Abstract
一种可自动定位的旋转角轮包括:一固定部,一设在该固定部下方的旋转部,一设在固定部与旋转部间的轴承单元,一将该旋转部及该轴承单元以可旋转地固定在固定部上的固定单元及一定位单元;当旋转角轮呈垂直状时,该定位单元与该定位凹部呈分离关系,当旋转角轮呈倾斜状时,该定位单元便扣入该旋转部的定位凹部内,使旋转部的角轮达成自动定位。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型为有关一种可自动定位的旋转角轮,尤指一种适用于行李箱自动定位的旋转轮,当旋转角轮呈垂直状时,该定位单元与该定位凹部呈分离关系,当旋转角轮呈倾斜状时,该定位单元便扣入该定位凹部内,使旋转角轮达成自动定位。
背景技术
一般现有行李箱的旋转角轮,有两轮、三轮及四轮角轮,就两轮角轮行李箱而言,其两角轮多半设在行李箱后底部角落,再加上一设在前方的站脚,基本上该种角轮为定向行走的角轮,在平坦路面行走相当稳定,但在转弯行走或崎岖的路面行走时,由于在水平方向不能自由旋转,令使用者在握持把手操控时,较为困难,亦较为费力。就三轮及四轮角轮而言,其优点为当行李箱作水平移动时,其角轮具有水平向的自由度,可因应转弯及路面状况随时自动调整其水平的转向,使用者操控容易,惟当行李箱以拉杆呈倾斜行走,只使用后方两角轮时,由于角轮的水平向自由度过于灵活,往往造成角轮自行偏向行走而造成角轮轮面作无谓磨损而缩短角轮的使用寿命为其缺点,故现有行李箱的定向角轮及非定向角轮各有其缺点,实有待改进。
实用新型内容
因此,实用新型人因有鉴于现有行李箱旋转角轮上述诸缺点,乃积极构思及实际试验,遂发展出本实用新型可自动定位的旋转角轮。
因此,本实用新型的主要设计目的,乃在于提供一种兼具定向角轮及非定向角轮的优点而无其缺点的可自动定位的旋转角轮。
本实用新型的另一设计目的,乃在于提供一种可自动定位的旋转角轮,使当行李箱以三或四轮被拖曳行走,旋转角轮呈垂直状态时,旋转角轮可自由旋转,其自由度不受到限制;当行李箱以两轮被倾斜拖曳行走,旋转角轮呈倾斜状态时,其自由度即受到限制,旋转角轮可自动定向,以达到定向稳定运动行进的功效。
本实用新型为了达成上述的目的及功效,其所采行的技术手段包括:
一用以固定在行李箱上的固定部;
一设在该固定部下方的旋转部,该旋转部包括一可作垂直向旋转的轮体及一可将该轮体一起带动而作水平向旋转的轮座部,该轮座部上设有一定位凹部;
一设在固定部与旋转部间的轴承单元;及
一其上端枢设于固定部上,其下端可偏摆扣入旋转部的定位凹部内的定位单元;
藉此构成旋转角轮,当旋转角轮呈垂直状时,该定位单元与该定位凹部呈分离关系,当旋转角轮呈倾斜状时,该定位单元便扣入该定位凹部内,使旋转角轮达到自动定位的稳定运动路径。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果为:
提供了一种兼具定向角轮及非定向角轮的优点而无其缺点的可自动定位的旋转角轮。
提供了一种可自动定位的旋转角轮,使当行李箱以三或四轮被拖曳行走,旋转角轮呈垂直状态时,旋转角轮可自由旋转,其自由度不受到限制;当行李箱以两轮被倾斜拖曳行走,旋转角轮呈倾斜状态时,其自由度即受到限制,旋转角轮可自动定向,达到定向稳定运动行进的功能。

具体实施例
为能进一步了解本实用新型的特征、技术手段以及所达成的具体功能、目的,现列举本实用新型的一较具体实施例,并配合图式、图号详细说明如后。
本实用新型的自动定位旋转角轮,主要包括一固定部(例如角轮轮架10或行李箱底部10A),一旋转部(例如:旋转轮30),一设在该固定部与旋转部间的轴承单元,使旋转部可在固定部下方自由旋转,及一自动定位单元(例如:可自由摆动的定位块50),在本实用新型的一具体实施例中,如图1至图4所示,本实用新型的固定部为轮架10,旋转部为旋转轮单元30,轴承单元为培林20,自动定位单元为一设在轮架10端部上凹穴12内,其上端并以枢梢56枢设在凹穴12的定位块50,该等旋转轮单元30、培林20藉固定件(例如卯钉)40由旋转单元30的中心轴孔342下方穿过培林20中心轴孔至轮架10的固定凹部11的固定孔111,再由垫圈件60的固定孔61将的一起予以锁固,使旋转轮单元30以可旋转方式固定在轮架10的底部,此乃本实用新型行李箱角轮的结构。另,该固定件40可与旋转单元30的中心轴结合为一体,而成为旋转单元30的中心轴(图中未示),该中心轴穿过培林20中心轴孔至轮架10的固定凹部11的固定孔111后,再以一C型扣环予以扣止,亦属可行,故该固定件40并非以一独立单元的存在为必要,谨此说明。
