Abstract

在一条展开薄板输送线上包括有一个剪切机,连续输送和测量夹辊,一个用于容纳展开薄板回形部分的井,间歇输送夹辊和一个安装于其后的金属模具,其中提供了一种由剪切机在展开薄板的中间将其切断的新方法,使得由金属模具进行的生产继续到展开薄板被切断的位置时,正好生产出一批所需数目的产品而不带来薄板的额外浪费。

Description

本发明涉及一种在展开薄板输送线上将展开的薄板切断的方法。
到目前为止,在展开薄板的输送线上,如果到一卷薄板的中间时已经完成了预定数量的产品,那么将采取下述两种措施中的任一种:
1.将已展开的薄板在金属模具的入口处切断,并将切断位置以后的部分卷回到原来的卷上。
2.已展开的薄板由剪切机切断,然后,相对于剪切机在压力机一边的展开的薄板继续送去加工处理,仅将相对于剪切机在另一边的展开的薄板卷回。
在上述措施1.的情况下,回绕所必须的时间使过程时间延长,而在上述措施2的情况下,存在着所完成的产品数目不准确的缺点,并且容易增加薄板材料的浪费,因此效益差。本发明是根据上述的技术背景而提出的。
因此,本发明的一个目的是在已展开薄板的输送线上提供一个切断展开薄板的新方法,其中浪费的薄板只是为了补偿展开薄板迴形部分的误差所留出的板材边缘长度,可以保证完成的产品数目,并且只用很短的回绕时间就可以准确地得到对产品数目的控制。
依据本发明的一个特点,所提供的在已展开的薄板输送线上切断展开薄板的方法中包括一个剪切机,一个清洁机,一个校平机,连续输送和测量夹送辊,用于容纳已展开薄板的迴形部分的一个井,间歇输送夹辊和一个装在其后面的金属模具,其中当金属模具所制成的产品数目已经达到N2的整数部分时,连续生产将暂停,通过驱动校平机继续输送展开的薄板直到展开薄板的迴形部分达到预定的下限位置,然后将展开薄板再输送L3长度,并在其中间位置由剪切机切断。假定N表示一批产品的数目,F表示一次输送的量,L1表示薄板长度(指当迴形部分保持在下限位置时在剪切机到间歇输送夹辊之间的长度),L2表示从间歇输送夹辊到金属模具入口处的长度,则N1、N2和N3可由下面方程导出:
N1= (L1+L2)/(F)
N2=N-N1,且
L3=F×(N2的小数部分)。
依据本发明的另一特点,所提供的在展开的薄板输送线上切断展开薄板的方法中包括一个剪切机,一个清洁机,一个校平机,连续输送和测量夹送辊,一个用于容纳展开薄板迴形部分的井,间歇输送夹辊和一个装在其后面的金属模具;其中以从最前缘开始的展开薄板的总长度由连接在连续输送和测量夹辊的轴上的一个脉冲发生器产生的脉冲计数来测量,当上述展开薄板被测到的总长度达到L时,将展开薄板在其中间由剪切机切断。假定N表示一批产品数目,F表示一次输送的量,L′2表示在已展开薄板的最前缘留出的预定长度的浪费部分,L′3表示在剪切机到连续输送和测量夹送辊之间的薄板长度,则L和L′1可由下面方程导出:
L′1=F×N,且
L=L′1+L′2-L′3。
本发明的上述的和其他特性以及目标,通过参考下面结合附图对本发明的一个较可取的实施方案的描述将会变得更明显。

