Claims (8)

1. Leitungskupplung aus zwei gleich aufgebauten Kupplungshälften, von denen jede Kupplungshälfte folgende Merkmale aufweist:
  • - ein Kupplungsgehäuse (12, 12a),
  • - ein mit einem Ende des Kupplungsgehäuses (12, 12a) verbundener Stutzen (32, 32a) für den Anschluß einer Leitung,
  • - Kupplungsmittel (14, 16) am anderen Ende des Kupplungsgehäuses (12, 12a) zum Verbinden der Kupplungshälften (10) nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses, eine Ventilkugel (22), die mittels Drehzapfen (24, 26) im Kupplungsgehäuse (12, 12a) drehbar gelagert ist,
  • - ein Bedienhebel (46), der an einem Zapfen (26) angreift,
  • - ein Verriegelungsstift (54, 54a), der achsparallel im Kupplungsgehäuse (12, 12a) gelagert ist und von einem Drehzapfen (24) betätigt wird, wobei der Verriege­ lungsstift in der offenen Stellung der Ventilkugel (12) aus dem anderen Ende des Kupplungsgehäuses (12, 12a) vorsteht und in der geschlossenen Stellung der Ventilkugel (22) im Gehäuse versenkt ist,
  • - eine achsparallele Bohrung (56) im Kupplungsgehäuse (12, 12a), in welche der Verriegelungsstift (54, 54a) der anderen Kupplungshälfte bei miteinander verbun­ denen Kupplungshälfte hineinsteht und eine Verdrehung der Kupplungshälften (10) verhindert, wobei
  • - der Bedienhebel (46) um eine Achse senkrecht zur Drehachse der Ventilkugel (22) schwenkbar gelagert ist.

Leitungskupplung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bedienhebel (46) nahe der Schwenkachse (44) an der Unterseite einen Vorsprung (48) aufweist, und an der Außenseite des Kupplungsgehäuses (12, 12a) zwei Ausnehmungen (50) geformt sind, in welche der Vorsprung (48) bei geschlossener und geöffneter Stellung der Ventilkugel (22) eingreift.
3. Leitungskupplung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen (32, 32a) um seine Längsachse drehbar im Kupplungsgehäuse (12, 12a) gelagert ist.
4. Leitungskupplung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsge­ häuse (12, 12a) an der Innenseite eine Ringnut aufweist, der einer Ringnut an der Außenseite des Stutzens (32, 32a) gegenüberliegt und die Ringnuten mehrere Kugeln (36) aufnehmen.
5. Leitungskupplung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsstift (54) und der Drehzapfen (34) nach Art eines Zahnstangentriebs zusammenwirken.

Leitungskupplung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Kupplungsgehäuse (12a) ein Überdruckventil (62) angeordnet ist und zwischen dem Drehzapfen (24) und im Überdruckventil (62) ein Verriegelungsmechanismus angeordnet ist, der das Überdruckventil (62) verriegelt, wenn die Ventilkugel (22) in der geöffneten Position ist.
7. Leitungskupplung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungs­ stift (54a) in der Verriegelungsposition das Überdruckventil (62) verriegelt.

Leitungskupplung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überdruck­ ventil (62) einen von einer Feder (66) vorgespannten Ventilstift (64) aufweist, der mit einer Ventilfläche gegen eine Sitzfläche in einer Ventilbohrung im Kupplungsge­ häuse (12a) anliegt und Ventilstift (64) und Verriegelungsstift (54a) so ausgebildet sind, daß der Ventilstift (64) sich frei bewegen kann, wenn der Verriegelungsstift (54a) in der Entriegelungsposition ist und festgesetzt ist, wenn der Verriegelungsstift (54a) in der Verriegelungsposition ist.