本实用新型的主要特征在于旋转轮单元30的轮座部34的周缘上设一定位凹部341,而在轮架10底部15中间处设一由下往上凸出的凹穴12,该凹穴12的前侧壁122为垂直壁,后侧壁123为倾斜壁,并使凹穴12的断面呈一开口U形,如图3所示,以便定位块50以枢梢56枢设在凹穴12时,定位块50的内侧54与凹穴12的后侧壁123间具有较大的活动空间(请参图3),可以自由偏摆,由图2可知,本实用新型的定位块50具有一较薄的上半部52,一设在上半部的枢孔53及一较厚的下半部51,使定位块50的重心朝下,可在受重力作用方向改变时自行偏摆,利用此一原理,当角轮处于正直位置时,如图3及图5所示,定位块50受地心引力作用呈垂直状而靠持于该凹穴12的前侧壁122,定位块50的下半部51不扣入定位凹部341内,即行李箱角轮可以非定向地自由旋转,而当角轮呈倾斜状,如图4及图6所示,定位块50为维持其垂直状,乃朝轮座34的定位凹部341内偏摆,因而使定位块50的下半部51扣入旋转轮单元30轮座34的定位凹部341内,而使旋转轮单元30的轮31以定位方向行走,如图6所示的行李箱是被倾斜拖曳行走的状态,而当行李箱呈垂直状态拖曳行走时,定位块50又恢复,如图3及图5所示,与定位凹部341呈分离的状态,故本实用新型的行李箱角轮的定位与解除定位完全取决于行李箱的使用角度而定,由于该定位块及定位凹部是设在与行李箱行进方向相同的方向上,因此,定位块50的偏摆方向与行李箱的使用行进方向相同,亦即行李箱在拖曳行走时,为免于角轮体受磨损及使行李箱的行径路径正确起见,该行李箱的旋转角轮单元30将为定位块50自动定位,而于行李箱呈非倾斜状时,定位块50即与定位凹部341呈分离的关系,即行李箱角轮解除定位,由此可知,本实用新型的自动定位旋转角轮的定位装置构造简单,组装容易,操作简便快速,使用后又不易故障,实为一绝佳的行李箱自动定位的创意。
综上所述,本实用新型的可自动定位的旋转角轮藉其特有的结构特征,确能达原实用新型目的的各项要求,且大幅改进现有产品的莫大实用功效,更未见有相同结构特征的产品公开贩售,显见本案实已符合新型专利的成立要件,故依法提出专利的申请,恳请早日赐准本案专利,以彰显专利法奖励国人实用新型的立法精神,是所至盼。
以上所述内容与所举实施例的图标,仅是本实用新型的较佳实施范例,概凡知悉此项技艺的人士依本实用新型的精神所作成的各种变化和修饰,仍应包括在本案的专利范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种可自动定位的旋转角轮,其固定在行李箱的底部,其特征在于包括:一用以固定在行李箱上的固定部;
一设在该固定部下方的旋转部,该旋转部包括一可作垂直向旋转的轮体及一可将该轮体一起带动而作水平向旋转的轮座部,该轮座部上设有一定位凹部;
一设在固定部与旋转部间的轴承单元;及
一其上端枢设于固定部上,其下端可偏摆扣入旋转部的定位凹部内的且当旋转角轮呈垂直状时,其与该定位凹部呈分离关系,当旋转角轮呈倾斜状时,其便扣入该定位凹部内,使旋转角轮达到自动定位的稳定运动路径的定位单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该固定部为行李箱的角轮轮架或行李箱的底部。
3.如权利要求1所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该旋转角轮进一步包括一将该旋转部及该轴承单元以可旋转地固定在固定部上的固定单元。
4.如权利要求1所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该定位单元包括一设在旋转部上的定位凹部及一以枢梢枢设在固定部上的定位块。
5.如权利要求4所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该定位块的上端部较薄,下端部较厚,其枢孔设在上端部。
6.如权利要求4所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该定位凹部设在旋转部的轮座的轮缘上。
7.如权利要求2所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该可供定位块的枢孔经由一枢梢枢设在凹穴内而可自由偏摆的定位凹部设在轮架后缘端部由下往上凸出形成一凹穴。
8.如权利要求1所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该定位块及定位凹部的作动方向与行李箱行进方向相同。
9.如权利要求3所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该旋转角轮的固定单元为一单独的铆钉单元。
10.如权利要求3所述的可自动定位的旋转角轮,其特征在于,该旋转角轮的固定单元为一可与旋转单元的中心轴结合为一体,而成为旋转单元的中心轴。
