Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Derivate der Thiocarbaminsäure, ihre Herstellung und ihre Verwendung zur Bekämpfung von

Die Verbindungen der Formel (i) eignen sich zur Bekämpfung
von Insekten und Vertretern der Ordnung Acarina, wie z.B. Milben und Zecken, sowie aller ihrer Entwicklungsstadien, wie Eier, Larven
und Puppen. Besonders vorteilhaft ist ihre V/irkung gegen Ektopara-

siten auf Tieren, wie z.B. gegen Boophilus microplus, · Psoroptes
ovis oder Dermanyssus gallinae, gegen Läuse auf Pflanzen.,' insbesondere

Die Wirkstoffe der Formel (i) können für sich allein oder
zusammen mit einem geeigneten Träger und / oder Zuschlagstoffen
eingesetzt werden. Geeignete Träger und Zuschlagstoffe können fest
oder flüssig sein und entsprechen den in der Formulierungstechnik üblichen Stoffen, wie z.B. natürlichen oder regenerierten Stoffen,
Lösungs-, Dispergier-, Netz-, Haft-, Verdickungs-, Binde- und /oder
Düngemitteln. Ferner können noch weitere insektizid oder akarizid wirksame Verbindungen zugesetzt werden, wie z.B.

Zur Applikation können die Verbindungen der Formel (i)
zu Stäubemitteln, Eraulsionskonzentraten, Granulaten, Dispersionen,
Sprays, zu Lösungen oder Aufsehlämmungen in üblicher Formu-;*
lierung, die in der Applikationstechnik zum Allgemeinwissen gehört,
verarbeitet werden. ■ ■ ·. -'..-.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen der Verbindungen
der Formel (i) kommen z.B. Mineralöifraktionen von hohem bis mittlerem Siedebereich, wie Dieselöl oder Kerosen, Kohlenteeröle
und OeIe pflanzlicher oder tierischer Herkunft, sowie Kohlenwasserstoffe,
wie alkylierte Naphthaline, Tetrahydronapnthalin,
in Betracht, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von Xylolgemisehen,
Cyclohexanolen, Ketonen, ferner chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen, wie Trichloräthan und Tetraehloräthan, Trichloräthylen oder TrI-
und Tetrachlorbenzolen. Mit Vorteil werden organische Lösungsmittel verwendet, deren Siedepunkt über 100 C liegt.
Wässerige Applikationsformen werden besonders zweckmässig
aus Emulsionskonzentraten, Pasten oder netzbaren Spritzpulvern (wettable powder) durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet. Als Dispergiermittel
kommen nichtionogene Produkte in Betracht, z.B. Kondensationsprodukte
von aliphatischen Alkoholen, Aminen oder Carbonsäuren mit einem langkettigen Kohlenwasserstoffrest von etwa 10 bis 20
Kohlenstoffatomen.und Aethylenoxyd, wie das Kondensationsprodukt
von Octadecylalkohol und 25 bis 30 Mol Aethylenoxyd, oder dasjenige von Sojafettsäure und J>0 Mol Aethylenoxyd oder dasjenige von
technischem Oleylamin und 15 Mol Aethylenoxyd oder dasjenige von
Dodecylmerkaptan und 12 Mol Aethylenoxyd. Unter den anioaktiven Dispergiermitteln, die herangezogen werden können, seien z.B. er-

wähnt: das Natriumsalz des Dodecylalkoholschwefelsäureesters, :
das Natriumsalz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure, das Kalium- oder Triäthanolaminsalz. der Oelsäure oder der Abietinsäure oder von
Mischungen dieser Säuren, oder das Natriumsalz einer Petroleumsulfonsäure.
Als kationaktive Dispergiermittel kommen quaternäre Ammoniumverbindungen,
wie z.B. das Cetylpyridiniumbromid oder das Dioxyäthylbenzyldodecylammoniumchlorid in Betracht.
w Zur Herstellung von Stäube- und Streumitteln können als
feste Trägerstoffe Talkum, Kaolin, Bentonit, Calciumcarbonat, CaI-ciumphosphat,
aber auch Kohle, Korkmehl, Holzmehl, und andere Materialien pflanzlicher Herkunft herangezogen werden. Sehr zweck-
massig ist auch die Herstellung von Präparaten in granulierter
Form. Die verschiedenen Anwendungsformen können in üblicher Weise
durch Zusatz von Stoffen,■welche die Verteilung, die Haftfestigkeit,
die Regenbeständigkeit oder.das Eindringungsvermögen verbessern,
versehen sein; solche Stoffe sind z.B. Fettsäuren, Harze, Leim, Casein
oder Aligate.
Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in den oben beschriebenen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,1 bis 95$, dabei ist zu erwähnen, dass bei der
Applikation aus dem Flugzeug oder mittels andern geeigneten Applikationsgeräten
Konzentrationen bis zu 99,5$ oder sogar reiner Wirkstoff
eingesetzt werden;
Die Applikation dieser Mittel im Veterinärsektor erfolgt nach den üblichen Verfahren z.B. nach dem Spritz-, Giess-, Stäube-
und Räucherverfahren. Wirksam ist auch das sogenannte Tauchverfahren, bei dem das Vieh durch eine Lösung bzw. Dispersion des Mittels durchgetrieben

