Abstract

Una suspensión acuosa de substancias minerales que contiene un copolímero como agente dispesor y/o triturante de substancias minerales en suspensión acuosa, caracterizada en que dicho copolímero consiste de:a) por lo menos un monómero etilénicamente no saturado que tenga una función carboxílica, seleccionado entre los mono-ácidos tales como ácido acrílico, metacrílico, crotónico, isocrotónico o cinámico, los di ácidos tales como ácido itacónico, fumárico, maléico o citracónico, los anhídridos de ácido carboxílico tales como anhídrido maléico y los hemi - ésteres de di ácidos tales como los monoésteres en C1 a C4 de ácido maléico o itacónico, b) opcionalmente, por lo menos un monómero etilénicamente no saturado que tenga una función sulfónica, seleccionado entre los ácidos acrilamido-metil-propano-sulfónico, metalilsulfonato de sodio, ácido vinil sulfónico y ácido estireno sulfónico, o que tenga una función fosfórica seleccionada entre etileno glicol metacrilato fosfato, propileno glicol metacrilato fosfato, etileno glicol acrilato fosfato, propileno glicol acrilato fosfato y sus etoxilatos o mezclas de ellos, c) opcionalmente, por lo menos un monómero etilénicamente no saturado que tenga una función no carboxílica, seleccionado entre el grupo que comprende los ésteres de ácidos acrílicos o metacrílicos tales como metil, etil, butil, 2-etil-hexil acrilatos o metacrilatos, o acrilonitrilo, metacrilonitrilo, acetato de vinilo, estireno, metilestireno, diisobutileno, vinilpirrolidona, tinilcaprolactam, o alternativamente amidas no saturadas tales como acrilamida, metacrilamida o sus derivados sustitutos tales como dimetilaminopropil acrilamida o metacrilamida, los ésteres acrílicos o metacrílicos de glicol, metacrilamido-propil-trimetil-amonio clorado o sulfato, metacrilato de trimetil-amonio-etil-clorado o sulfato así como también sus contrapartes acrilamida quaternario y/o dimetildialilamonio clorado, d) por lo menos un monómero oxialkilatado actuante en la superficie que sea etilénicamente no saturado y que termine con una cadena hidrofóbica teniendo como fórmula general (I): - 3 -<EMI FILE="98040804_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >en la cual:m y p representan un número de unidades de óxido de alquileno menor o igual a 100,n representa un número de unidades de óxido de etileno menor o igual a 100q es un número por lo menos igual a 1 y tal que:O < q(n m p) < 100R1 es hidrógeno o el radical metil o etil,R2 es hidrógeno o el radical metil o etil,R representa el radical polimerizable no saturado perteneciente al grupo de los ésteres acrílico, metacrílico, maléico, itacónico, crotónico, vinilptálico así como también los uretanos no saturados tales como, acriluretano, metacriluretano, a-aAND#39 dimetil-m-isopropil-benciluretano-aliluretano.RAND#39 representa el radical hidrofóbico tales como el grupo tristirifenil así como también el grupo lineal o ramificado alquil, alquilaril, arilalquil, aril que tenga por lo menos 8 átomos de carbono o los dialquil aminos que tengan por lo menos 8 átomos cuando R representa los uretanos no saturados yRAND#39 representa radical hidrofóbico tales ocmo el tristirifenil así como también el grupo lineal o ramificado alquil, alquilaril, arilalquil, aril que tenga más de 30 átomos de carbono o los dialquilaminos que tengan por lo menos 22 átomos de carbono cuando R representa el radical polimerizable no saturado perteneciente al grupo de los ésteres acrílico, metacrílico, maléico, itacónico, crotónico o vinilptálico.El total de componentes (a), (b), (c) y (d) siendo igual a 100.Y en que este tenga una viscosidad específica máxima igual a 50 y preferiblemente no más de 25.
