PŘEDMĚT Viní L E Z ϋ Ionizační vakuoměr se žhavenou katodou, jehož anoda, ka-toda, mřížka i iontový sběrač jsou umístěny v elektrometrickéelektronce, přičemž k iontovému sběrači je připojen měřící pří-stroj iontového proudu, vyznačující se tím, že k mřížce (3),která je umístěna mezi katodou (4) a iontovým sběračem (2), jepřipojen měřící přístroj pro měření dílčího iontového prouduIG, přičemž pro měření vysokých tlaků v rozmezí 133, 322 Pa mámřížka (3) stejný nebo přibližně stejný potenciál jako iontovýsběrač (2), kdežto pró měření nízkých tlaků v rozmezí 1,333*10“1Pa má mřížka (3) záporné napětí vůči iontovému sběrači (2).
