Der Ausdruck "nieder" bedeutet geradkettige oder verzweigte Reste mit 1 bis 7 Kohlenstoffatomen. Beispiele für niedere Alkylreste
sind die Methyl-, Äthyl-, n-Propyl-, Isopropyl-, Isobutyl-
und n-Hexylgruppe. Beispiele für niedere Alkoxyreste IeL-ten
sich von diesen niederen Alkylresten ab. Beispiele für niedere

Butyrylgruppe. Der Ausdruck "Halogenatom"bedeutet das Fluor-,
Chlor-, Brom- oder Jodatom. Beispiele für Aroylreste sind die Benζoylgruppe, durch niedere Alkylreste oder Halogenatome substituierte
Benzoylreste, die Naphthoyl-, Thenoyl- oder Nicotinoylgruppe. Der Rest der allgemeinen Formel -CmHp1n- bedeutet einen
geradkettigen oder verzweigten Alkylenrest, z.B« die Äthylen-,
Trimethylen-, Tetramethylen-, MethyItrimethylen-, Äthyltrimethylen-
oder Methyltetramethylengruppe.
Die Alkylaminderivate der Erfindung bilden mit einer Reihe von
organischen und anorganischen Säuren pharmakologisch verträgliche Salze.
Beispiele für diese Säuren sind Oxal-, Citronen-, Milch-,
Malein-, Äpfel, GIu.con-, Bernstein-, V/ein-, Zimt-, Essig-,
Benzoe-, Ascorbin-, Schwefel-, Phosphor-, Chlorwasserstoff-, Bromwasserstoff-, Jodwasserstoff- und SuIfaminsäure.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Alkylaminderivate der allgemeinen Formel I, das dadurch gekennzeichnet
ist, daß man eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel II

in der Y die vorstehend angegebene Bedeutung hat, umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung kann in Gegenwart oder in Abwesenheit eines Säureakzeptors
durchgeführt werden, der zur Entfernung des während der Reaktion abgespaltenen Halogenwasserstoffs dient. Beispiele
für Säureakzeptoren sind Natriumhydrogencarbonat, Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumhydrogencarbonat, Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumhydroxid,
Kaliumhydroxid, Natriumhydrid, Kaliumhydrid und Triäthylamin. Die Reaktion wird vorzugsweise in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels
oder Lösungsmittelgemisches durchgeführt. Beispiele für
Lösungsmittel sind Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Dimethylformamid, Pyridin, Methanol, Äthanol und Gemische dieser Lösungsmittel.
Vorzugsweise wird die Reaktion in einem Temperaturbereich von
Raumtemperatur bis zur Siedetemperatur des verwendeten Lösungsmittels durchgeführt.
Die nach dem Verfahren der Erfindung erhaltenen Alkylaminderivate
der allgemeinen Formel I können nach üblichen Verfahren in die entsprechenden Salze umgewandelt werden.
Nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren lassen sich folgende Alkylaminderivate
der allgemeinen Formel I herstellen:

Die Verbindungen der Erfindung sind wertvolle Arzneistoffe. Sie
weisen beispielsweise eine antipsychotonische, analgetische,
antiphlogistische und antihypertensive Wirkung auf.
Die Erfindung betrifft daher auch Arzneipräparate, bestehend aus zumindest einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I und üblichen
Trägerstoffen und bzw. oder Verdünnungsmitteln und bzw. oder Hilfsstoffen. . ·
Die Arzneipräparate können beispielsweise als Tabletten auf oralem Wege verabfolgt werden. Eine typische Zusammensetzung
für Tabletten ist:
1 bis 20 Prozent Bindemittel, z.B. Tragacanth, 1 bis 20 Prozent Gleitmittel, z.B. Talcum oder Magnesiumstearat,
eine durchschnittliche Wirkstoffdosis und Rest Füllmittel, z.B.
Lactose. Die orale Tagesdosis beträgt vorzugsweise 1 bis
1000 mg.
Die Beispiele erläutern die Erfindung.
Ein Gemisch aus 1,97 g 2l-(y-Chlorpropoxy)-5'-fluoracetanilid,
1>54 g 1-(o-Methoxyphenyl)-piperazin, 0,43 g Natriumcarbonat und
30 ml Dimethylformamid wird 6 Stunden auf 80 bis 90°C erwärmt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird das Reaktionsgemisch in 100 ml Wasser gegossen
und das erhaltene Gemisch mit Benzol extrahiert. Die organische
Phase wird sodann mit Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft. Das
erhaltene Öl wird in Diäthyläther gelöst und mit einer Äthanollösung
νοίί Chlorwasserstoff unter Kühlen behandelt. Der Niederschlag
wird abfiltriert und getrocknet. Man erhält 1-/y-(2'-Ace-

tylamino-4'-fluorphenoxypropyl/-4-(o-methoxyphenyl)-piperazinhydrochlorid
vom F. 234 bis 2350C (Zersetzung), das nach dem Umkristallisieren
aus Äthanol weiße Kristalle vom F. 235 bis 237°C (Zersetzung) ergibt.
Gemäß Beispiel 1 lassen sich folgende Verbindungen herstellen:
