Abstract
1.- Una composición de combinación de enzimas para hidrolizar una mezcla de materiales celulósicos y hemicelulósicos, que comprende:(a) una primera composición de enzimas que contiene una celulasa,(b) una segunda composición de enzimas que contiene por lo menos una xilanasa seleccionada de una xilanasa GH10 o GH11, y(c) una tercera composición de enzimas que contiene por lo menos una hemicelulasa adicional que no es una xilanasa GH10 o GH11 o no la misma xilanasa GH10 o GH11 que en (b),en donde la composición de combinación de enzimas provee por lo menos una de (i) conversión mejorada de glucano o (ii) conversión mejorada de xilano, comparada con una composición de combinación de enzimas equivalentes que carece de por lo menos una hemicelulasa adicional.2.- La composición de la reivindicación 1, en donde la primera composición de enzimas es una combinación de celulasa entera de un hongo filamentoso.3.- La composición de la reivindicación 1, en donde la primera composición de enzimas es una combinación de celulasa entera de un hongo filamentoso suplementada con una cantidad de adición de ß-glucosidasa.4.- La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde la segunda composición de enzimas contiene xilanasa XYN2 de Trichoderma reesei.5.- La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde la segunda composición de enzimas contiene xilanasa XYN3 de Trichoderma reesei.
