Verfahren zur Darstellung von künstlichem Jasminbluthenöl.
Das ätherische OeI der Jasminblüthe (Jasminum
grandifLorum) ist bis jetzt nicht beschrieben, und seine Zusammensetzung ist nicht
bekannt. Man gewinnt es durch eine Modification des von V e r 1 e y (Compt. rend. Bd. 128,
314) beschriebenen Verfahrens in der Weise, daß man Jasminpomade mit Vaselinöl und
darauf mit Aceton schüttelt, die Acetonlösung im Vacuum eindampft und das zurückbleibende
OeI durch Rectification mit Wasserdampf reinigt.
Das so erhaltene, ätherische Jasminöl ist eine
wasserhelle oder schwach gelb gefärbte Flüssigkeit. Spec. Gew. 1,015 bei 15 °, opt. Drehung
3° 30' (100 mm Rohrlänge), Verseifungszahl 260. Dieses OeI zeigt den Geruch der Jasminblüthen
in großer Intensität. 1 kg davon entspricht 1000 kg Jasminblüthen und hat einen Herstellungswerth
von ca. 3000 Mark.
Dieser enorm hohe Preis verhindert die Verwendung des herrlich duftenden Oeles für
Parfümeriezwecke. Wir haben nun durch eingehendes Studium der Zusammensetzung des
kostbaren Oeles und durch eingehende Versuche zur Herstellung einer billigeren Composition
vom Geruch des Jasminblüthenöles gefunden, daß letzteres als Hauptbestandtheil (der Quantität nach) das bislang in ätherischen
Oelen noch nicht nachgewiesene Benzylacetat enthält, und daß ein dem natürlichen OeI fast
völlig gleichendes Präparat erhalten wird, wenn man Benzylacetat, Linalylacetat, Linalool und
Benzylalkohol in folgendem Verhältniß mit einander mischt:
0,55 kg Benzylacetat,
0,15 - Linalylacetat,
0,10 - Linalool,
0,20 -. Benzylalkohol.
Durch Aenderungen der Mengenverhältnisse dieser Stoffe kann man den Geruch modificiren,
derselbe bleibt aber mehr oder weniger jasminblüthenartig.
Durch diese billige Composition aus den genannten Verbindungen wird der Parfümerie ein neues Präparat vom Geruch
der Jasminblüthen zugeführt.
