Claims (10)
- 웨브재료를 감아 튜브를 제조하기 위해, 인접한 웨브 가장자리를 서로 결합시키면서 측방에서 공급된 플라스틱 재료를 나선상으로 감아 튜브를 형성하는 내부표면을 갖는 고정적인 외인딩 머신을 포함하고, 또는 상기 플라스틱 재료의 웨브를 진행시키도록 작동하는 수단과 상기 웨브 가장자리를 서로에 대해 접합시키도록 작용하는 수단을 포함하고, 그리고 상기 드럼의 두개의 면 플랜지 사이에서 연장되어 드럼의 자켓을 형성하는 로드 형상의 다수의 원통형 부재를 포함하는 튜브 제조장치에 있어서, 적어도 다수의 상기 로드현상의 원통형 부재는 각각 공급되는 상기 웨브의 진행과 상기 감겨진 튜브를 지지하기 위해 모터 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 로드형상의 부재가 동일한 각 거리로 배열되고 그리고 적어도 하나 걸러 하나씩의 부재가 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 모든 피동부재는 공통의 드라이브에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 구동은 상기 로드형상의 부재의 한 단부에 위치하는 구동 헤드에 작용하는 체인, 이가 있는 벨트 등에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 피동 로드 형상의 부재는 상기 드럼의 단부면 벽을 통해 돌출하고 그리고 상기 구동 헤드는 상기 면벽의 외부측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 로드 형상의 부재의 구동은 상기 웨브 급송 및 진행 수단의 드라이브를 통해 진행하고, 상기 드라이브는 상기 로드 형상의 부재의 원주속도가 상기 웨브와 튜브 각각의 구동 로울러의 원주속도에 해당하도록 동시에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피동부재의 회전 속도는 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피동드럼 자켓부재의 표면은 마찰 증가층을 갖거나 또는 거친 또는 조직된 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 웨브 가장자리를 접합시키도록 작용하는 수단은 용접장치, 구체적으로 초음파 용접장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 드럼으로의 공급전에 상기 웨브재료를 가열시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
