Claims (1)
1. Verfahren zur Gewinnung tionadobroper Efypophysenhormone :
durch Extraktion aus klim&kterischem. oder post-klimak- :
berischem Urin, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das er- ;
haltene Produkt eine überwiegende FSH-Wirkung :
(JOllikelstimulierendes Hormon) mit einem Untei'scheidungs-
: indez FSH:: LH von 3 bis 5 aufweist. : ;
2. Verfallen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß 'der klimakterische oder post-klimakterische Urin
bei einem mittels Eisessig auf 4,0 - 4,5 eingestellten Pjj mit einer wässerigen Suspension von 20 %igem aktivierten
Kaolin geschüttelt wird, das Kaolin abgetrennt, rnib durch Essigsäure auf einen ρ— von 4,5 angesäuertem
Wasser gewaschen, mit Ammoniak bis zu einem p-u- von
11 - 11,3 extrahiert und zentrifugiert .wird;" worauf
der pjT durch Essigsäure erneut auf 8,5 gebracht, der
Niederschlag abgetrennt, mit Essigsäure auf einen
von 5 - 555 eingestellt, mit .Iceton ausgefällt, filtriert
und mit 95 %igem Äthanol sowie Äther gewaschen, getrocknet
und anschließend mit 10 % Amuioniumacetat enthaltendem ;
70 %igen Äthanol extr'ahierfc :-Jird, vjobei der Extrakt:
:;iib 10 % Ammoniumacebab enthaltendem absoluten Äbhanol

wird, worauf die gereinigte Flüssigkeit mit Eisessig auf einen pjj von lJ>Jl· gebracht, durch eins- mit
Oj05m Phosphatpufferlösung auf einen p-rr von 5^ eingestellte
Permut it säule bis zur Erreichung einer optischen Lichte S 280 rnu nahe Null geschickt, mit
10 % Ammoniumacetat enthaltenden 40 %igen Äthanol
verdünnt und mit 95 %igem Äthanol ausgefällt wird, wonach der Niederschlag mit absolutem Äthanol und
Äther gewaschen, in destilliertem Wasser gelöst und durch eine mit Se phadex G 200 beschickte Säule filtriert
wird, xvobüi die ersten Fraktionen aufgefangen
und der Gefriertrocknung unterworfen werden.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als aktiviertes Kaolin ein zuvor mit normaler
HGL gewaschenes Kaolin verwendet wird, das anschließend stehengelassen wurde und wobei die Flüssigkeit danach
dekantiert und das Kaolin wiederholt mit Wasser gewaschen wurde.

daß als Diathylaminoethylcsllulose eine zuvor rait

daß als Perrautit ein zuvor behandelter Permutit bestimmter
Körnung verwendet wird, der unter Dekantieren mit
Essigsäure und Wasser gewaschen und anschließend getrocknet wird. .
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Filtrieren durch die mit Sephadex G- 200 beschickte
Säule bei einer Temperatur von 4-5°Cerfolgt.
7· Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
.laß das Ansäuern des Urin bis zu einem ρ^ von 4,5
- mit Eisessig erfolgt.
8. Verfahrennach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt folgende biologische Aktivitäten aufweist:
