Insektizide und akarizide Mittel
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung teilweise bekannter Trisalkyl-zinn-1,2,4-triazole als Insektizide und
Akarizide.
Es ist bereits bekannt geworden, daß eine Reihe von organischen Zinnverbindungen, z.Be Triphenyl-zinn-hydroxid und
Triphenyl-zinn-acetat, pestizide Wirkungen aufweisen (vgl. H. Martin "Die wissenschaftlichen Grundlagen des Pflanzenschutzes",
Verlag Chemie, Weinheim, Bergstraße, (1967),
S. 245; E.Y. Spencer "Guide to the Chemicals used in crop protection", London, Ontario, Canada, S, 471 und 472, 5.
Auflage, (1968); Deutsche Patentschriften 950 970 und 1 021 627).
Ferner ist bekannt, daß Organo-zinn-azole, insbesondere
Tricyclohexyl-zinn-benzotriazol, pestizide Wirksamkeit besitzen
(vgl. US-Patentschrift 3 546 240).
Die fungizide und bakterizide Wirksamkeit von weiteren Organo-zinn-azolen, insbesondere von Triphenyl-zinn-imidazol,
ist Gegenstand eines älteren Schutzbegehrens (vgl.

Deutsche Patentanmeldung P 20 56 652.3). Jedoch ist die insektizide
und akarizide Wirkimg der genannten Verbindungen, insbesondere bei niedrigen Aufwandmengen und -konzentrationen,
nicht voll befriedigend.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die teilweise bekannten Trisalkylzinn-1,2,4-triazole
der Formel

Cycloalkyl mit bis zu 6 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen,
sehr gute insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften aufweisen.
Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen Trisalkylzinn-azole
eine erheblich höhere insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit als das aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Tricyclohexyl-zinn-benzotriazol
und als das nicht zum Stand der Technik gehöremie Triphenyl-zinn-imidazol, das jedoch
Gegenstand eines älteren Schutzbegehrens ist. Beides sind P den Trisalkyl-zinn-1,2,4-triazolen sehr ähnliche Wirkstoffe.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Stoffe stellen somit eine
wertvolle Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Trisalkyl-zinn-1,2,4-triazole
sind durch die obige Formel (I) allgemein definiert.

In der Formel (I) können R , R und R-^ gleich oder verschieden
sein, sie sind jedoch vorzugsweise gleich. Sie stehen für geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit bis zu 6 Kohlenstoffatomen,
vorzugsweise mit 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere für Isopropyl, Butyl, sek. Butyl, tert. Butyl,
ferner für Cycloalkyl mit vorzugsweise 3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere Cyclohexyl und Cyclopentyl.
Als Beispiele für die erfindungsgemäße verwendbaren Stoffe seien im einzelnen ^genannt:

Tri-tertiärbutyl-stannyl-1,2,4-triazol
Tris-isopropyl-stannyl-1,2,4-triazol

Einer der erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Stoffe ist bereits bekannt, nämlich Tributyl-zinn-1,2,4-triazol (Recueil des
Travaux Chimiques des Pays-Bas 81 (1962) 202-205; Chimia
16 (1962) 10-15)Γ Die noch nicht bekannten Trisalkyl-zinn-1,2,4-triazole
können hergestellt werden, indem man Bisalkyl-zinn-oxid
mit 1,2,4-Triazol unter Rückfluß erhitzt und das entstehende Wasser azeotrop abdestilliert (vgl.
Recueil des Travaux Chimiques des Pays-Bas 81 (1962) 203 und Herstellungsbeispiele). Ferner können die erfindungsgemäßen
Stoffe der Formel (I) auch erhalten werden, wenn· man das Alkalisalz des Azols mit dem entsprechenden Trisalkyl-stannyl-halogenid
in flüssigem Ammoniak (vgl. Recueil des Travaux Chimiques des Pays-Bas 81 (1962) 202-205) oder
in einem organischen Lösungsmittel bei Temperaturen zwischen O0C und 1000C (vgl. US-Patentschrift 3 546 240) umsetzt.

Weiterhin können die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Verbindungen durch Umsetzung eines Trisalkyl-stannyl-halogenids '
mit 1,2,4-Triazol in einem polaren, organischen Lösungsmittel
im Temperaturbereich zwischen 50°C und 1500C, vorzugsweise
zwischen 800C und 12O0C, in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden
Mittels, gegebenenfalls überschüssiges Azol als Säurebinder, hergestellt werden, wobei zur Reaktionsbeschleunigung
Kaliumiodid zugesetzt werden kann (vgl. Deutsche Patentanmeldung P 20 56 652.3).
Wie bereits erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe durch gute insektizide und akarizide Wirkung
aus. So sind sie mit besonderem Vorteil gegen pflanzen- W schädigende Milben und gegen saugende und beißende Insekten
zu verwenden.

