Description

Das Gebrauchsmuster betrifft eine Palette zur Aufnahme schwerer Easten} z. B. schwerer Werkstücke.
Solche Paletten werden meistens aus Holz hergestellt, sind dann aber im Gebrauch wenig dauerhaft, insbesondere für den Transport von schweren lasten.
Man hat daher bereits solche Paletten aus sich kreuzend angeordneten Gruppen streifenförmiger OOragelemente hergestellt. Auch hierfür sind verschiedene Ausführungs-

formen bekannt} ζ. B. die Anordnung mehrerer paralleler Längsträger mit den Enden angeformten Füßen einerseits und sich zwischen diese erstreckende und aufliegend befestigte gesickte Stege anderseits. Bin solches Gitterwerk läßt sich als Transportpalette verwenden. Statt dessen hat man auch bereits die streifenförmigen Tragelerneute der sich kreuzend angeordneten Gruppe als geschlossene, parallele Längsstege aus etwa rechteckigen Ringschlaufen und die Tragelemente der zweiten Gruppe aus ähnlichen Ringschlaufen, welche senkrecht zur ersten Gruppe verlaufen, ausgebildet.
Diese aus Blechstreifen bestehenden Paletten sind zwar dauerhafter als Holzpaletten, lassen sich aber verhältnismäßig schwierig und kostspielig herstellen·
Das Gebrauchsmuster bezweckt die Schaffung einer Palette zur Aufnahme schwerer lasten, z. B. schwerer Werkstücke, welche die lachteile der bekannten Ausführungen vermeidet.
Der Gebrauchsmusterzweck wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Palette aus einer Anzahl gleichartiger Bleehprofile be-
steht, von denen ein Teil, mit ihren längskanten nebeneinanderliegend, die Palettenfläche bildet, unter welcher '-quer zu den längskanten der Palettenfläche zwei ebensolche, aber um 180° gewendete Blechprofile als Yerbindeelemente angeordnet sind.

Eine Äusführungsform des Gebrauchsmustergegenstandes ist in den Zeichnungen beispielsweise und rein schematiseh. dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:

Gemäß den Zeichnungen besteht die palette aus einer
Anzahl gleichartiger Blechpröfile 1. Die Profile 1 liegen mit ihren Längskanten 2 nebeneinander und "bilden so die Balettenflache 3·
Quer zu den Längskanten 2 sind an beiden Enden der palettenflache 3 ebensolche, aber um 180° gewendete Blechprofile Ί0 angeordnet.
Jedes Profil 1 bzw. 10 besteht aus einem Stahlblechstreifen j welcher an seinen beiden iängskanten zweimal um 90° abgewinkelt ist.
Zur weiteren Erhöhung der Festigkeit können die Blechprofile quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung mit Sicken versehen sein.
Der G-ebräuehsmustergegenstahd ist nicht auf die dargestellte und beschriebene Ausführungsform beschränkt; vielmehr können Einzelheiten dem jeweiligen Terwendungszweck angepaßt werden, ohne vom grundsätzlichen Gebrauchsmustergedanken abzuweichen. -

1. !Palette zur Aufnahme schwerer lasten, z. B. schwerer Werkstücke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einer Anzahl gleichartiger Blechprofile (1 "bzw. 10) besteht, von denen ein Teil, mit ihren iängskanten (2) nebeneinanderliegend, die Balettenflache (3) bildet, unter welcher quer zu den längskanten (2) der Palettenfläehe (3) zwei ebensolche, aber um 180° gewendete Blechprofile (10) als Yerbindeelemente angeordnet sind.
2. Palette nach'Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Profil (1 bzw. 10) aus einem Stahlblechstreifen besteht, welcher an seinen beiden Längskanten (2) zweimal um 90° abgewinkelt ist.
3. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bleehprofile (1 bzw. 10) quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung mit Sieken (4) versehen sind.
