The well-known cabin door aprons are manually attached, hinged, easily foldable or multiple telescopic and usually consist of square plates. For manually attachable systems, the cabin door apron must be deposited at a location in the building in which the elevator is installed. This place can not always be in the immediate vicinity of the place where people are being liberated, so where the elevator got stuck. The hinged systems, however, are firmly connected to the elevator system. The disadvantage here, however, is just the construction in the folded state towards the middle of the manhole below the cabin floor. This allows neither the execution of small cabin depths (collision with the Aufsetzpuffern the car) nor the Überckanordnung of cabin entrances (collision of the folding aprons with each other). In the telescopic systems, it is such that with more than 3 telescopic stages, the system becomes increasingly unstable; a further significant reduction of the shaft pit depth can not be achieved.
The invention has the object of providing a cabin door skirt in such a form and to arrange that it can be adjusted very quickly while maintaining high stability in a simple and cost-effective manner different sized shaft pit depths and also in the smallest space.
Die Aufgabe wird mit folgenden Merkmalen gelöst.
- a) Die Kabinentürschürze ist ein- und ausrollbar ausgebildet;
- b) die Kabinentürschürze wird oben durch eine Welle und unten von zwei seitlich angeordneten Stempeln gehalten;
- c) das Ausrollen der Kabinentürschürze erfolgt automatisch;
- a) The cabin door apron is formed and rolled out;
- b) the car door apron is held at the top by a shaft and at the bottom by two laterally arranged punches;
- c) rolling out of the cabin door apron takes place automatically;
- d) Electromagnets are provided, wherein in case of voltage drop of the electromagnets or power failure, the car door apron is automatically rolled out.
The present invention with a device according to the features of
Oftmals werden Aufzugsanlagen in bestehenden – also bereits fertig gestellten – Gebäuden nachgerüstet. Elevator systems have a so-called pit at the bottom of the elevator shaft. The shaft pit depth is measured from upper edge of finished floor (OKFF) of the lowest stop to OKFF shaft pit floor. Shelters are used to create shelters that allow people to carry out maintenance or safety checks on elevator components in this area. These shelters are particularly required when the elevator car performs an uncontrolled downward movement and moves on the arranged in the shaft pit Aufsetzpuffer. Often, elevator systems are retrofitted in existing buildings - that is already finished. Here, the execution of a sufficient shaft pit depth - this is depending on the type of elevator usually between 1.2 and 1.6 m - in many cases not possible because this building foundations would have to be broken. A breach of the building foundations can not be possible for static reasons. The subsequent sealing of a subsequently created pit leads to further problems. Even in new buildings, there may be reasons why sufficient shaft pit depths can not be produced. One such reason is, for example, an elevated groundwater level. It may also be premises under the pit, either not touched or the passage height may not be reduced.
It therefore makes sense to carry out reduced shaft pit depths. It is sufficient to lift off the floor covering at the lowest stop and the access to ramp, or it is made an exit platform or the floor covering is raised throughout the floor. In these measures, the building foundation is not touched. In order to achieve an equivalent level of safety with reduced pits, replacement measures are required. These replacement measures can be, for example, manually or automatically deployable extended buffer supports, which ensure a temporary shelter in the erected state. The installer prepares a safety-related evaluation of the replacement measures and the inspection is carried out by approved bodies.
Furthermore, in elevator systems below each car door threshold a so-called cabin door apron must be present. This is usually made of machined steel and must be at least equal to the width of the door in width. The vertical part of the cabin door apron must have a minimum height of 750 mm. There is also a bevel at the bottom of the cabin door apron. The total height including the bevel is thus at least 785 mm. To this height must be added a buffer stroke and a safety distance (crushing distance) below the cabin door apron. So that all these requirements are met, a shaft pit depth greater than 1.0 m is usually constructive. The cabin door apron must not collide with the bottom of the pit in the normal operating condition and must be manually fastened in the evacuation case or extended manually or automatically.
The cabin door apron is intended to prevent a person to be liberated from falling backwards into the elevator shaft during an evacuation of the elevator car. This can happen, namely, when the elevator is stuck above an access level and a person relief is carried out from the outside. In this case, without cabin door apron, an unprotected space would be created to the elevator shaft below the entrance. A person who is then evacuated from the elevator car, can lose the balance and fall backwards without protection in the elevator shaft. The present invention has sufficient strength and thus prevents the danger of falling described above.
In addition, a cabin door apron must accommodate a technical solution that prevents pinching or shearing of limbs. The risk of such disconnection or shearing is when the elevator uncontrollably moves down with the shaft door open and thereby limbs of the person to be evacuated or the person to be liberated below the cabin door apron are within the crushing distance.
Usually, the previously existing cabin door aprons are designed so that they can be manually fastened, simply hinged or telescopically multiple times.
As already mentioned, in systems to be manually fastened, the cabin door apron must be deposited at a location in the building in which the elevator is installed. This place can not always be in the immediate vicinity of the place where people are actually being freed, so where the elevator got stuck. Therefore, there is the danger that the cabin door apron to be fastened manually - and thus not permanently connected to the elevator installation - will not be used at all. In addition, should persons free themselves - this is possible in certain elevator systems by forcibly opening the cabin sliding door - there is no protection of the evacuee from falling into the elevator shaft.
With the solution according to the invention it is now possible, by the low height, which is less than 100 mm, shaft pit depths smaller than 250 mm. But it can also be cabin door aprons with an extended length greater than 785 mm, and thus beyond the required minimum height addition, run without additional effort. This means that a better level of safety is achieved, especially with larger door heights. With the present invention, there are no limitations on the possible number or arrangement of cabin accesses.
By automatically rolling in and out of the car door apron, a high level of safety can be achieved, wherein the present invention has sufficient strength. Operating errors are largely excluded. A visually appealing level lower cladding of the elevator car - without visible constructions - is also feasible. In addition, there is no risk of pinching or crushing limbs of evacuees, because the car door skirt is retractable in the vertical direction and not fixed.
The cabin door apron is rolled out by hand. In this case, permanent magnets (item 1) keep the car door apron rolled up (item 2). The trained person undertaking the evacuation must remove the cabin door apron to the required height before the person is released (item 3). The curling is done in the same way. Alternatively, the apron is rolled in the cabin entrance to the lowest stop by contact with the pit floor.
