Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Isolierplatte in Sandwichbauweise aus einem beiderseits von Folien abgedeckten Wabengitter, dessen Waben mit Isoliermaterial ausgefüllt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB das Isoliermaterial mit einem Harz vermischter, gemahlener Holz-, Papier- und/oder Kartonabfall istDie Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Isolierplatte in Sandwichbauweise für Bauzwecke aus einem beiderseits von Folien abgedeckten Wabengitter, dessen Waben mit Isoliermaterial ausgefüllt sindDerartige Isolierplatten sind bekannt (Zeitschrift »Kunststoffe« Band 53, 1963, Heft 10, Seite 766 ff; US-PS 31 70 827). Als Isoliermaterial zum Ausfüllen des Wabcngsttcrs ist ein aufgeschäumter Kunststoff vorgesehen. Es ist auch bekannt, faseriges Material als Isoliermaterial einzusetzen (US-PS 32 67 972). Es ist ferner bekannt, für die Herstellung einfacher Platten zu Isolierzwecken Abfallstoffe heranzuziehen.Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine leichte Isolierplatte der eingangs genannten Art unter Nutzung von Abfallstoffen herzustellen, ohne daB die Festigkeit herabgesetzt wirdDiese Aufgabe wird bei einer Isolierplatte der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Isoliermaterial mit einem Harz ίο vermischter, gemahlener Holz-, Papier- und/oder Kartonabfall ist.Hieraus ergibt sich nicht nur der Vorteil, daß ein Isoliermaterial verwendet werden kann, das — weil es Abfallmaterial enthält — teilweise kostenlos anfällt, is sondern auch noch der zusätzliche Vorteil, daB dieses Abfallmaterial nicht mehr, wie bisher, verbrannt werden muß, sondern durch die Weiterverwendung umweltfreundlicherbeseitigt werden kann.Für das Isoliermaterial wird Holz-, Schälholz-, Papier- und/oder Kartonabfall verwendet, der vorher auf eine geeignete Teilchengröße gemahlen und mit einem Harz als Konservierungsmittel vermischt wurde. Um das Isoliermaterial zu verdichten, wird dieses, nachdem es in die Waben eingebracht ist, einem Druck unterworfen.
