Abstract

Un método para la producción de una planta transgénica que comprende:a. Obtener polen proveniente de una primera planta,b. aplicar un césped de Agrobacteria a un medio de cultivo de polen sólido, la Agrobacteria comprende a menos una secuencia de gen heterólogo capaz de ser transferida a una célula vegetal,c. aplicar el polen al medio sólido,d. permitirle al polen germinar y crecer sobre el medio, produciendo de esta forma un polen transgénico,e. aplicar un polen transgénico al estigma de la segunda planta capaz de ser fertilizada mediante el polen de la primera planta, fertilizando de esta forma la segunda planta.f. Obtener semillas transgénicas provenientes de las segunda planta,g. germinar la semilla transgénica para obtener una planta transgénica.
