Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με μία διαδικασία για την παρασκευή 4-{4-[({[4-χλωρο-3-(τριφθορομεθυλ)-φαινυλ]αμινο}καρβονυλ)αμινο]φαινοξυ}-N-μεθυλ πυριδιν-2-καρβοξαμίδιου και του τοσυλικού άλατος του. Τύπου (I), που περιέχει, σε ένα πρώτο βήμα, την αντίδραση της ένωσης του Τύπου (V) με ισοκυανικό 4-χλωρο-3-τριφθορομεθυλφαινύλιο σε έναν μη χλωριωμένο οργανικό διαλύτη, αδρανή προς τα ισοκυανικά, τοποθετώντας αρχικά την ένωση του Τύπου (V) σε θερμοκρασία από 20°C ως 60°C και προσμιγνύοντας με ισοκυανικό 4-χλωρο-3-τριφθορομεθυλφαινύλιο με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε η θερμοκρασία αντίδρασης να μην υπερβαίνει τους 70°C για να δώσει την ένωση του τύπου (II) και, σε ένα δεύτερο βήμα, την πρόσμιξη της ένωσης του τύπου (II) με p-τολουολοσουλφονικό οξύ σε έναν πολικό διαλύτη σε θερμοκρασία αντίδρασης από 40°C ως την θερμοκρασία αναρροής του διαλύτη που χρησιμοποιείται.