Die Applikationszubereitungen beim Spritz-, Giess- und Tauchverfahren
enthalten vorzugsweise 0,05$ bis 0,5$ Aktivsubstanz.
. ^-Chlor-s-methyl-phenyl-S-methyl-dithiocarbamat
750 g 5-Chlor-2-toluidin, 600 ml Methanol, 600 ml konz. Ammoniak
Und 472 g Schwefelkohlenstoff werden während 24 Stunden bei
0-200C verrührt, dann werden bei 0-10°C 550 ml Dimethylsulfat ein- J|
getropft. Man rührt 10 Stunden lang bei Raumtemperatur, fällt durch Zugabe von ca. 3 1 Wasser aus, nutscht den entstandenen Niederschlag
ab und trocknet bis 500C am Vakuum. Ausbeute 86,5$, Smp. 101-106°C.
Durch Umkristallisation des Rohprodukts aus einem Chloroform/Petroläther-Gemisch
erhält man die Verbindung der Formel

Zur Herstellung eines Spritzpulvers werden beispielsweise die folgenden Komponenten gemischt und fein vermählen:
50 . Teile Wirkstoff gemäss vorliegender Erfindung
20 Teile hoch adsorptive Kieselsäure
25 Teile Bolus alba (Kaolin)
25 Teile Bolus alba (Kaolin)
1,5 Teile l-benzyl-2-stearyl-benzimidazol-6,3i-disulfonsaures
" Natrium.
3,5 Teile Reaktionsprodukt aus p-tert. Octylphenol und Aethylenoxyd.
Gut lösliche Wirkstoffe können auch als Emulsionskonzentrat
nach folgender Vorschrift formuliert werden:
20 Teile Wirkstoff der Formel I
70 Teile Xylol
u 10 Teile einer Mischung aus einem Raktionsprodukt eines Alkylphenols
mit Aethylenoxyd und Calcium-dodecyl-benzolsulfonat werden gemischt. Beim Verdünnen mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration entsteht eine spritzfähige Emulsion.
Granulate
7,5 g eines der Wirkstoffe der Formel I werden in 100 ml
Aceton gelöst und die so erhaltene acetonische Lösung auf 92 g granuliertes Attapulgit gegeben. Das Ganze wird gut vermischt und
das Lösungsmittel im Rotationsverdampfer abgezogen. Man erhält ein Granulat mit 7,5# Wirkstoffgehalt.

Beispiel 4
a) Rhipicephalus bursa. 5 .adulte, hungrige Zecken wurden in
ein Glasrohrchen gezählt und,für 1-2 Minuten in 2 ml.einer wässrigen
Emulsion aus einer Verdünnungsreihe mit 100,10,,1 und 0,1 ppm
Testsubstanz getaucht. Das Röhrchen wurde mit einem genormten Watte*·
bausch verschlossen und auf den.Kopf .gestellt, damit, die. Wirkstoffemulsion von der Watte aufgenommen werden konnte. Die Auswertung
erfolgte nach 2 Wochen. .. ;
Für jeden Versuch liefen zwei Wiederholungen.* Verbindung Nr. 1 erzielte bei 100 ppm 100$ Abtötung., ,·
Verbindung Nr. 2 erzielte bei 100 ppm 100$ Abtötung.
Verbindung Nr. 3 erzielte bei 100 ppm 100$ Abtötung*
Verbindung Nr. 4 erzielte bei 100 ppm 100$ Abtötung.
Verbindung Nr. 6 erzielte bei 100 ppm 100$ Abtötung.
Verbindung Nr. 7 erzielte bei 100 ppm 100$ Abtötung.
Verbindung Nr. 8 erzielte bei 10 ppm 100$ Abtötung. Verbindung Nr. 9 erzielte bei 50 ppm 100$ Abtötung..
b) Boophilus microplus (Larven). Mit einer ähnlichen Verdünnungsreihe
analog Methode a) wurde eine Testreihe mit zwei Wiederholungen mit je 20 OP-resistenten Larven durchgeführt. (Die Resistenz
bezieht sich auf die Verträglichkeit von Diazinon). lÖO$ige
Abtötung wurde bei folgenden Grenzkonzentrationen nach 2 Woche,n ermittelt:

Die Prüfung verlief analog Methode a) mit 20 Milben.' Die
Auswertung erfolgte nach 72 Stunden.
lOO^ige Abtötung wurdebei folgenden Grenzkonzentratiorien
erziehlt:

d) Deckelschildlaüse (Diaspidae)
Aspidiotus hederae wurden im Laboratorium auf Kürbis gezüchtet.
Junge Weibchen (200 Stück) wurden nach erfolgter zweiter Häutung mit einer gemäss Beispiel 2 hergestellten Emulsion enthaltend
0,1$ Wirkstoff Nr. 1 behandelt. Die Applikation erfolgte durch
Aufbringen des emulgierten Wirkstoffes mit einem weichen Haarpinsel,
Die Auszählung von 200 Schildläusen nach l8 Tagen ergab eine
Abtötung von 94$*
