Abstract

一种具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构,主要藉由枢组的主车轮架、可扭力变形的前后辅助车轮架组合而成,该辅助车轮架的扭力支撑组可以更稳定地支撑车体,而主车轮架与前辅助车轮架之间更设计有摆动滚轮,运用扭力支撑组、摆动滚轮组及枢组主车轮架的搭配,本实用新型车体可配合上、下坡自行调节主车轮架及辅助车轮架,不会因为上、下坡而影响车体平衡,故本实用新型实为一种具有更高稳定性、安全性及舒适性的电动轮椅轮架机构。

技术领域
本实用新型关于一种具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构。
背景技术
现今常见的代步车、电动辅助车、电动轮椅车等,对于行动不方便的年长者、病患而言,已经是生活之中最重要的代步交通工具,包括室内活动、室外行动、旅行、登机等,都是目前电动轮椅车(代步车、电动辅助车)的功能;
传统电动轮椅车(代步车、电动辅助车)的车体结构概成矩形的车架结构型态,请参阅图1所示(本国专利公告第370866号案),其在一矩形车架10的前、后端侧配置有具车轮的前轮架11、具车轮的后轮架12,且在前轮架11与后轮架12之间组设动力轮架13动力轮架13包括动力车轮,另在该前轮架11与动力轮架13上各组设有一压缩弹簧14,利用该压缩弹簧14可以让该前轮架11与动力轮架13产生受力压缩、弹力伸张复位的效果,并以此适应上、下坡作动及各种地形运作;此传统电动轮椅车车架结构设计虽然可符合基本的轮椅车功能,但经本实用新型发明人实际深入研究后发现,其轮椅车车架结构在稳定性、使用安全性及搭乘舒适性上均有相当的限制及不足,实有进一步加以突破改良的必要;在此将传统车架结构所面临的缺陷逐项说明于下:
其一,就稳定性而言,传统矩形车架10是利用压缩弹簧14产生受力压缩、弹力伸张复位的效果,但是压缩弹簧14的弹力不仅会使前轮架11与动力轮架13复位,且其弹力会让矩形车架10产生跳动;以乘坐者的角度来看,一辆不断跳动的电动轮椅车并不稳定,更何况乘坐者都是年长者与病患,身体上的协调性本就较差,根本不适合乘坐如此不稳定的电动轮椅车;
其二,就使用安全而言,虽然传统矩形车架10利用压缩弹簧14可以压缩、伸张复位,但该前轮架11与动力轮架13之间并无相配合的构件,故该前轮架11与动力轮架13个别进行受力压缩、伸张复位工作,加上其后轮架12无法收缩,造成矩形车架10会随各轮架的作动而向前倾斜、摆动,对于经常上、下坡的行驶而言,重心会经常大幅往前摆荡,不但会有翻车的危险,更不适合身体协调性差的年长者与病患使用:
其三,就舒适性而言,目前电动轮椅车(代步车、电动辅助车)的市场竞争十分激烈,而乘坐舒适性就是消费者选择的必要条件,但习用矩形车架10的稳定度离理想状况仍有十分大的差异,乘坐舒适性更形成目前电动轮椅车业者积极研发的主要课题;
综上所述,若能将电动轮椅车代步车、电动辅助车的车体稳定度、安全性及舒适度提升,则此项产品必将成为市场上的成功商品,且能符合消费者实际上的需求。
新型内容
本实用新型的目的之一,在于提供一种具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构,本实用新型辅助车轮架的扭力支撑组可以更稳定地支撑车体,而主车轮架与前辅助车轮架之间更设计有摆动滚轮,运用扭力支撑组、摆动滚轮组及枢组主车轮架的搭配,本实用新型车体可配合上、下坡自行调节主车轮架及辅助车轮架;藉此,本实用新型车体可视实际需求自动调节行驶稳定性及安全性。
本实用新型的目的之二,在于提供一种具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构,本实用新型藉由可扭力变形的扭力支撑组支撑车体,该扭力支撑组较弹簧具有更高的回复稳定性,不会产生弹性震荡的问题,故本实用新型的稳定性较习用更佳。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构,包括一车体、二主车轮架、四个扭力支撑组、二前辅助车轮架、二摆动滚轮组及二后辅助车轮架所构成,其特征在于:
该车体,一矩形车架,在该车体上制设有左、右对称的枢接孔;
该主车轮架,在后段制设有动力马达及动力轮,而该主车轮架中段对应枢接在该车体的枢接孔,另该主车轮架前端凸伸于该车体前方,且于主车轮架前端制设有一连接孔;
该扭力支撑组,组设在该车体前、后端;
该前辅助车轮架,其前端以枢接一前辅助轮,而在前辅助车轮架后端则凸设一扭杆,该扭杆组设于该扭力支撑组内,另在前辅助车轮架靠近枢座的位置制设有一连接孔,该连接孔对应于该主车轮架前端的连接孔;
该摆动滚轮组,由二摇摆片、一滚轴及一滚轮组合而成,该摇摆片开设有一长条孔,该长条孔一端相对枢组于该主车轮架的连接孔上,而长条孔另一端则相对枢组于该前辅助车轮架的连接孔上,另该滚轮套设在滚轴外,且该滚轴可滑动枢设于二摇摆片的长条孔中段;
该后辅助车轮架,其前端枢接一后辅助轮,而在后辅助车轮架前端则设有一扭杆,且扭杆组设于该扭力支撑组内。
该扭力支撑组,由一筒件及多数阻块固结而成,该筒件被俩俩相对螺设于该车体的前、后二端,而该阻块则相对应固结在该筒件的内壁,且在同一筒件的各阻块之间形成有对称空间;而该前辅助车轮架及后辅助车轮架的扭杆端面制设有螺孔,且扭杆被迫塞于该扭力支撑组的对称空间内,并以一封盖螺固于扭杆端面的螺孔上。该扭力支撑组各阻块之间形成有对称方形空间;而该前辅助车轮架及后辅助车轮架的扭杆也为对称的方形扭杆。该主车轮架为一曲制杆架。
使用本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过枢组的主车轮架、可扭力变形的前后辅助车轮架组合而成,该辅助车轮架的扭力支撑组可以更稳定地支撑车体,而主车轮架与前辅助车轮架之间更设计有摆动滚轮,运用扭力支撑组、摆动滚轮组及枢组主车轮架的搭配,本实用新型车体可配合上、下坡自行调节主车轮架及辅助车轮架,不会因为上、下坡而影响车体平衡。

