Abstract

Un dispositivo de guía para miembros mecánicos, que consta dedos partes diseñadas para interactuar mediante fricción por deslizamiento, una de las dos partes, llamada la parte lisa (11), que tiene una superficie funcional lisa, es decir de fricción, y la otra parte, llamada la parte perforada (8), que tiene por lo menos una superficie funcional, es decir de fricción (7) que incluye cavidades emergentes (9) diseñadas para acomodar una grasa del tipo de pasta de lubricante que contiene un constituyente de tipo jabón, un constituyente de tipo aceite y un aditivo de presión extrema caracterizado porque el ángulo de contacto T entre la superficie funcional de la parte lisa y la grasa, medida a una temperatura denominada la temperatura de medición, que es de 15° ± 5°C por debajo de la temperatura a la cual se inicia la separación entre dicho constituyente de tipo jabón y dicho constituyente del tipo aceite, está comprendido entre 20 y 40 grados y porque el material de la dicha parte perforada se escoge de tal manera que el ángulo de contacto, medido a la dicha temperatura de medición, entre la dicha superficie funcional de la parte perforada y la dicha grasa está entre 45 y 75 grados.