图1是展开薄板输送线的一个示意系统图,根据本发明的薄板切断方法就是应用在这样的系统上,以及
图2是一个流程图,示意性的示出根据本发明的第一较佳实施方案的切断展开薄板的方法。
现参见图1,所示为可应用切断展开薄板的方法的薄板输送线的一个例子。从一卷未示出的薄板展开的板材12如图1中所示从右向左通过剪切机1,然后接着通过清洁机2以清洁它相对两面,通过校平机3进行平整,通过连续输送和测量夹送辊4以使其连续推进并由连接有脉冲发生器13的夹送辊4对通过的长度进行测量,井5用于容纳迴形部分,即展开薄板12的松垂部分12′,这对于用间歇输送夹辊16实现展开薄板12的间歇输送是必需的,在通过另一对夹辊后,板材12被送到图中未示出的金属模具的入口。图1左端的垂直线表示了金属模具的入口。展开板材12的连续输送速度由校平机3中的夹辊和/或连续输送和测量夹辊4的驱动速度决定。金属模具入口处的间歇输送的速度由间歇输送夹辊6的夹辊驱动速度控制。为了控制展开板材12的迴形部分12′的长度,三对充电开关和光源8,9和10安装在井5中,此外,为了决定下限位置(即,参考位置),在光电开关和光源对8,9和10的下限还有另一对11。这些光电开关和光源对8,9,10和11探测迴形部分是否存在于给定水平上。校平机3中的辊驱动速度根据由光电开关和光源对8,9,10和11所探测的迴形部分12′的底部水平位置来控制,以及迴形部分12′的底部在展开板材12向金属模具间歇输送过程中保持在几个适当的水平位置范围内。
参考数字13表示连接在连续输送和测量夹辊4的转动轴上,用于产生与连续输送和测量辊4的转动速度成比例的重复频率脉冲的脉冲信号发生器。参考符号L1表示在间歇输送夹辊6和剪切机1之间包括如图1所示的处于其下限位置的迴形部分12′在内的展开薄板12的长度。参考符号L2表示在间歇输送夹滚筒6到未示出的金属模具之间的展开薄板12的长度。
在与图1所示展开薄板输送线有关的未示出的控制器中,具有常数值的板材长度L1和板材长度L2分别输入到计算机中并计算出L1L2的和。另外,一次输入量F是根据金属模具尺寸而确定的固定值,一批产品数目N也是一给定常量,它们被一起输入到控制器中的计算机里。这样,在计算机中将求出下面的各值
N1= (L1+L2)/(F) ,
N2=N-N1,且
L3=F×(N2的小数部分)
当金属模具完成的产品数目N′达到N2的整数部分时,连续生产暂停,然后驱动校平机3继续向前输送一定长度的展开薄板直到迴形部分12′的底部达到下限位置,即最低的光电开关和光源对11的水平位置,进而,如上所述将展开薄板12输送L3的长度。然后由剪切机1在中间位置切断展开薄板12。
随后,切断后在剪切机1后边的那部分展开薄板卷回原来的薄板卷上,而在剪切机前边切下的那部分展开薄板又继续进行利用金属模具的生产过程。从上述的方程中看出在连续生产再次启动后完成的产品数目N″如下:
N″= (L1+L2+L3)/(F) =N1+(N2的小数部分)
由于在切断之前完成的产品数目N′等于N2的整数部分,则全部完成的产品数目如下:
N′+N″=(N2的整数部分)+N1+(N2的小数部分)
=N1+N2
=N
这样便证明了所完成的产品的全部数目确实等于一批产品所要求的数目。
图2示意性地显示了展开薄板输送线的控制方式的流程图。要注意在流程图中,n1表示N2的整数部分,n表示完成的产品数目,其初始时设为0。
按照本发明的另一个较佳实施方案,在如图1所示相同的展开薄板输送线上,展开薄板12可以在不同的控制方式下切断。在这种切断展开的薄板的替换方法中,通过连续输送和测量夹辊4从前沿算起的展开薄板12的总长度通过对连接在连续输送和测量夹辊4的转动轴上的脉冲发生器13发生的脉冲进行计数来测量。在展开薄板12的前沿留出的浪费的那部分薄板长度是预先给定,并且在控制器的计算机中作为L′2的值预先设定。在连续输送和测量夹辊4与剪切机1之间的展开薄板12的长度也作为长度L′3预先设定。根据这些输入数据,按照下面方程可计算出长度L′1和L:
L′1=F×N,且
L=L′1+L′2-L′3
当通过连续输入和测量夹辊4的展开的薄板12的长度达到值L时,由校平机3进行的展开薄板12的输送立刻停止,剪切机1在展开薄板的中部切断。然后,剪切机1后边切断的那部分展开薄板卷回到原来的薄板卷上,剪切机1前面切断的那部分展开薄板再次通过驱动校平机3送去进行连续生产。
在连续生产中断之前,展开薄板12的一段长度L已通过连续输送和测量夹辊4;在连续生产再次启动后,展开的薄板12的L3长度的一段通过连续输送和测量夹辊4。因此,通过连续输送和测量夹辊4制成所需产品的展开薄板12的总长度是
L+L′3=(L′1+L′2-L′3)+L′3=L′1+L′2
结果是,如果在生产中不考虑在展开薄板12前沿留出的浪费部分,生产的产品的全部数量为
((L′1+L′2)-L′2)/(F) = (L′1)/(F) =N。
该值准确的等于一批产品所需的数目。
另外,按照第二种方法,即使省略了停止连续生产过程来调节迴形部分达到其下限位置的步骤,展开的薄板的浪费部分的尺、寸也不会由于未指定展开的薄板12的迴形部分的位置而带来误差,而且如果真的产生了误差,那只是由测定通过的薄板长度的误差引起的。另外,生产所需的时间缩短了由于迴形部分12′的位置调整所必要的时间,于是增加了生产效率。
这样,按照本发明,要留出薄板浪费部分的长度只是为了低消迴形部分长度误差的一个边缘,于是可以保证在一批产品中所要求的数目。另外,由于在剪切机后边的展开薄板的切断部分都卷回原来的薄板卷,且在剪切机前边展开薄板的切断部分全都用于继续生产,因而只需短的回绕期间就可以对产品的数目进行准确的控制,而展开薄板的浪费部分的尺寸可以最小。
尽管本发明的原理已经结合发明的较佳实施方案给予描述,但是在不偏离本发明的实质的情况下可以对上述实施方案作许多改变。

