Abstract

Verfahren zur primären Prävention atopischer Krankheiten bei Kleinkindern mit einem hohen Atopie-Risiko, umfassend
– Verabreichung einer täglichen Dosis lebender probiotischer Bakterien einer schwangeren Frau über einen Zeitraum von mindestens zwei Wochen vor der Entbindung, und
– Verabreichung einer täglichen Dosis lebender probiotischer Bakterien dem neugeborenen Säugling nach der Entbindung über einen Zeitraum von mindestens zwei Monaten.

Claims (19)

  1. Verfahren zur primären Prävention atopischer Krankheiten bei Kleinkindern mit einem hohen Atopie-Risiko, umfassend – Verabreichung einer täglichen Dosis lebender probiotischer Bakterien einer schwangeren Frau über einen Zeitraum von mindestens zwei Wochen vor der Entbindung, und – Verabreichung einer täglichen Dosis lebender probiotischer Bakterien dem neugeborenen Säugling nach der Entbindung über einen Zeitraum von mindestens zwei Monaten.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die probiotischen Bakterien nach der Entbindung durch die stillende Mutter verabreicht werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die tägliche Dosis ca. 1 × 108 bis ca. 1 × 1010 KBE probiotischer Bakterien beträgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die probiotischen Bakterien Probiotika sind, die die Eigenschaft besitzen, eine frühe bifidogene Darmmikroflora zu befördern.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die probiotischen Bakterien Milchsäurebakterien sind.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Milchsäurebakterien aus dem Stamm Lactobacillus casei ssp. rhamnosus (ATCC 53103) stammen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die probiotischen Bakterien Bifidobakterien sind.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Bifidobakterien aus dem Stamm Bifidobacterium lactis Bb-12 stammen.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Bifidobakterien aus dem Stamm Bifidobacterium lactis Bb-12 stammen.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die probiotischen Bakterien ein Gemisch von Milchsäurebakterien und Bifidobakterien umfassen.
  11. Verwendung probiotischer Bakterien, die die Eigenschaft besitzen, eine frühe bifidogene Darmmikroflora zu befördern, zur Herstellung einer Zusammensetzung zur primären Prävention atopischer Krankheiten bei Kleinkindern mit einem hohen Atopie-Risiko.
  12. Verwendung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Zusammensetzung einer schwangeren Frau über einen Zeitraum von mindestens zwei Wochen vor der Entbindung, und nach der Entbindung dem neugeborenen Säugling über einen Zeitraum von mindestens zwei Monaten verabreicht wird.
  13. Verwendung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Zusammensetzung nach der Entbindung durch die stillende Mutter verabreicht wird.
  14. Verwendung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Zusammensetzung ca. 1 × 108 bis ca. 1 × 1010 KBE probiotischer Bakterien enthält.
  15. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, wobei die probiotischen Bakterien Milchsäurebakterien sind.
  16. Verwendung nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Milchsäurebakterien aus dem Stamm Lactobacillus casei ssp. rhamnosus (ATCC 53103) stammen.
  17. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, wobei die probiotischen Bakterien Bifidobakterien sind.
  18. Verwendung nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Bifidobakterien aus dem Stamm Bifidobacterium lactis Bb-12 stammen.
  19. Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, wobei die probiotischen Bakterien ein Gemisch von Milchsäurebakterien und Bifidobakterien umfassen.