首先请配合参阅图2、图3所示,本实用新型实施例所提供的一种具辅助轮的电动轮椅架机构,其主要由一车体20、二主车轮架30、四个扭力支撑组40、二前辅助车轮架50、二摆动滚轮组60及二后辅助车轮架70所构成者,其中:
该车体20,一矩形车架,在该车体20的车架上制设有左、右对称的凸耳21,该凸耳21位于车体20前、后二端之间,且在该凸耳21上各制设有一枢接孔211;
该主车轮架30,一曲制杆架,在主车轮架30后段制设有动力马达31及动力轴32,该动力轴32带动一动力轮321,而该主车轮架30中段对应该车体20的凸耳21制设有枢孔33,且以枢轴34枢穿该枢孔33及凸耳21的枢接孔211,另该主车轮架30前端凸伸于该车体20前方,且于主车轮架30前端制设有一连接孔35;
该扭力支撑组40,由一筒件41及多数阻块42固结而成,该筒件41被俩俩相对螺设于该车体20的前、后二端,而该阻块42则相对应固结在该筒件41的内壁,且在同一筒件41的各阻块42之间形成有对称的方形空间43;
该前辅助车轮架50,其前端以枢座51枢接一前辅助轮511,而在前辅助车轮架50后端则垂直凸设有一方形扭杆52,且于方形扭杆52端面制设有螺孔521,而该方形扭杆52被迫塞于该扭力支撑组40的方形空间43内上述二扭力支撑组40位于车体20前端,并以一封盖522螺固于螺孔521上,另在前辅助车轮架50靠近枢座51的位置制设有一连接孔53,该连接孔53的位置对应于该主车轮架30前端的连接孔35;
该摆动滚轮组60,由二摇摆片61、一滚轴62及一滚轮63组合而成,该摇摆片61上开设有一长条孔611,二摇摆片61的长条孔611上端系运用螺丝64、螺帽65枢组于该主车轮架30的连接孔35上,而二摇摆片61的长条孔611下端则同样运用螺丝64、螺帽65枢组于该前辅助车轮架50的连接孔53上,另该滚轮63套设在滚轴62外,且该滚轴62配合螺帽65枢设于二摇摆片61的长条孔611中段;
该后辅助车轮架70,其前端以枢座71枢接一后辅助轮711,而在后辅助车轮架70前端则垂直凸设有一方形扭杆72,且于方形扭杆72端面制设有螺孔721,而该方形扭杆72被迫塞于该扭力支撑组40的方形空间43内上述二扭力支撑组40位于车体20后端,并以一封盖722螺固于螺孔721上;以上所述,即为本实用新型的各组件相关位置及其构造的概述,藉由上述的结构特征与其相互关系位置的巧妙安排,接着,再请配合下述各构件间的交互配合原理乃能达成本实用新型前揭各项目的。
请参阅图4所示,当本实用新型上坡运作时,该前辅助车轮架50的前辅助轮511由于位于较高上坡处,故前辅助轮511会受到较大的上压力量,此时,该方形扭杆52会扭推该扭力支撑组40的多数阻块42阻块42变形蓄力,使前辅助车轮架50顺时针略旋依图4的图面方向,但该主车轮架30并无压力变化,故该摆动滚轮组60二摇摆片61会开始逆时针枢旋,在此同时,该摇摆片61会搭配滚轮63、长条孔611进行旋摆,且其一并将压力传递给主车轮架30前端,藉由该主车轮架30中段枢轴34与凸耳21的枢接孔211的配合,该主车轮架30的后端动力轮321将会承接部分的前辅助轮511压力顺时针方向力量,使前辅助轮511的上升不会造成车体20前端向上倾斜,而是配合该主车轮架30的动力轮321将车体20向上平稳提升,故本实用新型进行上坡作动时,该前辅助车轮架50与主车轮架30都会顺时针略旋,且该车体20会平稳呈现略升状态,而不会如同以往车体一般形成倾斜。
直到该滚轮63旋靠至另一侧时,表示前辅助车轮架50受到较大上升位置变化上坡坡度大,而前辅助轮511的压力会更确实地传递给主车轮架30前辅助车轮架50与主车轮架30如同一体,故本实用新型的上坡动作会随坡度自行调变。
请参阅图5所示,当本实用新型下坡运作时,该前辅助车轮架50的前辅助轮511位于较低下坡处,此时,该方形扭杆52会扭推该扭力支撑组40的多数阻块42阻块42变形蓄力,使前辅助车轮架50逆时针略旋依图5的图面方向,但该主车轮架30并无压力变化,故该摆动滚轮组60二摇摆片61会开始顺时针枢旋,在此同时,该摇摆片61会搭配滚轮63、长条孔611进行旋摆,且其一并将应力传递给主车轮架30前端,藉由该主车轮架30中段枢轴34与凸耳21的枢接孔211的配合,该主车轮架30的后端动力轮321将会受到逆时针方向的力量,使前辅助轮511的下降不会造成车体20前端向下倾斜,而是配合该主车轮架30的动力轮321将车体20向下平稳略降,故本实用新型进行下坡作动时,该前辅助车轮架50与主车轮架30都会逆时针略旋,且该车体20会平稳呈现略降状态,而不会如同以往车体一般形成向下倾斜。
直到前辅助车轮架50与主车轮架30夹掣在滚轮63二侧时,表示前辅助车轮架50受到较大的下降位置变化下坡坡度大,而被夹掣定位的滚轮63将使前辅助轮511的压力更确实地传递给主车轮架30前辅助车轮架50与主车轮架30如同一体,故本实用新型的下坡动作也会随坡度自行调变。
值得一提的是,由于该后辅助车轮架70同样具有扭力支撑组40,故后端扭力支撑组40的多数阻块42也会配合车体20升降,保持本实用新型的平稳性、安全性及舒适性;此外,由于扭力支撑组40是以阻块42蓄力进行回复,且阻块42的蓄力仅限于恢复形变,并不会产生过大的回复力量,让扭力支撑组40的往复运作不会产生跳动。
综上所述,本实用新型实施例所揭露的构造,藉由枢组的主车轮架、可扭力变形的前后辅助车轮架组合而成,该辅助车轮架的扭力支撑组可以更稳定地支撑车体,而主车轮架与前辅助车轮架之间更设计有摆动滚轮,运用扭力支撑组、摆动滚轮组及枢组主车轮架的搭配,本实用新型车体可配合上、下坡自行调节主车轮架及辅助车轮架,不会因为上、下坡而影响车体平衡。

