Abstract

Un producto de confitería que comprende un material de confiteríacongelado, frío o a temperatura ambiente, que tiene dispersadas en el mismo o distribuidas sobre el mismo piezas discretas de chocolate configurado o de un material de confitería que contiene grasa que tiene las formas características específicas.Un procedimiento para la producción de un producto de confitería de conformidad con la reivindicación 8, caracterizado porque el material de confitería congelado, frío o a temperatura ambiente es helado y las piezas discretas de chocolate configurado o del material de confitería que contiene grasa, teniendo las formas características específicas, son insertadas en una corriente que fluye de helado utilizando un alimentador de ingrediente contínuo en donde se logra la dosificación por medio de una combinación de alimentación de agitador y barrera que transfiere las piezas discretas de chocolate configurado de la tolva principal sobre un rotor de cubrimiento o un régimen controlado de velocidad.
