Abstract

管缠绕设备,包括一个有一外壳的筒件,外壳由细长的圆柱件形成。这些件的一部分即圆周辊,是由缠绕装置的普通驱动装置的马达驱动的,从而帮助管子和带材的驱动,并帮助输入或进给管子。

Description

本发明是关于生产由带材缠绕成的管子的设备,包括一个固定的有一内表面的缠绕筒件,在该内表面上,从侧面输入的塑料带材被螺旋形地卷绕成管子,并同时将带材边缘焊接在一起,还包括用于进给塑料带材的装置和将带材边缘相互焊接的装置,并包括一组形成筒件外壳的杆形圆柱件,该圆柱件在筒件的两个端法兰之间延伸。
用所谓的缠绕方法生产塑料管通常是已知的。为此,塑料带材通常或是在一个圆棒上螺旋形的缠绕,或是在一个筒件内螺旋形地形成,特别是在直径较大的情况下。带材贴靠的或相邻的侧边缘的螺旋形延伸的接缝被连接在一起,或是焊接或是粘接。
本发明就是关于生产这种缠绕管的设备,通常,这种设备用于这种情况,即在使用管子的地点生产管子。例如在一些地点,通过插入一根适当生产的塑料管,来更新或修理被损坏的管子,为了达到这一目的,业已发现在现场生产一根被插入的塑料管是特别合适的,并在生产管子的同时将其输进要修复的管子。所以相应的设备也经常要从上面插入一个竖井(入孔)。
现在已知的借助筒件进行工作的管缠绕设备,通常带有一个厚壁筒件或带有这样一个筒件,它具有一个由在两个端法兰之间延伸的杆形圆柱件构成的外壳。在近来的设备中,这种辊子被安装成可以在端法兰之间自由旋转,以减小带材或生产中的管子与外壳内表面之间的摩擦力,并可将这种摩擦力减到尽可能地小。也可用其它手段减小摩擦力,如采用摩擦系数尽可能小的表面或有润滑剂的表面。
所以,本发明的一个目的是提供一种生产由带材缠绕成的管子的设备,根据本发明,上述有害摩擦力被减小,并且摩擦力被利用来驱动或输送正在形成的管子,以及利用来输送已生产的管子。
进一步的目的是提供这样一种设备,其中至少有一部份位于筒件端法兰之间的杆形圆柱件是被马达驱动的,以分别帮助进给输入的带材和缠绕好的管子。
借助于被驱动的杆形圆柱件,带材和被驱动杆形圆柱件之间的摩擦作用将帮助驱动管子或同时进给或输送管子,其中,杆形圆柱件的圆周速度必须至少等于带材的驱动速度。这就允许生产并输送长度很长的管子。由于塑料制成的带材具有较大的抗弯力以及在形成筒件外壳的圆柱件上产生的该抗弯力的反作用力,使得带材或管子沿圆周方向和管子进给方向运动,其中圆柱件的至少一部份是被驱动的。
还有另一个目的是提供一个管子生产设备,其中各杆形件以相等的角度间距均布于端面之间,并且其中如每间隔一个有一杆形件被驱动。这些被驱动件也被称为圆周辊。
还有另一个目的是提供这样一种设备,其中所有的被驱动件由一个共同的驱动装置驱动,该驱动装置还同时被用来驱动输入和进给带材的装置。所述被驱动件或圆周辊的驱动可以通过例如作用于杆形件一端的驱动头上的链,齿形皮带,或类似零件来完成。
另一个目的是提供这样一种设备,其中被驱动杆形件从筒件的一个端壁伸出,所述驱动头即位于该端壁的外侧。
此外,另一个目的是提供这样一种设备,其中被驱动件的转动速度,即其圆周速度等于被生产管子的带材的被驱动速度或输入速度。然而,可以预先选择被驱动圆周辊的圆周速度,使其稍高于带材的驱动速度,这样可以确实保证有利的效果。也可以使这些件的驱动速度可调。
另一个目的是提供具有能增大摩擦力的表面的被驱动件或称圆周辊,例如带有一个橡胶层,粗糙化或有纹理的表面或类似表面。
另一个目的是提供一种设备,其中带材的相邻贴靠边缘或是被机械地相互连接,或是借助一个连接工具被相互焊接或粘接。
本发明的另一个目的是提供这样一种设备,包括焊接带材的相邻贴靠边缘的装置。这些焊接装置最好包括一个超声波焊接装置,它位于缠绕筒件的排料端附近。
参照下面的详细描述和附图,将更好地理解本发明,其中:
图1是根据本发明的管缠绕设备的一个最佳实施例的驱动端侧的示意图。

