Claims (7)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer flüssigkeitsabsorbierenden laminierten Struktur, wobei
.■f
a) man eine erste Schicht Zellulosematerial mit Wasser benetzt, das ein Basisgewicht von etwa 32 — 81 Gramm/m2 aufweist und eine Naßfestigkeit von etwa 15 - 50 % der Trockenfestigkeit aufweist,
b) man verteilt auf der ersten Schicht Zellulosematerial ein flüssigkeitsabsorbierendes Material in trockener Form, das dann, wenn es mit Wasser befeuchtet ist, Klebeeigenschäften aufweist,
c) man legt eine zweite Schicht Zellulosematerial über das flüssigkeitsabsorbierende Material und
d) man wendet daraufhin Hitze und Druck an, um die erste und die zweite Schicht Zellulosematerial gegeneinander zu drücken, wodurch eine laminierte Struktur entsteht, die den flüssigkeits absorbierenden Stoff in sich verteilt unter im wesentlichen immobilen Bedingungen aufweist.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei in Schritt a) die erste Schicht Zellulosematerial mit Wasser bis zu einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von etwa 10 - 30 % basierend auf dem Gewicht wasserabsorbierenden Materials beträgt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei im Schritt a) die erste Schicht Zellulosematerial mit Wasser bis zu einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von etwa 20 % ,basierend auf dem Gewicht flüssigkeitsabsorbierenden Material befeuchtet wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei in Schritt (b) das feuchtigkeitsabsorbierende Material in einer Menge von etwa 10,8 - 86 Gramm/m2 der ersten Schicht aus Zellulosematerial verwendet wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,wobei in Schritt (b) das
feuchtigkeitsabsorbierende Material in einer Menge von etwa 40 - 60 % vom Gewicht des fertiggestellten Laminats verwendet wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Wärmezufuhr in Schritt (d) im Bereich von etwa 120 - 165° Celsius erfolgt.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der laminierten Struktur in einem Bereich zwischen etwa 5 - 14 % eingestellt wird.
