本实用新型双向切断动力的扭矩限制器属于发动机领域,齿轮、碟形弹簧座、摩擦片通过花键与扭矩限制器轴连接,碟形弹簧叠合组合背向碟形弹簧座装配于碟形弹簧座和摩擦片之间,调整垫圈装配于齿轮和碟形弹簧座之间,专用挡圈和轴用弹性挡圈将摩擦片、摩擦钢片、碟形弹簧、碟形弹簧座、垫圈和齿轮组合压紧于扭矩限制器轴上,摩擦钢片通过花键与扭矩限制器外罩连接,本实用新型结构简单,当起动电机过载和发动机反打、反转时对起动电机和发动机进行过载保护。

技术领域
本实用新型双向切断动力的扭矩限制器属于发动机领域,特别是涉及一种应用于两轮摩托车、三轮摩托车、四轮机动车辆,安装在发动机曲轴箱内的扭矩限制器。
背景技术
目前两轮摩托车、三轮摩托车、四轮机动车辆所用发动机由起动电机到曲轴的动力传动中没有能双向切断动力的机构,不能在起动电机过载和发动机反转时对起动电机和发动机进行过载保护。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种结构简单、体积小、功能可靠,提高发动机的可靠性和耐久性,由起动电机到曲轴的动力传动中增设能双向切断动力的扭矩限制器
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,它是由扭矩限制器轴,专用挡圈,齿轮,调整垫圈,孔用弹性挡圈,专用垫圈,碟形弹簧,碟形弹簧座,摩擦片,摩擦钢片,轴用弹性挡圈,扭矩限制器外罩组成,齿轮、碟形弹簧座、摩擦片通过花键与扭矩限制器轴连接,碟形弹簧叠合组合背向碟形弹簧座装配于碟形弹簧座和摩擦片之间,调整垫圈装配于齿轮和碟形弹簧座之间,调整碟形弹簧的压缩量,专用挡圈和轴用弹性挡圈将摩擦片、摩擦钢片、碟形弹簧、碟形弹簧座、垫圈和齿轮组合压紧于扭矩限制器轴上,摩擦钢片通过花键与扭矩限制器外罩连接,孔用弹性挡圈将摩擦片、摩擦钢片、碟形弹簧、碟形弹簧座、调整垫圈、齿轮、专用挡圈、轴用弹性挡圈和扭矩限制器轴组合限位于扭矩限制器外罩内,专用垫圈分别装配于孔用弹性挡圈和摩擦片之间、孔用弹性挡圈和碟形弹簧之间并通过花花键与扭矩限制器外罩连接。
碟形弹簧通过专用挡圈和轴用弹性挡圈的压缩在摩擦片、摩擦钢片之间产生正压力而获得摩擦力使摩擦片和摩擦钢片之间能传递动力,扭矩限制器外罩和摩擦钢片之间通过花键传递动力,摩擦片和摩擦钢片之间通过摩擦力传递动力,摩擦片和扭矩限制器轴之间通过花键传递动力,扭矩限制器轴和齿轮(20T)之间通过花键传递动力,扭矩限制器外罩和齿轮之间就能传递动力,通过调整垫圈调整碟形弹簧的压缩量而调整摩擦片和摩擦钢片之间的摩擦力,使扭矩限制器外罩和齿轮之间传递的扭矩在规定的范围内。当起动电机过载和发动机反打、反转扭矩限制器外罩和齿轮之间传递的扭矩超过规定范围时,摩擦片和摩擦钢片之间打滑而切断扭矩限制器外罩和齿轮之间的动力传递对起动电机和发动机进行有效的保护。
本实用新型结构简单,当起动电机过载和发动机反打、反转时对起动电机和发动机进行过载保护。

如附图1所示,本实用新型是扭矩限制器轴1,专用挡圈2,齿轮3,调整垫圈4,孔用弹性挡圈5,专用垫圈6,碟形弹簧7,碟形弹簧座8,摩擦片I9,摩擦钢片10,摩擦片II11,轴用弹性挡圈12,扭矩限制器外罩13组成,齿轮3、碟形弹簧座、摩擦片I和摩擦片II通过花键与扭矩限制器轴连接,3片碟形弹簧叠合组合背向碟形弹簧座装配于碟形弹簧座和摩擦片II之间,调整垫圈装配于齿轮和碟形弹簧座之间调整碟形弹簧的压缩量,专用挡圈和轴用弹性挡圈将摩擦片II、摩擦钢片、摩擦片I、碟形弹簧、碟形弹簧座、调整垫圈和齿轮组合压紧于扭矩限制器轴上,摩擦钢片通过花键与扭矩限制器外罩连接,孔用弹性挡圈将摩擦片II、摩擦钢片、摩擦片I、碟形弹簧、碟形弹簧座、调整垫圈、齿轮、专用挡圈、轴用弹性挡圈和扭矩限制器轴组合限位于扭矩限制器外罩内,专用垫圈分别装配于孔用弹性挡圈和摩擦片II之间、孔用弹性挡圈和碟形弹簧之间并通过花花键与扭矩限制器外罩连接。

1、一种双向切断动力的扭矩限制器,其特征是由扭矩限制器轴,专用挡圈,齿轮,调整垫圈,孔用弹性挡圈,专用垫圈,碟形弹簧,碟形弹簧座,摩擦片,摩擦钢片,轴用弹性挡圈,扭矩限制器外罩组成,齿轮、碟形弹簧座、摩擦片通过花键与扭矩限制器轴连接,碟形弹簧叠合组合背向碟形弹簧座装配于碟形弹簧座和摩擦片之间,调整垫圈装配于齿轮和碟形弹簧座之间,专用挡圈和轴用弹性挡圈将摩擦片、摩擦钢片、碟形弹簧、碟形弹簧座、垫圈和齿轮组合压紧于扭矩限制器轴上,摩擦钢片通过花键与扭矩限制器外罩连接,孔用弹性挡圈将摩擦片、摩擦钢片、碟形弹簧、碟形弹簧座、调整垫圈、齿轮、专用挡圈、轴用弹性挡圈和扭矩限制器轴组合限位于扭矩限制器外罩内,专用垫圈分别装配于孔用弹性挡圈和摩擦片之间、孔用弹性挡圈和碟形弹簧之间并通过花花键与扭矩限制器外罩连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双向切断动力的扭矩限制器,其特征是3片碟形弹簧叠合组合背向碟形弹簧座装配于碟形弹簧座和摩擦片之间。
