    Formstein für tragende und abschließende Vände Formsteine mit Durchbrechungen für tragende und abschließende Wände sind bereits bekannt. Derartige Formsteine dienen als Element zur Bildung von Wändenfür Gartengestaltungen oder zur Bildung von durchbrochenen oder sichtbehindernden Flächen.
  • Der Formstein nach der Erfindung ist ebenfalls durchbrochen.
  • Seine Raumform ist jedoch neu und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stein in der Wandebene aus einem geschlossenen, tragfähigen, eine Öffnung bildenden Rahmen besteht und dass zwei gegenüberliegende Ecken des Rahmens durch eine aus der Wandebene herausgewölbte Strebe verbunden sind, die mit dem Rahmenteil schräg zur Ebene des Rahmens liegende Öffnungen bildet.
  • Eine aus Formsteinen dieser Art gebildete Wand weist Öffnungen auf, die jedoch infolge der vorgewölbten Strebe nicht als durchgehende Öffnungen erscheinen. Der Formstein ist gut für Gartengestaltung geeignet, weil Pflanzen veranlasst werden können, durch die Öffnungen sich hindurchzuranken. Die herausgewölbte Strebe kann derart ausgebildet sein, dass sie einen spitzen, genau diagonal liegenden Grat bildet. Während der Rahmen im Grundriss vorzugsweise quadratisch oder rechteckig ausgebildet sein kann, empfiehlt es sich, die'andöffnungen innerhalb des Rahmens rund auszubilden. Die zwischen dem Rahmenteil und der Strebe gebildeten Öffnungen sind vorzugsweise rund oder oval. Im Bereich der Handfläche kann der Rahmenteil verjüngt ausgebildet sein, so daß die Steine an der Außenfläche der Wand, dort wo sich die vorgewölbten Streben befinden, fugenlos gegeneinander stoßen. Der Formstein kann erfindungsgemäss auch als Doppelstein ausgebildet werden, wobei die Formsteine mit den Rahmenteilen gegeneinander stoßen.
  • In den Zeichnungen ist der Formstein nach der Erfindung und ein Doppelstein in verschiedenen Ansichten und Schnitten dargestellt.
  • Abb. 1 zeigt eine Aufsicht auf den Stein, derart, dass die vorgewölbte Strebe dem Beschauer am nächsten ist ; Abb. 2 zeigt eine Seitenansicht ; Abb. 3 zeigt eine Unteransicht, so daß die Öffnung im Rahmenteil sichtbar ist ; Abb. 4 zeigt eine Schnittdarstellung entsprechend der Schnittlinie IV-IV in Abb. 1 ; Abb. 5 zeigt die Aufsicht auf einen Doppelstein entsprechend der Darstellung in Abb. 1 ; Abb. 6 zeigt die Seitenansicht eines Doppelsteines entsprechend der Darstellung in Abb. 2 ; Abb. 7 zeigt die räumliche Darstellung eines Doppelsteines ; Abb. 8 zeigt die Schnittdarstellung eines Doppelsteines entsprechend der Darstellung in Abb. 4.
  • Der in den Abbildungen dargestellte Formstein besteht aus einem in der Wandebene angeordneten, tragfähigen Rahmen 1, von dem zwei gegenüberliegende Ecken durch eine aus der Wandebene herausgewölbte Strebe 2 verbunden sind. Diese Strebe 2 bildet mit dem Rahmen schräg zur Ebene des Rahmens liegende Öffnungen 4. In der Wandfläche können die Seitenwände 3 des Rahmens 1 verjüngt ausgebildet sein, wie insbesondere aus der Darstellung in Abb. 2 hervorgeht. Abb. 3 zeigt die runde. Öffnung im Rahmen 1 und die zum Teil sichtbaren ovalen Öffnungen 4, die sich hinter der runden Öffnung befinden. Der in den Abbildungen 5 bis 8 dargestellte Doppelstein besteht aus zwei Formsteinen nach den Abbildungen 1 bis 4. Wesentlich an diesen Darstellungen ist, dass die Formsteine mit ihren Rahmenteilen 1,1' aufeinandersitzen, so daß die Streben 2 und 2'sich nach entgegengesetzten Richtungen aus der Wandebene vorwölben. Die verjüngt ausgebildeten Seitenflächen der Rahmen 1 und 1'mit dem Bezugszeichen 3 und 3' sitzen unmittelbar aufeinander, wie die Abbildungen 7 und 8 zeigen.

Claims (6)

  1. Sc hut z ans p r ü c h e 1.) Formstein für tragende und abschließende Wände, dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass der Stein in der Wandebene aus einem geschlossenen, tragfähigen, eine Mittelöffnung (5) bildenden Rahmen (1) besteht und dass ferner zwei gegenüberliegende Ecken durch eine aus der Wandebene herausgewölbte Strebe (2) verbunden sind, die mit dem Rahmenteil (1) schräg zur Ebene des Rahmens liegende Öffnungen (4) bildet.
  2. 2.) Formstein nach Anspruch 1, dadurch g e k e n n z e i c hn e t, dass die Strebe (2) einen spitzen, genau diagonal liegenden Grat bildet.
  3. 3.) Formstein nach Anspruch 1, dadurch g e k e n n z e i c hn e t, daß die Wandöffnung (5) rund ausgebildet ist.
  4. 4.) Formstein nach Anspruch 1, dadurch g e k e n n z e ichn e t, dass die zwischen der Strebe (2) und dem Rahmen (1) gebildeten Öffnungen rund oder oval ausgebildet sind.
  5. 5.) Formstein nach Anspruch 1, dadurch g e k e n n z e ichn e t, dass die Seitenflächen (3) des Rahmenteiles in der Wandebene eingezogen ausgebildet sind.
  6. 6.) Doppelstein nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch g e k e n nz e i c h n e t, dass zwei Formsteine mit dem Rahmenteil aneinander befestigt sind.
