwa 1:1 bis etwa
4:1, das Gewichtsverhältnis von (A) + (B) zu (C) etwa
2:1 bis etwa 1:2 und pH der Formulierung von etwa 6,ο bis
etwa 8,o betragen. . .
(1) Das polyäthoxylierte anionische oberflächenaktive Mittel.
Die .erfindungsgemäß verwendeten polyäthoxylierten anionischen'
oberflächenaktiven Mittel sind sehr mild, iös ist wichtig,
daß das anionische oberflächenaktive-Mittel mild ist, da
es gewöhnlich in molarem Überschuß über das zwitterionische oberflächenaktive Mittel eingesetzt wird, um die Menge .
an kationischer Form minimal zu halten. Das ,anionische oberflächenaktive
Mittel besitzt gute Schaumeigenschaften. Typischei
weise enthält die Formulierung etwa 2 bis etwa 15$ des

anionischen oberflächenaktiven Mittels, vorzugsweise
etwa 4 bis etwa 8$ bei flüssigen Shampoos und etwa 3 bis
etwa 1o$ bei pastenförmigen Shampoos. Die Natriumsalze
polyäthoxylierter anionischer oberflächenaktiver Mittel werden bevorzugt, doch können auch beliebige andere nichttoxische,
wasserlösliche Salze verwendet werden, einschließlich der Kalium-, i'riäthanolammonium- "und Ammoniumsalz.e
Die bevorzugten polyäthoxylierten anionischen oberflächenaktiven
Mittel sind die Natriumsalze von C' -G... Jj'ettalkoholpolyäthoxy(3)-äthersulfaten,
die Natriumsalze von polyäthoxylierten (3) C -C . Monofettalkob/i-sulfosuccinaten und
die Natriumsalze von ^-io~^-i^ J?ettacylamidoipolyäth.oxy(_4)-äthersulfaten.
Weitere geeignete polyäthoxylierte anionische oberflächenaktive Mittel sind in den folgenden
Beispielen angegeben.
(2) Lie zwitterionischen oberflächenaktiven Mittel.
Das zwitterionische oberflächenaktive Mittel liefert die
Haupt-Schaumwirkung und modifiziert die Art des Gemische derart, daß es weniger stark anionisch wird. Das Molverhältnis
zwischen anionischem und zwitterionischem oberflächenaktivem. Mittel liegt bei etwa 1:1 bis etwa 4:1,
vorzugsweise bei etwa 1:1 bis etwa 3:1 und besonders bevorzugt
bei etwa 1:1 bis etwa 2:1. .
Bevorzugte zwitterionische oberflächenaktive Mittel sind
Propylamido-betaine von C.- bis C. y-Pettsäuren und die
entsprechenden Propylamidosul-taine und' G - bis C.g-Alkylsultaine,
in welchen, kationische und SuIf onat-Anionen-G-ruppen
durch einen Propylrest getrennt und die übrigen Gruppen
Methylreste sind. Besonders bevorzugte zwitterionische oberflächenaktive

Mittel sind aus den folgenden -Beispielen ersichtlich.
(3) Das polyäthoxylierte nicht-ionische oberflächenaktive
Mittel. ■
Das polyäthoxylierte nicht—ionische oberflächenaktive
Mittel trägt zur Mildheit bei. i'erner ist es mitbestimmend für die Öchaumeigenschaften, obgleich im allgemeinen das
nicht-ionische oberflächenaktive Mittel zur Dämpfung
und Verminderung der üchaummenge neigt. Das Verhältnis zwischen
polyäthoxyliertem anionischem oberflächenaktivem Mittel
und zwitterionischem oberflächenaktivem Mittel zum polyäthoxylierten nicht-ionischen oberflächenaktiven
Mittel beträgt von etwa 2:1 bis etwa 1:2, vorzugsweise von etwa 1:1 bis etwa 1:2 und besonders bevorzugt von
etwa 1:1 bis etwa 1:1,2»
Bevorzugte nicht-ionische oberflächenaktive Mittel sind u.a.
polyäthoxylierte (15-4-0) dorbit-monoacylate (C. -C1^; vorzugsweise
Monolaurate), polyäthoxylierte (2o-1oo) PoIypropylenglycole (Mol-gew. ca. 8ooo-i2ooo) und polyäthoxylierte

