Claims (3)
- 스트립 이송기, 관성형기, 용접기, 관유출부, 및 광제조방향으로 이동하면서 관축선에 대해 회전하는 관스트링을 소정 길이의 개별 나선시임관으로 절단하는 관축선방향으로 이동가능한 절단 유니트를 구비하는 관유출부에 설치된 관절단기를 구비하고, 한편으로는 스트립 변과 관개시부간의 용접틈새를, 다른 한편으로는 관제조방향에서의 절단 유니트의 속도를 제어하는 기계 제어부를 구비한, 금속 스트립으로 용접된 나선시임관의 제조용 나선시임관 장치에 있어서, 상기 절단 유니트(47)의 관제조방향(화살표(18)에서의 속도(V)를 제어하기 위하여, 스트립 속도(Vb)의 측정을 위한 측정기(6), 스트립변(9)과 관축선(20)간의 스트립도입각도(α)의 측정을 위한 측정기구(62), 및 상기 절단 유니트(47)에 대해 형성되는 관운주각(β) 내에서 관절단면(54)의 축방향 어긋남을 측정하기 위한 측정 카메라(53)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선시임관 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스트립 속도(Vb)의 측정을 위한 측정기(6), 상기 스트립변(9)과 관축선(20)간의 스트립도입각도(α)의 측정을 위한 측정기구(62), 및 상기 절단 유니트(47)에 대해 형성되는 관원주각(β) 내에서 관절단면(54)의 축방향 어긋남을 측정하기 위한 측정 카메라(53)는 평가부(66)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선시임관 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절단 유니트(47)와 상기 측정카메라(53)간의 관원주각(β)은 μ/2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 나선시임관 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
