Die Erfindung betrifft neue Zusammensetzungen mit Rattenbekämpfungswirksamkeit, die zur Zerstörung von Nagetieren, wie Ratten, Mäusen u.dergl. , bestimmt sind. Es ist bekannt, daß mehrere 1,3-Indandione und 4-Hydroxycumarine die Eigenschaft haben, das Prothrombinverhältnis des Blutes zu senken und daher als Rattenbekämpfungsmittel brauchbar sind, denn bei den Nagetieren rufen sie eine hohe Sterblichkeit durch innere Blutungen hervor. Meistens wird die antikoagulierende Substanz mit einem von den Nagetieren verzehrbaren Träger, z.B. Getreide, vermischt.
Es wurde gefunden, daß eine antikoagulierende Substanz, wie l,l-Diphenyl-2-acetyl-indandion-lr3 (Diphacinon), U'-p-Chlorphenyl-11-phenyl-)-2-acetyl-indandion-l,3 (Chlordiphacinon), 3 -/~(3'-Oxo-2'-phenyl)-butyl7~4-hydroxycumarin und

3 -/~(3 '-Oxo-2 '-p-chlorphenyl) -buty_l/-4hydroxycumarin, eine ausreichende Löslichkeit in den Polyoxyäthylenglycolen besitzen, um daraus zeitlich haltbare Lösungen in Verhältnissen ansetzen zu können, die 15 g/kg erreichen können.
Vorzugsweise liegt die Konzentration an antikoagulierender Substanz zwischen 0,01 und 15 g/kg.
Die' Lösungen in Polyoxyäthylenglycolen sind chemisch beständig. Sie können mit wasserlöslichen Farbstoffen gefärbt und ggf. aromatisiert werden. Die wässrigen Verdünnungen dieser Lösungen können als für Nagetiere giftige Getränke zubereitet und auf Planzen oder Pflanzenteilen versprüht werden, die üblicherweise von den Nagetieren verzehrt werden. Sie können aber auch auf irgendein Pulver oder eine absorbierende Substanz aufgebracht werden, die ein Fährtengift darstellen können. Diese wässrigen Verdünnungen gestatten die Herstellung durch Tränkung von Ködern auf Getreidegrundlage, wie Weizen, Mais, Gerste usw., oder jedem anderen von Nagetieren verzehrten Träger, wie Äpfel, Karotten usw. Diese Verdünnungen und vergifteten Köder sind besonders anlockend.
Nachstende Herstellungsbeispiele der neuen Nagetierbekämpfungsmittel erläutern die Erfindung:

Beispiel 1
Herstellung der konzentrierten Lösung (sogenanntes Konzentrat)
Man löst 12,5 g (l'-p-Chlorphenyl-I1-phenyl)-2-acetylindandion-1,3 (F=139 bis 143 C) warm bei einer Temperatur nahe 85°C in 987,5 g Polyoxyäthylenglycol 300. Nach Abkühlung erhält man eine Lösung von 12,5 g/kg Chlordiphacinon.
Beispiel 2
Herstellung der verdünnten Lösung
fertig zur Verwendung als Giftgetränk für Nagetiere
Man verdünnt das vorstehende Konzentrat im Verhältnis von 4 g in gewöhnlichem Wasser mit einer ausreichenden Menge, um 1 Liter Lösung zu erhalten. Die Rattenvernichtungswirkung dieser verdünnten Lösung wurde an Gruppen von 20 erwachsenen weißen Ratten festgestellt. Alle Ratten, die diese Lösung als Getränk angenommen hatten, waren innerhalb wenigstens 8 Tagen tot.
Beispiel 3
Herstellung vergifteten Weizens
Man vermischt 4 g des Konzentrats nach Beispiel 1 mit 100 g gewöhnlichem Wasser und 1000 g Weizen.

Claims (8)

Patentansprüche
1.) Nage tierbekämpf ungsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus Lösungen einer antikoagulierenden Substanz in PoIyäthylenglycol besteht.
2.) Rattenbekämpfungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die antikoagulierende Substanz aus 1,1-Diphenyl-2-acetyl-indandion-l, 3, (1·-p-Chlorphenyl-1'-phenyl)-2-acetyl-indandion-l,3 -3'-/~~(3·-Oxo-2·-phenyl)-butyl/-4-hydroxycumarin oder 3 -/?3'-Oxo-2'-p-chlorphenyl)-buty17-4-hydroxycumarin besteht.
3.) Rattenbekämpfungsmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration an antikoagulierender Substanz zwischen 0,01 und 15 g/kg liegt.
4.) Rattenbekämpfungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit wasserlöslichen Färbstoffen gefärbt ist.
5.) Rattenbekämpfungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aromatisiert ist.
6.) Verdünnte Rattenbekämpfungslösung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie durch Verdünnung von Lösungen nach einem der Ansptiche 1 bis 5 mit Wasser erhalten ist.

7.) Nagetierköder auf Grundlage von Getreide oder einem anderen von den Nagetieren verzehrbaren Träger, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Köder unter Verwendung von Lösungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 hergestellt sind.
8.) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Nagetierbekämpfungsködern
nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Köder durch Imprägnierung mit einer Lösung nach einem der Ansprüche 1
bis 6 hergestellt sind.