Mit wasser wird das Shampoo in die gewünschte physikalische
ü'orm gebracht .■ In flüssigen Ühampoos liegen gewöhnlich
etwa 5o bis etwa 85$ und vorzugsweise etwa 65 bis etwa 8o°/o

Pasten enthalten gewöhnlich etwa 3o. bis etwa 6oö/o vi/asser ·
und vorzugsweise'etwa 35 bis etwa 55$. ·
(5)' Andere Bestandteile. ■ : ,. :
den vorstehend beschriebenen Bestandteilen können die erfindungsgemälden ühampoos ferner übliche Shampoöbestandteile
wie .farbstoffe, Konservierungsmittel wie
Äthanol, Parfüms, Verdickungsmittel, Trübungsmittel, antibakt.erielle
Mittel, dchüppenmittel, .Puffer, Konditioniermittel
und dgl. enthalten. Zweckmäßig werden nur Bestandteile
zugegeben, die das Äuge nicht reizen.- " ■ ■ · - -· "
Es empfiehlt sich und wird bevorzugt, Puffer zuzusetzen,
die den pH-vvert der Mischung bei etwa "β; ο bis etwa.8,0 ·-. -.--,-.".·■
und vorzugsweise etwa· 6,5 bis etwa 7-»-5 halten.,Zu diesen '
Puffern gehören z.B. NaOH, HCl, NaHPO\, Borsäure · ·- - ; ;

1933/iy72). Diese Verdickungsmittel sind sehr günstig, da sie eine klare einphasige Formulierung ergeben.

