技术领域
本实用新型扭矩限制器属于摩托车发动机领域,特别是涉及一种安装在发动机曲轴箱内的扭矩限制器。
现有技术
目前两轮摩托车、三轮摩托车、四轮机动车辆所用发动机由起动电机到曲轴的动力传动中没有能双向切断动力的机构,不能在起动电机过载和发动机反转时对起动电机和发动机进行过载保护。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种在两轮摩托车、三轮摩托车、四轮机动车辆所用发动机由起动电机到曲轴的动力传动中增设能双向切断动力的扭矩限制器,结构简单、体积小、功能可靠,提高了发动机的可靠性和耐久性。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,起动保护器内套,挡圈,起动过桥齿轮,摩擦钢板,摩擦板,起动保护器间隔垫片,碟形弹簧,调整垫圈组成,起动过桥齿轮,摩擦板起动保护器间隔垫片通过花键与起动保护器内套连接,碟形弹簧装配于起动保护器间隔垫片和挡圈之间,调整垫圈装配于碟形弹簧和挡圈之间,调整碟形弹簧的压缩量,挡圈将起动过桥齿轮、摩擦钢板、摩擦板、起动保护器间隔垫片、碟形弹簧和调整垫圈组合压紧于起动保护器内套上,摩擦钢板外圆周上加工有渐开线齿廓。
碟形弹簧通过挡圈的压缩在摩擦钢板和摩擦板之间产生正压力而获得摩擦力,使摩擦钢板与摩擦板之间能传递动力,摩擦钢板与摩擦板之间通过摩擦力传递动力,摩擦板与起动保护器内套之间通过花键传递动力,起动保护器内套与起动过桥齿轮之间通过花键传递动力,摩擦钢板和起动过桥齿轮之间就能传递动力,通过调整垫圈调整碟形弹簧的压缩量而调整摩擦钢板和摩擦板之间的摩擦力,使摩擦钢板和起动过桥齿轮之间传递的扭矩在规定的范围内。当起动电机过载和发动机反打、反转,摩擦钢板和起动过桥齿轮之间传递的扭矩超过规定范围时,摩擦钢板、摩擦板之间打滑而切断摩擦钢板和起动过桥齿轮之间的动力传递,对起动电机和发动机进行有效的保护。
本实用新型摩擦板和摩擦钢板为多片组成。
本实用新型结构简单,当起动电机过载和发动机反打、反转时对起动电机和发动机进行过载保护,能双向切断动力的传递。

如附图1所示,本实用新型起动保护器内套1,挡圈2,起动过桥齿轮3,摩擦钢板4,摩擦板5,起动保护器间隔垫片6,碟形弹簧7,调整垫圈8组成,起动过桥齿轮摩擦板和起动保护器间隔垫片通过花键与起动保护器内套连接,3片碟形弹簧对合组合装配于起动保护器间隔垫片和挡圈之间,挡圈将起动过桥齿轮,摩擦钢板,摩擦板,起动保护器间隔垫片,碟形弹簧和调整垫圈组合压紧于起动保护器内套上,摩擦钢板外圆周上加工有渐开线齿廓。

1、种扭矩限制器,其特征是起动保护器内套,挡圈,起动过桥齿轮,摩擦钢板,摩擦板,起动保护器间隔垫片,碟形弹簧,调整垫圈组成,起动过桥齿轮,摩擦板起动保护器间隔垫片通过花键与起动保护器内套连接,碟形弹簧装配于起动保护器间隔垫片和挡圈之间,调整垫圈装配于碟形弹簧和挡圈之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的扭矩限制器,其特征是摩擦钢板外圆周上加工有渐开线齿廓。
3、据权利要求1所述的扭矩限制器,其特征是3片碟形弹簧对合组合装配于起动保护器间隔垫片和挡圈之间。
4、据权利要求1所述的扭矩限制器,其特征是摩擦板和摩擦钢板为多片。
