Description

本发明涉及一种由热塑性塑料材料制成的带有桶口型式的桶,桶壳上至少模压出一个一体的携带搬运环,该环设置在塑料桶的有关端部表面上,具有水平界面和垂直界面,用来和通用桶托架的夹臂相配合。
按照这种方式,可以用升降叉车的通用桶托架来托住、提升和搬运充满物料的桶,而不需要人工装卸。
另外,这种携带搬运环的横截面有水平腹板和垂直腹板。垂直腹板的自由端对齐桶顶所在的表面,而水平腹板则从桶壳沿径向向外成形。
该环的轮廓有其专门特点。为了提升和搬运桶,桶托架以其托臂放置在环的水平外伸腹板的下面,同时也放置在垂直向上的腹板后面,这样来夹住桶。桶的全部载重通过水平外伸腹板传递给其下面的托臂,同时,托臂夹住在垂直腹板的后面,防止桶滑出。
在制桶的吹塑过程中,在桶壳的周围产生焊接接头。被挤压的塑料型坯,以开放的形状从母型的横向收缩的半部被挤出,并被焊接。在这个母型半部的携带搬运环的部位,放置了一个在垂直方向上倾斜的芯模,在其内部断面里,模塑出环的轮廓。
在吹塑过程中,被扩张的型坯在母型和芯模之间被挤压。当芯模被闭合,被挤压的型坯材料被木模压成环形形状。按照这种方法,形成了桶壳零件,它们在适当温度下被焊接在一起。当桶被搬运或者一个充满物料的桶放倒时,这些焊接区受到高拉伸应力和弯曲应力。
在按照这种方法制作携带搬运环时,产生了要求逐渐减轻临界的焊接区的弯曲应力的问题,因此,使环具有抗扭曲的弹性,在冲击应力作用下仍可依照桶壳保持其形状,并且在设计携带搬运环与桶壳的连接接头时使其接具有柔性。
本发明所使用的方法解决了这些问题。携带搬运环通过一个连接腹板和桶壳连接,该腹板水平地连接到环的界面上,并和桶轴线成一个锐角角度,另外,携带搬运环与相邻桶壳零件之间的槽,其底面位于该环的水平表面的平面内。
由于连接腹板和桶轴线之间的夹角是锐角,腹板和桶壳是倾斜连接的,在桶由桶托架携带和搬运时,连接腹板只承受桶壳传递过来的轻载。同样地,由于在生产过程中,对焊接区的良好控制产生了高弹性的特殊效果,连接腹板可以制成薄壁形状。
由于槽底面达到该环的水平表面的平面位置上,连接腹板的弹性以及其倾斜支撑在桶壳上的作用进一步得到加强。在把一个充满物料的桶放倒时,携带搬运环首先碰地。该环绕弹性的连接腹板向内倾斜,环的内垂直壁碰到桶壳。这样,弯曲力被均匀地向外传递到整个桶壳内,从而减小了焊接区的应力。
根据本发明的另一个特征,携带搬运环的外凸缘边缘呈现出凹槽,倾斜地环绕着连接腹板。
在制造过程中,相应的芯模形状把芯模的环状凸出部分周围的材料向着腹板的方向挤压,使更多材料被向下倾斜挤压到桶壳中去。由此产生了高应力的材料增厚部分,同样地,焊接区向下移动,超出临界的环区之外。
为了给通用桶托架的夹臂提供固定用的界面,以防止其脱落,在本发明所作的一个改进中,界面的垂直面和桶的纵向轴线成锐角地向外倾斜,而界面的水平表面则和桶的水平横截面平面成锐角地向下倾斜。通过这个方法,在把一个充满物料的桶侧翻的时候,携带搬运环可以防止该桶从水平夹臂上脱落。因此,携带搬运环的任何不适当的滑出都可以用这种方法来加以排除。
然而,有可能把桶顶和桶底作为单独的予制零件制造出来,使其带有有携带搬运环。桶壳位于桶顶和桶底零件之间,同样可以预制出来。可以把这些零件焊接在一起,组成一个闭合的桶。附图描绘了本发明的一种典型装置的实例。
图1表示了带有桶口这种型式的塑料桶其桶盖顶部分的剖视图。
图2和图1相似,其中没有桶口,
图3表示由三个预制零件组合而成的桶。
在附图中,1表示桶壳,9表示塑料桶顶表面。桶口11位于桶顶表面上桶口槽内。在该桶顶表面9下面,从桶壳上成形出一体的携带和搬运环2。从图中可以看到,环2的自由端7跟桶顶表面9相齐。环的底端通过连接腹板5和桶壳汇合。环上沿径向外伸的底面3和内垂直壁4构成与通用桶托架的交界面,这在图中并没有表示出来。
桶壳1在携带搬运环2里面的桶顶表面9部分形成了锥形壳8。该部分的锥度是桶托架的操作空间所需要的。
和环的水平底面3毗连的连接腹板5插入桶壳1,和桶轴线成锐角角度。槽6介于环的内壁4和成圆锥形上升的桶壳8(见图2)之间,其底面的深度达到环底面3的水平面上。
垂直界面4向外倾斜,和桶轴线成锐角角度,而水平面3向下倾斜,和桶的水平横截面成锐角角度。
携带搬运环2的外凸缘表面呈现一个凹槽10,倾斜放置并与连接腹板相对。
如图3所示,圆桶可以用三个预制零件1、9和12连接起来。桶顶9和桶底12在常用设备里用传统的注模法来制造,而桶壳的中部1则用一个吹塑型坯来制出,其两个端部被加工成装配用的边缘13。这些端部边缘与桶顶9和桶底12精确对齐。这三个零件在其边缘处被焊接在一起。

Claims (5)

1、带有桶口型式的桶是由热塑性塑料材料制成的,桶壳上至少成型出一个一体的携带搬运环,设置在连接的桶端部表面的部位上,有一个水平交界面和一个垂直交界面,用来与通用托架的夹臂相配合,其特征在于携带搬运环(2)通过环状连接腹板(5)和桶壳(1)连接,并和桶轴线成锐角角度,该连接腹板邻接水平交界面(3),而且,介于携带搬运环(2)和邻接该环的桶壳部分(8)之间的槽(6),其底面和水平交界面3处于同一高度平面内。
2、根据权利要求1的带有桶口型式的桶,其特征是携带搬运环装置(2)的垂直面(4)从桶的纵向轴线向外倾斜一定锐角角度,而水平交界面(3)则从桶的水平横截面平面向下倾斜一定锐角角度。
3、根据权利要求1和2的带有桶口型式的桶,其特征是携带搬运环(2)的外凸缘表面呈现出一个凹槽(10),环绕在连接腹板(5)的对面并倾斜于连接腹板。
4、根据前述任一项权利要求的带有桶口形式的桶,其特征是桶壳(1)上设有携带搬运环(2),携带搬运环(2)设在带有桶口(11)的桶壳端部表面上。
5、根据前述权利要求的带有桶口形式的桶,其特征是桶顶(9),桶底(12)和桶壳中间部分(1)是分体制作的,再焊接在一起构成一个完整桶。
