Abstract
Leiutis käsitleb mikroorganismi tüve Lactobacillus gasseri MMC2 DSM 23882 ning selle kasutamist antioksüdantse proteolüütilise koostisosana toidutoote või toidulisandi valmistamiseks. Nimetatud mikroorganismi sisaldavad toidutooted ja toidulisandid on hüpoallergeensed, nende tarbimine vähendab piimaallergiat ja eesnäärme healoomulise suurenemisega kaasnevaid alumiste kuseteede ärritussümptomeid, nendega seotud oksüdatiivset stressi ja põletikku.
