Abstract
本实用新型是关于一种轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构,其主要藉由将前导轮组的导轮架枢设于该轮椅车的枢设座上所构成;据使前导轮组行驶通过高、低落差路况时,导轮架得以导轮为支点向上摆动,同时带动轮椅车车架前端向上扬升,使操作者的重心向后移转,使前导轮组的导轮受力减少,使该前导轮组得以轻易越过高、低落差路况;本实用新型结构是透过前导轮组的导轮架枢设于该车架的枢设座上所构成,其结构、构件均较传统设计简化,就产业界的制造、组配、维护成本而言,可达到大幅降低制造成本的目的。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构。
背景技术
对于行动不便的年长者或使用者而言,透过电动轮椅车作为生活中的代步工具,是相当普遍的方式之一;而传统电动轮椅车,其行驶一般平坦路况并无大碍,但是当电动轮椅车行驶于具有高、低落差路况时,一般电动轮椅车若无设计精良的悬吊系统,通常无法顺利通过,甚而造成操作危险;将常用电动轮椅车结构及其使用实况配合图标说明如后:
请参阅图1所示,此为目前具有悬吊系统设计的电动轮椅车结构,其是于车架10二侧分别配设有一动力轮11,该动力轮11并透过动力马达12驱动,该车架10于二侧分别各制设有一凸耳13,该凸耳13与一连杆14相枢设,该连杆14的一端与动力马达12连结,而该连杆14的另端则凸设于车架10前方;于车架10其前端二侧分别装设有一前导轮架15,并于前导轮架15端部枢设有一导轮16;该前导轮架15侧边是以一联结片17与连杆14前端侧边相连接,并于联结片17中配置滚轮171,使前导轮架15与连杆14之间可遂行预定的摆动作业,并藉以构成电动车的悬吊系统;
据此,当该导轮16行驶通过高、低落差路况时,该前导轮架15得以往上摆动,并藉由联结片17及滚轮171而驱使连杆14向下偏摆,使动力轮11的受力增加,进而促使动力轮11与地面的抓地力增加,让该动力轮11得以强行推动导轮16越过高、低落差路况,如上所述,即为目前已知电动轮椅车的悬吊结构及其运作方式之一;现将其问题点叙述如下:
其一,前述电动轮椅车通过高、低落差路况时,是藉由该连杆14作动使动力轮11的受力增加,并同时以该动力轮11强行推迫导轮16越过高、低落差路况,其越过高、低落差路况的过程中,会迫使该动力马达12以耗费较多动能方式通过,然而,对于电动轮椅车而言,动能(电能)的过度消耗,并不利于运作;
其二,如前述电动轮椅车的悬吊系统,虽然设计相当精良,且能顺利通过具高、低落差路况,然而,结构上必须藉由连杆14与联结片17分别连接于动力轮11与前导轮架15上,并需于联结片上配置滚轮171等构件,方可达到上述的功效;就产业界而言,其构件设计及构件组配较为复杂,相对导致制造成本有过高的问题;
有鉴于此,本发明设计人为寻求改善目前电动轮椅车所面临的技术瓶颈,遂开发出一种轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构,使其得以最精简的结构设计及组配,构成电动轮椅车的悬吊,不仅可符合降低制造成本且得以达到减少动能损耗的目的。
新型内容
本实用新型的首要目的,是藉由该前导轮组的导轮架枢设于该轮椅车的枢设座上,使该前导轮组的导轮遇到高、低落差路况时,前导轮组的导轮架会以导轮为支点向上转动,带动轮椅车的车架前端向上扬升,使操作者与轮椅车车架的重心向后移动,让该前导轮组的导轮受力减少,使该前导轮组的导轮得以轻易越过高、低落差路况;由于过程中是透过将乘坐者的重心向后移转方式而运作,并非全然仰赖轮椅车自身动能。
本实用新型的另一目的,本实用新型的悬吊系统,是直接独立设计位于前导轮,即可达到顺利通过高、低路况的功效,而无需如传统悬吊结构必须以复杂的连杆连接前导轮架与动力轮。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构,该结构为:车架20,在其二侧分别固设有一枢设座23,在枢设座23上开设有二枢设孔24,而在枢设座23的底部则设有一条孔25;
前导轮组30,由一导轮架31位于其前端部配设一设有导轮33的枢座32组成;在导轮架31另端二侧设有二对应枢孔34,并于另二端面分别开设有定位条孔36及定位孔37;该导轮架31的枢孔34与车架枢设座23的枢设孔24相对应并枢设配置,而导轮架31的定位条孔36及定位孔37则与枢设座23的条孔25对应;
定位栓40,穿设于前导轮组30的定位孔37及定位条孔36与车架枢设座23的条孔25内;
该前导轮组30装设在车架20上,定位栓40两端成型使该前导轮组30的导轮架31于车架的枢设座23上摆动形成限止的端部。
该车架的枢设座23与前导轮组的导轮架31间通过一橡胶环41套设于定位栓40上,并可于该导轮架31的定位孔37上方的定位栓40上亦套设有一提供该前导轮组30的导轮架31上、下摆动的缓冲的橡胶环42。