图4和图5是类似于图2和图3的视图,带有附加的位于筒件排料端处的超声波焊接装置。
附图中所示的管缠绕设备主要包括一个所谓的缠绕筒件1。根据所示的实施例,它包括一个固定笼状筒件1,该笼状筒件1具有由杆形圆柱件内连在一起的一个入口端法兰2和一个出口端法兰3。件4固定地位于端法兰2、3之间,并一起形成固定的筒件1的支承框架。在相应的固定连接件4之间,有一个可绕其纵轴旋转的相应的件5,称为圆周辊。这些件5通过位于端法兰2外面的驱动头6在链条或齿形皮带7的驱动下共同地转动,其园周速度等于按通常方法设计的管驱动辊8、9的园周速度。这些辊子把将要形成管子的塑料带材10从供应料卷上拉出,并迫使带材抵靠在筒件的内表面而形成管子本身,所以该驱动力用来同时分别将已形成的管子进给或输入到筒件排料侧的外面。
基本上说,有可能选择形成筒件内侧的圆周辊5的圆周速度,使其稍微高于管子驱动速度(可能在辊子和管子材料之间会产生滑动)。由于被驱动圆周辊5沿带材和管子的通过方向转动,所以这些辊子5又附加地驱动管子,相应地说它们帮助管子的驱动和输入。由于带材10的固有的抗弯力,它被迫靠在圆周辊5上,并由占优势的摩擦力附加地驱动(圆周和输入运动)。
被驱动圆周辊5最好带有一个能增加摩擦力的外层,或带有一个粗糙化的或有纹理的表面。
前面已经叙述过,圆周辊5最好通过齿形皮带7和连接于缠绕设备驱动装置的齿轮(球面齿轮)来驱动。皮带驱动装置8、9和12都是按通常的方法设计。
根据附图所示,齿形皮带可以在相应的导辊13(在连接杆的延长部分上)上导向,这样齿形皮带就可以保证与被驱动圆周辊5的驱动头6完善地啮合。齿形皮带7可以带有一个应力或张紧装置14。
此外,一个焊接装置,具体说是一个超声波焊接装置15(见图4),可以置于筒件的排料端。焊接装置15的位于筒件内部的一部分16安装在从入口端侧伸进筒件内的支承17上,而焊接装置的位于外部的一部分18安装在机架19本身上。由于所示设备具有附加的驱动装置,该设备不仅有效地解决了摩擦问题,也比现有技术能生产和输入长的多的管子。
该设备可以带有一个加热装置,用来加热将要输进筒件的带材,这样可以减少成形或加工步骤中的相当大的局部内应力。
以上图示并描述了本发明的最佳实施例,应当清楚地知道本发明并不限于此,在下面的权利要求书范围内可以有各种实施形式。

Claims (10)

1、一种生产由带材缠绕成的管子的设备,包括一个有一内表面的固定的筒件,在该内表面上,从侧面输入的塑料带材被螺旋形地缠绕成管子,而相邻的带材边缘被连接在一起,还进一步包括进给所述塑料带材的装置和将带材边缘相互连接的装置,并包括一组形成筒件外壳的杆形圆柱件,该杆形圆柱件在两端法兰之间延伸。
所述杆形圆柱件中至少一部份被马达驱动,以帮助进给被输入的带材和缠绕管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述杆形件以相等的角间距安装,并且其中至少每隔一个有一个杆形件是被驱动的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所有的被驱动件都由一共同的驱动装置驱动。
4、根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中驱动是通过作用于杆形件一端的驱动头上的链,齿形皮带或类似零件来完成的。
5、根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中所述被驱动的杆形件从所述筒件的一个端壁伸出,所述驱动头即位于该端壁的外侧。
6、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述杆形件的驱动是通过带材输入和进给装置的驱动装置进行的,该驱动装置是同步的,即所述杆形件的圆周速度等于带材和管子的驱动辊的园周速度。
7、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中被驱动件的转动速度是可调的。
8、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中筒件外壳的被驱动件的表面带有一个摩擦增加层,或带有一个粗糙化或有纹理的表面。
9、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中用于连接相邻带材边缘的所述装置包括一个焊接装置,具体说一个超声波焊接装置。
10、根据权利要求1所述的设备,包括在带材输入进筒件前加热所述带材的装置。
