Claims (22)
1.
Feuerfestes Bindemittel, gekennzeichnet durch eine
Phosphatmatrix und einen Klebwirkstoff, der mit der
Phosphatmatrix innig gemischt ist.
2.
Bindemittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebwirkstoff Montmorillonit-Ton ist.
3.
Bindemittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klebwirkstoff Bentonit-Ton ist. 15

Bindemittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Flußmittel aufweist.

Bindemittel nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein
Metalloxid, das aus der Aluminium, Magnesium oder Kieseler de umfassenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist.
6.
Bindemittel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flußmittel Borsäure ist.
7.
Bindemittel nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Chromverbindung.
8.Bindemittel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Chromverbindung Chromoxid ist.
10. Feuerfestes Bindemittel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es bis zu 5 Gewichts-Prozent Flußmittel aufweist.
11. Feuerfestes Bindemittel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klebwirkstoff Montmorillonit-Ton
aufweist.
12. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines feuerfesten Bindemittels,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:
Vorrühren einer Phosphat-Klebwirkstoff-Mischung;
Erwärmen der Mischung auf wenigstens ungefähr 37,78°C (100° F);
Hinzufügen von hydriertem Aluminium zur Mischung; und
Erwärmen der hydrierten Al urninium-Phosphat-Kl ebwi rkstof f-Mischung
auf wenigstens 82,2°C (180° F).
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, ferner gekennzeichnet durch
Hinzufügen einer Chromverbindung zur Mischung.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, ferner gekennzeichnet durch Hinzufügen eines Flußmittels zur Mischung aus Phosphat
und Klebwirkstoff.
15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klebwirkstoff Montmorillonit-Ton aufweist.
16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Flußmittel Borsäure ist.
17. Feuerfestes Material, gekennzeichnet durch: eine Vielzahl feuerfester Fasern, und
eine Mischung aus Phosphat und Klebwirkstoff.
18. Material nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klebwirkstoff Montmorillonit-Ton aufweist.

19. Material nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mischung ferner eine Chromverbindung aufweist.
20. Material nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischung ferner ein Flußmittel aufweist.
Material nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flußmittel Borsäure ist.
22. Material nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischung ferner Aluminium aufweist.
