Description

Beschreibung : " Gestell zum sicheren Transport und Lagerung von großen Tafeln "
Das stabile Gestell aus Stahl erlaubt es große Tafeln (z.B. Marmorplatten ) mit dem max.Maßen 4000 &khgr; 2000 mm bis zu einem Gesamtgewicht von 51 sicher mit Kran oder Stapler zu transportieren und zu lagern.
Bisher wurden große Tafeln entweder liegend auf Paletten oder vertikal mit Seilen oder Zangen transportiert.
Diese Verfahren waren durch Bruch oder Umschlagen des Tafelmaterials sehr riskant und unfallträchtig.
Gesucht wurde eine sichere und materialschonende Einrichtung, die mit Kran und Stapler einen vertikalen Transport und eine kippsichere Lagerung erlaubt.
Die Entwicklung ergab eine stabile, standfeste Palette in Wabenform mit 4 verstellbaren Rungen.
Das Gestell wurde als Prototyp gebaut und verbessert. Es läßt sich mit großen Tafeln mittels Seilen beladen, die Rungen werden verspannt mit Spindeln.
Nun kann die Einrichtung und der Inhalt am Kran transportiert werden oder durch zwei verschieden breite Öffnungen kippsicher mit dem Stapler gefahren werden.
Die Wabenform erlaubt eine umsturzsichere und gefahrlose, raumsparende Lagerung.
Die Vorteile zusammengefaßt:
Sicher in beiden Transportarten für Mensch u. Material Kippsicher beim Be - und Entladen, raumsparend durch die Wabenform und materialschonend durch vertikale Lagerung

Claims (1)

  1. "Gestell zum sicheren Transport und Lagerung von großen Tafeln" Dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    1. daß das Gestell aus einem horizontalen verschweißten Bodenteil (1) in Wabenform, vertikalen Rungen (2), 2 Spindeln (3), 2 Mitnehmerhaken (4) und 2 Auflagen (5) besteht. Material: verzinkter Stahl, Auflagen aus Weichholz
    2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekenntzeichnet, daß die vertikalen Rungen (2) verstellbar sind und Spindeln (3) haben.
    3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekenntzeichnet, daß das Bodenteil (1) Mitnehmerhaken (4) aufweist.
    4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekenntzeichnet daß das Gestell mit Ausnahme der 2 Mitnehmerhaken (4) und der 2 Auflagen (5) aus Rechteckrohren besteht:
