Abstract

본 발명은 자일라나아제를 생산하는 신규 페니바실러스 속 균주, 이로부터 분리한 신규 자일라나아제 효소 및 이의 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 신규 페니바실러스 sp. HPL-001 균주 및 자일라나아제는 다양한 섬유소 바이오매스의 주성분인 자일란을 분해시킴으로서 바이오 연료 및 대체원료, 특수기능물질, 바이오 폴리머 등의 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
