Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE GUIA PARA óRGãOS MECâNICOS". Dispositivo guia para órgãos mecânicos, que consiste de duas peças destinadas a engatar por atrito de deslizamento, uma das duas peças, chamada de peça lisa (11), tendo uma superfície lisa, funcional, o que equivale a dizer atrito, e a outra parte, chamada a peça perfurada (8), tendo pelo menos uma superfície funcional, o que equivale a dizer atrito (7), que inclui cavidades emergentes (9) destinadas a acomodar a graxa do tipo de pasta lubrificante, e especialmente uma graxa EP (graxa de pressão extrema), compreendendo um constituinte tipo sabão, um constituinte tipo óleo e um aditivo de pressão extrema, caracterizadas pelo fato de que o ângulo de contato <SYM> entre dita superfície funcional da dita peça lisa e a referida graxa, situa-se entre 20 e 40 graus e em que o material da dita peça perfurada é escolhido de tal maneira que o ângulo de contato entre dita superfície funcional da peça perfurada e dita graxa, esteja entre 45 e 75 graus. O dispositivo da invenção pode ser do tipo calha corrediça/canaleta de saída, do tipo árvore/mancal, do tipo de junta de rótula/soquete, etc.
