Abstract
Método de producción de una liposa recombinante ácido-resistente de Yarrowia lipolytica utilizando un medio de cultivo sin cualquier producto de origen animal o mezclas no caracterizadas como la triptona, peptona o lactosuero, así como sus aplicaciones. La cepa recombinante de Yarrowia lipolytica que produce una cantidad excesiva de lipasa Lip2, referida como a YL-LIP2-6C y depositada con la Colección Nacional de Cultivos de Microorganismos (C.N.C.M) bajo el número I-3542, el 15 de diciembre de 2005, y sus usos.
