Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue N-(Aminomethyliden)-thiol-phosphorsäureesterimide,
welche insektizide und akarizide Wirkung besitzen sowie ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß OiS-Diälkyl-N-acetyl-thiolophosphorsäureesteramide,
wie z.B. O-Methyl- bzw. O-Äthyl-S-methyl-N-acetyl-thiolophosphorsäureesteramid,
insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften haben (vgl. Deutsche Offenlegungsschrift
2 o14 o27).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen N-(Aminomethyliden)-thiolphosphorsäureesterimide
der Formel

Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß man die neuen N-(Aminomethyliden)
thiolo-phosphorsäureesterimide der Konstitution (i) erhält, wenn man phosphorylierte Iminoameisensäurealkylester der Formel

Überraschenderweise besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen N-(Aminomethyliden)-thiolophosphorsäureesterimide
eine wesentlich bessere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die vorbekannten 0,S-Dialkyl-N-acetyl-thiolophosphorsäureesteramide
analoger Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe
stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (II) und (Hl) allgemein eindeutig, definiert.
In der Formel (II) stehen R, R! und Alk vorzugsweise für geradkettiges
oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen, während in der Formel (ill) R" bevorzugt für geradkettiges
oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit 1 bis 4, für Alkenyl mit 3 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, für Cyclohexyl oder den Pyridinrest
steht.
Als Beispiele für erfindungsgemäß als Ausgangstoffe verwendbare Amine seien im einzelnen genannt:
Methyl-, Äthyl-, n-Propyl-,iso-Propyl-, η-Butyl-, see-, tert.-
und iso-Butyl, Allyl, Butenyl-, Cyclohexylamin und 2-Amino-1
pyridin.
Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Amine sind bekannt.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbarenphosphorylierten Iminoameisensäurealkylester
sind neu und werden nach einem nicht zum Stand der Technik gehörenden Verfahren aus den Iiteraturbekannten
0,S-Dialkyl-thiolophosphorsäureesteramiden (vgl. US-Patent 3.309.266) mit Orthoameisensäurealkylestern hergestellt. Ihre
^Herstellung ist Gegenstand eines weiteren Schutzbegehrens. Als Beispiele für erfindungsgemäß verwendbare phosphorylierte
Iminoameisensäurealkylester seien genannt: N-(O,S-Dimethyl- bzw. O,S-Diäthyl- bzw. 0,S-Dipropyl-thiolophosphoryl)-iminoameisensäureäthylester.

Das Herstellungsverfahren für die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe kann in An- oder Abwesenheit von Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmitteln
durchgeführt werden. Als solche kommen praktisch aller inerten organischen Solventien infrage. Hierzu gehören vor allem aliphatische
und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe,
wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Chlorbenzol, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Äther,
wie Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise
Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, wie Acetonitril und Propionitril.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und 1000C, vorzugsweise bei 10 bis 25°C.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck durchgeführt. Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens werden die Komponenten
unter Rühren in An- oder Abwesenheit eines der oben genannten Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel vereinigt; anschließend wird
bei den angegebenen Temperaturen mehrere Stunden nachgerührt, anschließend die eventuell noch vorhandenen leicht flüchtigen
Bestandteile, wie Lösungsmittel, abdestilliert.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen meist in Form farbloser bis schwach gefärbter öle an, die sich nicht unzersetzt
destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes "Andestillieren", d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig
erhöhte Temperatur von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden können. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung
dient vor allem der Brechungsindex. Fallen sie in kristalliner Form an, so dient zu ihrer Charakterisierung der
Schmelzpunkt.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die neuen N-(Aminomethyliden)-thiolophosphorsaureesterimide
durch eine hervor-

ragende insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit gegenüber Pflanzenschädlingen
aus. Sie besitzen dabei sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben (Acarina) ,
bei geringer Phytotoxizität.
Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopaloslphum
padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoffellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenfclattlaus (Myzus
cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z,B. die Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralis und Wanzen, beispielsweise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub-(Rhodnius prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans),
ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis), der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter
(Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (Malacosoma lieustria),
weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae),
kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta padella), Mehl- (Ephestia kühniella ) und große
Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera) z.B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria),

Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe
(Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi),
Gallmilben, z.B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis) und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe
(Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus)i

Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen
übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in
bekannter Weise hergestellt, z. B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter
Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven
Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln. Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können
z. B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel
verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesent-' liehen infrage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder Alkylnaphthaline,
chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z. B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie
deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel,
wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid, sowie >
Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint, welche bei normaler
Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z. B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe^ z. B. Freon;
als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit,
oder Diatomeenerde, und synthetische Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate; als Emulgiermittel:
nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,
Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z. B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-Äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate,
und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z. B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit andereji bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0^5 und
90 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen
oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie gebrauchsfertige
Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung gescfc.ieht
in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen,
Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wii'kstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen,
können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 %, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist» Formulierungen bis zu 95 % oder sogar den 100%igen Wirkstoff allein
auszubringen.

Phaedon-Larven-Test
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykoläther
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Waeser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung spritzt man Kohlblätter (Brassica
oleracea) tropfnaß und besetzt sie mit Meerrettichblattkäfer-Larven (Phaedon cochleariae).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 #, daß alle Käfer-Larven getötet wurden, 0 $>
bedeutet, daß keine Käfer-Larven getötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt

Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Kohlpflanzen (Brassica
oleracea), welche stark von der Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae) befallen sind, tropfnass besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in % be·^
stimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Blattläuse abgelötet
wurden, 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man "! Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Mengu
lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält,
und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirt stoffzubereitung werden Haferpflanzen (Avena sativa),
die stark vcn der Haferlaus (Rhopalosiphum padi) befallen sind, angegessen, so daß die Wirkstoffzubereitung in den Boden
eindringt, chne die Blätter der Haferpflanzen zu benetzen. Der Wirkstoff wird von den Haferpflanzen aus dem Boden aufgenommen
und gelangt so zu den befallenen Blättern.

Tetranychus-Test (resistent)
Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolather
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator
enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 - 30 cm haben, tropfnass besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark mit allen Entwicklungsstadien
der gemeinen Spinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der Wirkstoffzubereitung
bestimmt, indem man die toten Tiere auszählt. Der so erhaltene Abtötungsgrad wird in % angegeben. 100 % bedeutet,
daß alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden, 0 % bedeutet, daß keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

Zu 4o g (o,2 Mol) des N-(0,S-Dimethylthiolophosphoryl)-iminoameisensäureäthylesters
gelöst in loo ml Benzol werden unter Kühlen, die Temperatur wird auf 1o bis 15°C gehalten, und
Rühren 14 g (o,2 Mol) Isopropylamin in 5o ml Benzol zugetropft.
Anschließend wird unter Kühlen 2 Stunden gerührt, das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum abdestilliert und der Rückstand "andestilliert".
Man erhält 35 g (83 % der Theorie) des N-(N'-iso-Propylaminomethyliden)-0,S-dimethylthiolophosphorsäurediesterimids
mit dem
24 " /-Brechungsindex nn = 1,5161.
Analog wurden die folgenden Verbindungen hergestellt:

Der als Ausgangsverbindung Verwendung findende N-(0,S-Dimethylthiolphosphoryl)-iminoameisensaureathylester
wird wie folgt hergestellt:
71 g (0,5 McI) O,S-Dimethylthiolophosphorsäureesteramid werden
mit 92 g Orthoarneisensäureäthylester 4 Stunden am Rückfluß zum
Sieden erhitzt. Anschließend wird der gebildete Alkohol abdestilliert und der Rückstand destilliert. Man erhält 56 g
(57 % der Theorie) des gewünschten N-(0,S-Dimethylthiolphosphoryl)-iminoameisensäureäthylesters
vom Kochpunkt 84°C/o,ol mm Torr und dem Brechungsindex n^ = 1>4892.

1) N-(Aminomethyliden)-thiol-phosphorsäureesterimide der Formel

2) Verfahren zur Herstellung von N-(Aminomethyliden)-thiolphosphorsäureesterimiden,

gekennzeichnet, daß man N-(Arninomethyliden)'-thiol<-phosphorsäureesterimiden
gemäß Formel (i) in Anspruch 1 mit Streckmitteln und/oder obenflächenaktiven Mitteln vermischt,