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben (Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius =
Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe
(Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi), Gallmilben, z.B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis)
und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe (Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus);
schließlich Zecken wie die Lederzecke (Ornithodorus moubata).
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge,
besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse
(Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum
padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoflellaus (Macrosiphum solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus
korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaurotn-(Hyalopterus arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus
cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Cocclna), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecaniua
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralis und
Wanzen, beispielweeise die RUben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub-(Rhodnius prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans),
ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen (Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter
(Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma neustria), weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae), kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler
(Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta padella), Mehl- (Epheetia kühniella ) und große
Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera)
z.B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria),
Kartoffel- (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Ampfer- (Gastrophysa
viridula), Meerrettichblatt- (Phaedon cochleariae), Rapsglanz-(Meligethes aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentosus), Speisebohnen- (Bruchidius = Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck-(Dermestes frischi), Khapra- (Trogoderma granarium), rotbrauner
Reismehl- (Tribolium castaneum), Mais- (Calandra oder Sitophilue
zeamais), Brot- (Stegobium paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrio molitor) und Getreideplattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surinamensis),
aber auch im Boden lebende Arten z. B. DrahtwUrmer (Agriotes
spec.) und Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die
Deutsche (HLstteUa germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta
americana), Madeira- (Leucophaea oder Rhyparobia maderae),
Orientalische (Blatta orientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus) und schwarze Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z.B. das Heimchen (Acheta
domesticus); Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes flavipes) und Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die
Wiesenameise (Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau-(Drosophila melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis
capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Fannia
canicularis), Glanz- (Phormia aegina) und Schmeißfliege
(Calliphora erythrocephala) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans); ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber- (Aedes aegyptl), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles Stephens!).

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen For-. mulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe
mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen,
gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln.
Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z. B. auch organische.Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel
verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage:' Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder Alkylnaphthaline,
chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische
_ Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
W Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z. B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie
deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel,
wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie
Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler
Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z. B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, z. B. Freon;
als feste Trägerstoffe": natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit,
oder Diatomeenerde, und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als Emulgiermittel:
nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z. B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-Äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate,
und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z. B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen
und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und
95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0^5 und
90 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige
Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht
in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen,
Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wi.'kstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen
können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 %, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 %,
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 % oder sogar den 100%igen Wirkstoff allein
auszubringen.

Tetranychus - Test / resistent
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Dimethylformamid Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf
die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkst off zubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 - 30 cm haben, tropfnaß besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark
mit allen Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinen Spinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der Wirkstoff zubereitung bestimmt, indem man die toten Tiere auszählt.
Der so erhaltene Abtötungsgrad wird in % angegeben. 100 % bedeutet, daß alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden, 0 %
bedeutet, daß keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

33 g (0,044 Mol) Hexacyclohexyl-zinn-oxid werden in 700 ml
Aceton gelöst und bei Raumtemperatur 7 g (0,1 Mol) 1,2,4-Triazol zugetropft. Danach wird die Reaktionslösung 2 Stunden
unter Rückfluß zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach dem Erkalten wird der Niederschlag abgesaugt, mit wasserfreiem Lösungsmittel
nachgewaschen und getrocknet.
Man erhält 34 g (88,5 % der Theorie) Tricyclohexyl-stannyl-1,2,4-triazol
vom Schmelzpunkt 209 - 2110C.
Das Ausgangsprodukt wird folgendermaßen hergestellt:

90 g (0,2 Mol) Tricyclohexyl-stannyl-bromid werd.en in 500 ml Benzol gelöst und dazu 18 g einer 50 %igen Natriumhydroxidlösung
getropft. Zur Vervollständigung der Reaktion wird 3 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt und danach das zugesetzte
Wasser azeotrop abdestilliert. Dabei fällt das entstehende Natriumbromid praktisch quantitativ als Niederschlag an und

Claims (4)
1) Insektizide und akarizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch
einen Gehalt an Trisalkyl-zinn-1,2,4-triazolen der

2) Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und/oder Milben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Trisalkyl-zinn-1,2,4-triazole
der Formel (I) gemäß Anspruch 1 auf Insekten und/oder Milben oder ihren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
3) Verwendung von Trisalkyl-zinn-1,2,4-triazolen der Formel
(I) gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und/oder Milben.
4) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Insektiziden und/oder akariziden Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Trisalkyl-zinn-1
,2, 4-triazole der Formel (i) gemäß Anspruch mit Streckmitteln und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln
vermischt.
