제2도는 본 발명의 바람직한 제1예에 따른 해권 웨브 절단 방법을 도식적으로 나타내는 플로우 챠트이다.

1 : 전단기, 2 : 세정기, 3 : 레벨러, 4 : 연속공급 및 측정핀치로울, 5 : 핏트, 6 : 간헐공급핀치로울, 8,9,10,11 : 광전자 스위치-광원쌍, 12 : 해권 웨브, 13 : 펄스 발생기.

Claims (2)

  1. 전단기, 세정기, 레벌러, 연속공급 및 핀치 로울들, 해권웨브의 루우프 부분을 수용하기 위한 핏트, 간헐 공급 핀치 로울 및 금속 주형이 연속적으로 배치되어 이루어진 해권 웨브 공급라인에서 해권 웨브를 절단하기 위한 방법에 있어서, N이 1롯트에서의 생산품의 수를 나타내고, F가 공급핏치를 나타내고, L1이 전단기와 간헐 공급 핀치로울 사이의 웨브 길이(하한 위치에 유지된 루우프 부분을 포함)를 나타내고, L2가 상기 간헐공급 핀치 로울과 금속 주형의 도입구 사이의 웨브 길이를 나타내고, N1, N2및 L3이 하기식에 의해 유도되는 것을 가정할때,, N2=N-N1, L3=FX(N2의 소수부분)
    상기 금속 주형에 의해 형성된 생산품의 수가 N2의 정수 부분에 도달한 때, 연속제조가 임시 중단되고, 상기 해권 웨브는 그 웨브의 루우프 부분이 그의 미리 정해진 하한 위치에 도달할때까지 상기 레벨러를 구동시킴에 의해 더 공급되고, 다음, 상기 해권 웨브가 L3만큼 추가로 공급되고, 상기 해권 웨브가 그의 중간위치에서 상기 전단기에 의해 절단되는 것을 특징으로하는 해권 웨브 절단 방법.
  2. 전단기, 세정기, 레벌러, 연속공급 및 핀치 로울들, 해권웨브의 루우프 부분을 수용하기 위한 핏트, 간헐 공급 핀치 로울 및 금속주형이 연속적으로 배치되어 이루어진 해권 웨브 공급라인에서 해권 웨브를 절단하기 위한 방법에 있어서, N이 1롯트에서의 생산품의 수를 나타내고, F가 공급핏치를 나타내고, L2'가 전연부에 준비되는 해권 웨브의 폐기 부분의 미리정해진 길이를 나타내고, L3'는 상기 전단기와 상기 연속공급 및 측정핀치 로울 사이의 웨브 길이를 나타내고, L 및 L1'가 하기 식에 의해 유도되는 것을 가정할때, L1'=F X N, L = L1' + L2' - L3', 전연부로부터 시작하여 해권 웨브의 전체 길이가 상기 연속공급 및 측정 핀치 로울의 회전축에 연결된 펄스 발생기에 의해 발생된 펄스의 수를 게산함에 의해 측정되고, 상기 해권 웨브의 측정된 전체길이가 L에 도달할때, 상기 해권 웨브가 그의 중간 위치에서 전단기에 의해 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해권 웨브절단 방법.
