Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen, bei dem man: (a) 1,1,1,3,3-Pentafluorpropan dehydrofluoriert, wodurch man ein Ergebnis, das cis-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen, trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen und Fluorwasserstoff umfaßt, erhält; (b) gegebenenfalls aus dem Ergebnis von Schritt (a) Fluorwasserstoff gewinnt; (c) mindestens einen Teil des cis-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropens zu trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen isomerisiert und (d) trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen gewinnt.

Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen, bei dem man: (a) 1,1,1,3,3-Pentafluorpropan dehydrofluoriert, wodurch man ein Ergebnis, das cis-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen, trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen und Fluorwasserstoff umfaßt, erhält; (b) gegebenenfalls aus dem Ergebnis von Schritt (a) Fluorwasserstoff gewinnt; (c) mindestens einen Teil des cis-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropens zu trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen isomerisiert und (d) trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen gewinnt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem man trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen durch Destillation gewinnt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem man Schritt (d) durchführt, indem man das Ergebnis von Schritt (c) destilliert und trans-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen als Destillat und einen Rückstand, der Fluorwasserstoff, cis-1,3,3,3-Tetrafluorpropen und/oder 1,1,1,3,3-Pentafluorpropan umfaßt, gewinnt.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, ferner umfassend den nachfolgenden Schritt der Entfernung von Fluorwasserstoff aus dem Rückstand durch Leiten des Rückstands durch einen Wäscher, der Wasser und eine Lauge umfaßt, gefolgt von einem Trocknungsschritt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem man die Dehydrofluorierung als Dampfphasenreaktion durchführt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem man die Dehydrofluorierung mit einem Katalysator, der fluorierte Metalloxide, Metallfluoride, in massiver Form oder geträgert, und/oder kohlenstoffgeträgerte Übergangsmetalle umfaßt, durchführt.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem man die Gewinnung von Fluorwasserstoff durchführt, indem man die Zusammensetzung durch einen Schwefelsäure-Extraktor zur Entfernung von Fluorwasserstoff leitet, den extrahierten Fluorwasserstoff anschließend von der Schwefelsäure desorbiert und dann den desorbierten Fluorwasserstoff destilliert.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem man die Isomerisierung in einem Isomerisierungsreaktor in Gegenwart eines Katalysators durchführt.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem man die Isomerisierung in einem Isomerisierungsreaktor in Gegenwart eines Isomerisierungskatalysators, der fluorierte Metalloxide, Metallfluoride, in massiver Form oder geträgert, und/oder kohlenstoffgeträgerte Übergangsmetalle umfaßt, durchführt.