Claims (4)

1.一种具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构,包括一车体、二主车轮架、四个扭力支撑组、二前辅助车轮架、二摆动滚轮组及二后辅助车轮架所构成,其特征在于:
该车体,一矩形车架,在该车体上制设有左、右对称的枢接孔;
该主车轮架,在后段制设有动力马达及动力轮,而该主车轮架中段对应枢接在该车体的枢接孔,另该主车轮架前端凸伸于该车体前方,且于主车轮架前端制设有一连接孔;
该扭力支撑组,组设在该车体前、后端;
该前辅助车轮架,其前端以枢接一前辅助轮,而在前辅助车轮架后端则凸设一扭杆,该扭杆组设于该扭力支撑组内,另在前辅助车轮架靠近枢座的位置制设有一连接孔,该连接孔对应于该主车轮架前端的连接孔;
该摆动滚轮组,由二摇摆片、一滚轴及一滚轮组合而成,该摇摆片开设有一长条孔,该长条孔一端相对枢组于该主车轮架的连接孔上,而长条孔另一端则相对枢组于该前辅助车轮架的连接孔上,另该滚轮套设在滚轴外,且该滚轴可滑动枢设于二摇摆片的长条孔中段;
该后辅助车轮架,其前端枢接一后辅助轮,而在后辅助车轮架前端则设有一扭杆,且扭杆组设于该扭力支撑组内。
2.根据权利要求1所述具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构,其特征在于,该扭力支撑组,由一筒件及多数阻块固结而成,该筒件被俩俩相对螺设于该车体的前、后二端,而该阻块则相对应固结在该筒件的内壁,且在同一筒件的各阻块之间形成有对称空间;而该前辅助车轮架及后辅助车轮架的扭杆端面制设有螺孔,且扭杆被迫塞于该扭力支撑组的对称空间内,并以一封盖螺固于扭杆端面的螺孔上。
3.根据权利要求2所述具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构,其特征在于,该扭力支撑组各阻块之间形成有对称方形空间;而该前辅助车轮架及后辅助车轮架的扭杆也为对称的方形扭杆。
4.根据权利要求1所述具辅助轮的电动轮椅轮架机构,其特征在于,该主车轮架为一曲制杆架。
