本实用新型涉及一和活塞式内燃机,特别是一和改进曲轴连杆机构的增力内燃发动机。
现有的活塞式内燃机,其曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比小,因此整机的输出功率低,机械效率低。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有活塞式内燃机的缺点,利用杠杆原理,在不改变原有发动机整体结构的基础上,增大曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比,提高整机的输出功率与机械效率,从而达到节省燃油和延长发动机使用寿命的目的。
本实用新型是这样实现的:本实用新型是对现有的活塞式内燃机连杆部件的改进,它由原来的对称形结构改为非对称形结构,即偏心节能连杆,改变了连杆对曲轴的受力点位置,以增大曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比。利用杠杆原理提高整机的输出功率与机械效率,从而达到节省燃油和延长发动机使用寿命之目的。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有增大曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比20-50%,减少了燃油爆发时对曲轴的震压力,提高了整机的输出功率与机械效率,从而节省燃油和延长发动机使用寿命。
本实用新型以下将结合附图中的实施例进一步描述:
图1是偏心节能连杆剖视图,由连杆活塞销孔1,偏心杆2,连杆曲轴孔3,螺母4组成,将其装在发动机曲轴与活塞之间。

1.偏心节能连杆,由连杆活塞销孔1,偏心杆2,连杆曲轴孔3,螺母4组成,其特征在于连杆的非对称形结构,以增大曲轴连杆机构的传动杠杆比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的偏心节能连杆,其特征在于非对称形,其上端部孔与活塞销铰连,中部偏心,下部与曲轴相较链,增大杠杆比20-50%。
