Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un nanorrelleno de un óxido de metal que comprende al menos dos cadenas injertas, al menos una de las cadenas es hidrofílica y la otra es una cadena hidrofóbica compatible con polímeros fluorados. De acuerdo con la invención, la cadena hidrofóbica es un oligómero, la masa molar Mw en promedio ponderado de los cuales es de entre 300 y 20.000 g/mol1 .La presente invención también se refiere a un revestimiento antiadherente que comprende dicho relleno, así como a un artículo culinario con dicho revestimiento.