Claims (16)
- Patentansprücheff) Mildes Shampoo, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an (a) einem anionischen oberflächenaktiven Mittel in Form (1) eines oberflächenaktiven Mittels der Formel K(OC2HJn worin R einen hydrophoben Alkylrest mit etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatomen, Alkylphenylrest mit Alkylgruppen mit etwa 6 bis etwa 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, oder Fettsäureamidrest mit einer Fettsäuregruppe mit etwa S bis etwa Kohlenstoffatomen, η eine ganze Zahl von etwa 1 bis 1o und Mein nicht-toxisches Kation, welches das oberflächenaktive Mittel wasserlöslich macht, darstellen,oder (2) eines wasserlöslichen polyäthoxylierten Fettalkohol-sulfosuecinat-monoesters eines Fettalkohols mit etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatomen, der etwa 1 bis etwa 1o.Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül aufweist,(B) einem zwitterionischen oberflächenaktiven Mittel der formel (R2)AN^ (R3) ^CH^ (R2^(R )c^~\ worin A, B und G die Zahl 0 oder 1 bedeuten, wobei A=O, wenn B = 1 und A = 1, wenn J3 = O und C nur die Zahl 1 sein kann, wenn Ϊ eine öulfonatgruppe ist, R jeweils einen Alkylrest mit etwa 8 bis ätwa 16 Kohlenstoffatomen oder einen Rest der Formel R^C(O)NH-R6- bedeutet, worin R5 ein Alkylrest mit etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatomen und R ein Alkylenrest mit 1 bis etwa 5 Kohlenstoffatomen ist, R^ jeweils einen Alkyl-, Hydroxyalkyl- oder Alkoxyalkylrest darstellt, wobei derartige Reste unter Ringbildung miteinander verbunden sein können und der Rest 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatome besitzt, Y eine öulfonat- oder Garboxylatgruppe und und R^ einen Alkylenrest mit 1 bis etwa 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, wennY eine Carboxylatgruppe ist, und einen Alkylen- oder Hydroxyalkylenrest mit etwa 2 bis etwa 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, wennY eine SuIfonatgruppe ist, wobei die Hydroxylgruppe sich409 824/1104an einem sekundären Kohlenstoffatom befindet, darstellen,(C) einem polyäthoxylierten nicht-ionischen oberflächenaktiven Mittel in Form von (1) polyäthoxylierteffl Alkylalkoholen mit einem Alkylrest mit etwa 8 bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatomen und mit etwa 1o bis etwa 45 Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül, (2) polyäthoxyliertem Alkylphenolen mit Alkylresten mit etwa 6 bis etwa· 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, die etwa .1 ο bis etwa 45 Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül enthalten, (3) polyäthoxylierten Monofettsäureestern des Sorbits, deren .Fettsäuren etwa 8 bis etwa 18 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen und die. etwa 1o bis etwa 45 Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül besitzen, (4) polyäthoxylierten Polypropylenglycolen mit Molekulargewichten von etwa 4ooo bis etwa 15 ooo und mit etwa 15 bis etwa 3oo Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül^oder (5) polyäthoxylierten Fettsäuren, deren Fettsäurean_teil etwa 8 bis etwa Kohlenstoffatome aufweist und die etwa 1o bis etwa 45 Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül besitzen~und( D) Y/asser,wobei das Molverhältnis zwischen (A) und (B) etwa 1:1 bis etwa 4:1, das Gewichtsverhältnis yon (A) + (B) zu (C) von etwa 2:1 bis etwa 1:2 und, der pH der Formulierung von etwa 6,0 bis etwa 8,ο betragen.
- 2. Shampoo nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es das anionische oberflächenaktive Mittel in einer Menge von etwa 2 bis etwa 15 Gew.-^ enthält.
- 3. Shampoo nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das. Molverhältnis von anionischem oberflächenaktivem Mittel zu zwitterionischem oberflächenaktivem Mittel von etwa 1:1 bis etwa 3:1 beträgt.
- 4· Shampoo nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das409824/1104Molverhältnis zwischen anionischem oberflächenaktivem Mittel und zwitterionischem oberflächenaktivem Mittel von etwa 1:1 bis etwa 2:1 beträgt.
- 5. Shampoo nach Anspruch 1 mit einem pH-v/ert von etwa 7,o.
- 6. Shampoo nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßes ein zwitterionisches oberflächenaktives Mittel der ü'ormeiR7GO NH -Genthält, worin H einen Alkylrest mit etwa 9 bis etwa 15 Kohlenstoffatomen, R jeweils einen Methyl-, Äthyloder 2-Hydroxyäthylrest und Y eine Sulfonat- oder Carboxylat-gruppe darstellen und H eine Methylengruppe ist, wennY eine Garboxylatgruppe darstellt, oder eine Propylen- oder 2-Hydroxypropylengruppe ist, wenn Y eine SuIfonatgruppe darstellt.
- 7. Shampoo nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßY im zwitterionischen oberflächenaktiven Mittel eine üarboxylatgruppe ist.
- 8. Shampoo nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Y im zwitterionischen oberflächenaktiven Mittel eine SuIfonatgruppe ist.
- 9. Shampoo nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein zwitterionisches oberflächenaktives Mittel der FormelIo
enthält, worin R etwa 1o bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffatome besitzt und R jeweils einen Methyl-, Äthyl- oder 2-Hydroxyäthylrest und X Wasserstoff oder die Hydroxylgruppe bedeuten.409824/1104 - 10. Shampoo nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dal3 es als anionisch.es oberflächenaktives Mittel ein Natriumsalz eines Fettälkohol-polyäthoxy-äthersulfats mit
einem Fettalkylrest mit etwa Io bis etwa 14 Kohlenstoffatomen und mit etwa 3 Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül enthält. - 11. Shampoo nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als anionisches oberflächenaktives Mittel ein Natriumsalz eines polyäthoxylierten Fettalkohol-sulfosuccinatmonoesters und etwa 3 Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül enthält, in welchem der Fettalkohol-Anteil etwa 1o bis etwa 14
Kohlenstoffatome aufweist. - 12. Shampoo nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßR im anionischen o'berflächenaktiven Mittel eine Fettsäure-" amidgruppe mit etwa· To bis etwa 14 Kohlenstoffatomen ist und η eine Zahl von etwa 3 bedeutet.
- 13. Shampoo nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßes als nicht-ionisches oberflächenaktives Mittel einen polyäthoxylierten Sorbit-monofettsäureester enthält,
dessen .Fettsäure etwa 1o bis etwa 16 Kohlenstoffe tome
aufweist und in dem etwa 15 bis etwa 4o Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül vorliegen. - 14· Shampoo nach Anspruch 13» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fettsäure des Esters aus laurlnsäure besteht.
- 15· Shampoo nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daJi es? als nicht-ionisches oberflächenaktives Mittel einen polyäthoxylierten Fettalkohol enthält, dessen Fettalkoholanteil etwa 1o bis etwa 14 Kohlenstoffatome aufweist und in dem etwa 15"bis etwa 4o Äthoxygruppen pro Molekül vorliegen.409824/1104
