本实用新型起动减压装置属于发动机领域,特别是涉及一种应用于两轮摩托车、三轮摩托车、四轮机动车辆,安装在单缸、四冲程、大排量发动机凸轮轴的起动减压装置。
现有技术
由于单缸、大排量往复式内燃机的曲柄连杆活塞机构回转质量大,压缩冲程活塞阻力大,当发动机排量大于250cc时,手拉起动相当困难,电起动时起动电机的负荷大,必须设置起动减压装置来减小起动阻力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种在发动机的凸轮轴上设置起动减压装置,降低缸压,减小起动阻力,改善起动性能。本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,它是由减压阀销,减压阀,减压盘座,减压平衡块,减压拉簧,销,凸轮挺销,凸轮轴,卡环组成,减压阀销,减压阀放入减压平衡块的开槽处,将减压平衡块用减压拉簧与减压盘座挂好,将减压阀穿入减压盘座的孔中,用销将减压平衡块和减压盘座铆接,凸轮挺销插入凸轮轴的相应孔中,减压盘座对准凸轮挺销,减压阀销,减压阀,减压盘座,减压平衡块,减压拉簧,销装在凸轮轴上,用卡环固定在凸轮轴上。
凸轮轴静态到200~300rpm时,减压拉簧的拉力将减压平衡块拉紧,使减压阀扁方部分的圆弧面高于凸轮的基圆,当凸轮轴转速大于200~300rpm时,减压平衡块克服减压拉簧的拉力向外绕销的中心旋转,带动减压阀转动,直到减压阀销转到减压盘座的限位位置,使减压阀扁方部分圆弧面朝向凸轮轴中心,减压阀低于凸轮的基圆。将减压阀设置在排气凸轮的基圆上,位置在凸轮型线的压缩阶段初期。这样发动机起动的初始阶段时,减压平衡块离心力不足以克服减压拉簧的拉力,减压阀高于基圆,摇臂经过此段凸轮时被抬起,排气门打开,降低缸压,改善了起动性能;发动机正常点火运转时,减压平衡块离心力克服减压拉簧的拉力,减压阀低于基圆,减压机构不起作用,保证正常的缸压。
本实用新型结构简单,采用实时反馈转速变化的减压平衡块和减压拉簧的组合,结构紧凑,在发动机的凸轮轴上设置起动减压装置,降低缸压,减小起动阻力,改善起动性能。

如附图1、附图2所示,本实用新型减压阀销1,减压阀2,减压盘座3,减压平衡块4,减压拉簧5,销6组成,减压阀销和减压阀过盈压装好,放入减压平衡块的开槽处,将减压平衡块用减压拉簧与减压盘座挂好,将减压阀穿入减压盘座的孔中,用销将减压平衡块和减压盘座铆接好,将凸轮挺销7插入凸轮轴8的相应孔中,将减压盘座对准凸轮挺销,减压阀销1,减压阀2,减压盘座3,减压平衡块4,减压拉簧5,销6组合件装在凸轮轴8上,用卡环9固定在凸轮轴上。
