Claims (8)
1. Papierherstellungsverfahren, bei dem ein wässrigen Cellulosehalbstoff und ggf. auch Mineralfüllstoffe
enthaltender Papierfaserstoff gebildet und getrocknet wird, wobei dem Papierfaserstoff vor der
Bildung die Entwässerung und Retention verbessernde Chemikalien zugesetzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zugesetzten, die Entwässerung
und Retention verbessernden Chemikalien ein kationisches Polyacrylamid und ein Sol aus kollodialen Teilchen
sind, die zumindest eine Oberflächenschicht aus Aluminiumsilikat oder aluminiummodifizierter Kieselsäure
aufweisen, so dass die Oberflächengruppen der Teilchen Kiesel- und Aluminiumatome in einem Verhältnis von
9,5:0,5 bis 7,5:2,5 enthalten.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kationische Polyakrylamid
in einer Menge von 0,005-1,5 Gew.-%, berechnet auf trocknen Papierstoff, zugesetzt wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sol in einer
Menge von 0,005-1,5 Gew.-%, berechnet auf trocknen Papierstoff, zugesetzt wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sol Solteilchen
mit einer spezifischen Fläche von etwa 50 bis etwa

1000 m /g, vorzugsweise von etwa 300 bis etwa 700 m /g besitzt.

5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das pH des
Papierstoffs von etwa 3,5 bis etwa 10 eingeregelt wird.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Menge
Cellulosehalbstoff im Papierfaserstoff derart einge-
regelt wird, dass sie ein fertiges Papier mit zumindest 50 Gew.-% Cellülosefasern ergibt.
7. Papierprodukt, das Cellülosefasern enthält,
vorzugsweise in einer Menge von zumindest 50 Gew.-%, berechnet auf das Papierprodukt, sowie die Entwässerung
und Retention verbessernde Chemikalien und ggf. auch Mineralfüllstoffe, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die die Entwässerung und Retention verbessernden Chemikalien ein kationisches Polyacrylamid und kolloidale,
anorganische Teilchen mit zumindest einer Oberflächenschicht aus Aluminiumsilikat oder aluminiummodifizierter
Kieselsäure umfassen, so dass die Oberflächengruppen der Teilchen Kieselatome und Aluminiumatome in einem
Verhältnis von 9,5:0,5 bis 7,5:2,5 enthalten.
8. Papierprodukt nach Anspruch 7, dadurch g e kennzeichnet,
dass sein Gehalt an kationischem Polyacrylamid und sein Gehalt an kolloidalen, anorganischen Teilchen je 0,005-1,5 Gew.-% betragen,
berechnet auf das Trockengehalt des Papiers.