Claims (2)

1、一种在展开薄板输送线上切断展开薄板的方法,其中包括一个剪切机,一个清洁机,一个校平机,连续输送和测量夹辊,一个用于容纳上述展开薄板的井,间歇输送夹辊和安放在其后面的金属模具,其特征在于,当由上述金属模具完成的产品数目已经达到N2的整数部分时,连续生产暂停,驱动上述校平机继续输送上述展开薄板直到上述展开薄板的迴形部分达到预先确定的下限位置,然后上述展开薄板再输送L3长度的一段,由上述剪切机在上述展开薄板中间将其切断,假设N表示一批产品的数目,F表示每次的输送量,L1表示在上述剪切机与上述间歇输送夹辊之间的薄板长度(其迴形部分处于上述的下限位置),L2表示在上述间歇输送夹辊与上述金属模具之间薄板的长度,则可由下面方程导出N1,N2和L3:
N1= (L1+L2)/(F)
N2=N-N1,且
L3=F×(N2的小数部分)。
2、一种在展开薄板输送线上切断展开薄板的方法,其中包括一个剪切机,一个清洁机,一个校平机,连续输送和测量夹辊,一个用于容纳上述展开薄板迴形部分的井,间歇输送夹辊和一个放在其后的金属模具;其特征在于,上述展开薄板从其前沿起算的总长度是通过对连接在上述连续输送和测量夹辊的轴上的脉冲发生器所发出的脉冲数目进行计数来测量的,当测量得到的上述展开薄板的总长度已经达到L时,由上述剪切机将上述展开薄板在其中间切断,假定N表示一批产品的数目,F表示一次输送的量,L′2表示上述展开薄板的前沿留出的浪费部分的预定长度,L′3表示在上述剪切机与上述连续输送与测量夹辊之间的薄板长度,则可按下面方程导出L和L1:
L′1=F×N,且
L=L′1+L′2-L′3。
