Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε υποκατεστημένα παράγωγα μεθυλένο αμίδης του χημικού τύπου (I) και στη χρήση αυτών στην αντιμετώπιση και/ή στη πρόληψη μεταβολικών διαταραχών που μεσολαβούνται από την αντοχή στην ινσουλίνη ή την υπεργλυκαιμία, που περιλαμβάνουν το σακχαρώδη διαβήτη τύπου I και/ή II, τη διαταραγμένη ανοχή στη γλυκόζη, την αντοχή στην ινσουλίνη, την υπερλιπιδαιμία, την υπερτριγλυκεριδαιμία, την υπερχοληστερολαιμία, τη παχυσαρκία, το σύνδρομο πολυκυστικών ωοθηκών (PCOS). Συγκεκριμένα, η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στη χρήση των υποκατεστημένων παραγώγων μεθυλένο αμίδης του χημικού τύπου (I) για τη ρύθμιση, ιδιαιτέρως την αναστολή της δραστηριότητας των PTPs. Επίσης η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο αντιμετώπισης του διαβήτη τύπου II, της παχυσαρκίας και ρύθμισης της όρεξης στα θηλαστικά. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται επιπλέον σε καινοτόμα υποκατεστημένα παράγωγα μεθυλένο αμίδης και στη μέθοδο παρασκευής αυτών. Χημικός τύπος (I).
