Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona a un método para preparar una microesfera de liberación sostenida que puede controlar la liberación a largo plazo de un fármaco. Más particularmente, como la preparación de una microesfera en la cual un fármaco se carga en un portador que comprende un polímero biodegradable, la presente invención se relaciona a un método para preparar una microesfera de liberación sostenida en donde se utiliza un método de evaporación de intra-intercambio de solvente por medio de cosolvente para suprimir la liberación repentina inicial de la sustancia fisiológicamente activa, para liberar la sustancia fisiológicamente activa en el cuerpo continua y uniformemente.