该前导轮组30的定位螺栓40上端可套设有一套管43,通过旋转可推动定位螺栓的套管43位移的调整螺帽44锁设于定位螺栓40上。
该前导轮组的导轮架31与轮椅车枢设座23间的橡胶环41外缘套设有一可避免前导轮组的导轮架上下晃动的弹簧45。
使用本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型在于该前导轮组的导轮架枢设于该车架的枢设座上,使该前导轮组的导轮遇到高、低落差路况时,该前导轮组的导轮架会以导轮为支点向上摆动,并同时带动车架前端向上扬升,使操作者与轮椅车车架的重心向后移动,让该前导轮组的导轮受力减少,让该前导轮组的导轮轻易越过高、低落差路况,达到减少驱动轮动能损耗的目的;且由于本实用新型仅藉由该前导轮组的导轮架枢设于该车架的枢设座上,即可达到上述之功效,故其构件精简,可达到降低制造、维护成本的目的。具体而言,是指一种具有构造精简、作动确实、可降低制造成本的结构设计,且能达到减少动能损耗的轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构。

具体实施方式
首先,请参阅图2、图3所示,本实用新型的前导轮组30是装设于一车架20上,且该车架20二侧分别枢设有一驱动轮21,该驱动轮21是以一驱动马达22驱动;其中:
该车架20,于二侧分别固设有一枢设座23,枢设座23上开设有二枢设孔24,而于枢设座23底部则设有一条孔25;而该驱动轮21是枢设于车架20后方;
该前导轮组30,是由一导轮架31前端以一枢座32枢设一导轮33所组成,且该导轮架31后端二侧制设有二相对应的枢孔34,该枢孔34对应车架20的枢设座23上的枢设孔24,并以一螺栓35穿设于该枢设座23上的枢设孔24与导轮架31上的枢孔34内,而该导轮架31后端底面制设有一定位条孔36,该定位条孔36对应车架20的枢设座23上的条孔25,该导轮架31后端顶面制设有一定位孔37,该定位孔37与导轮架31底面的定位条孔36相对应;
该定位栓40,是穿设于该前导轮组30的定位孔37及定位条孔36与车架20的枢设座23上的条孔25内,且于该车架20的枢设座23与前导轮组30导轮架31之间的定位栓40上套设有一橡胶环41,并于该前导轮组30的定位孔37上方的定位栓40上亦套设有另一橡胶环42;以上所述,即为本实用新型各相关组件的相互关系位置及其构造的概述。
以下兹将其作动及操作方式,配合图式详细说明如后:
请参阅图4至图7所示,当操作者乘坐轮椅车行驶于一般路况时,该操作者与轮椅车的重量会均匀分布于二前导轮组30的导轮33与二驱动轮21上,而在行进过程中该前导轮组30的导轮33遇到高、低落差路况时,初期该高、低落差路况会导致前导轮组30的导轮33无法继续前进,但此时由于该轮椅车20的二驱动轮21仍然继续向前驱动推进;因此,该前导轮组30的导轮架31会以导轮33为支点向上摆动,在此同时,由于该前导轮组30的导轮架31是枢设于该车架20的枢设座23上,故该前导轮组30的导轮架31会带动车架20前端向上扬升(如图5所示);而在该车架20前端向上扬升之后,该车架20是呈向后倾斜状,所以,该操作者会随着车架20向后倾斜,值得注意的是,此时操作者与轮椅车车架20的重心会转移落在车架20的二驱动轮21上,使二前导轮组30的导轮33受压力减少,同时利用该轮椅车20的二驱动轮21继续向前推进,使该前导轮组30的导轮33得以轻易爬上该高、低落差路况(如图6所示);而待该前导轮组30的导轮33越过高、低落差路况后,该车架20与操作者的重心会逐渐恢复往前移,使该车架20的枢设座23受力增加,此时,由该导轮架31的定位孔37上方的橡胶环42弹力,减缓因该车架20上的枢设座23受力增加而产生的震动;值得注意的是,其中该橡胶环42并非必要,其设计目的,是为使操作者在行驶通过高、低落差路况时较为舒适的目的(如图7所示)。
所以,本实用新型是藉由该前导轮组30的导轮33遇到高、低落差路况时,该前导轮组30的导轮架31会以导轮33为支点向上摆动,带动车架20前端向上扬升,使操作者与轮椅车车架20的重心向后移动,让该前导轮组30的导轮33受力减少,让该前导轮组30的导轮33得以轻易越过高、低落差路况;换言之,本实用新型设计上,电动轮椅车通过高、低落差路况时,并非如传统设计,全然靠驱动轮21的动力强力推迫电动轮椅车通过,而是利用操作者的重心移转,一方面使前导轮组30的受力减轻,另一方面使驱动轮21得以顺利往前推进,并藉以达到减少驱动轮21动能过度损耗的目的;
由于本实用新型结构相当精简,是由将前导轮组30的导轮架31枢设于该车架20的枢设座23上,即可达到前述的功效,无需如传统结构必须藉由该连杆与联结片分别连接于动力轮与前导轮架上,方可达到上述的功效,所以,本实用新型的构件及结构设计,对于产业界而言,可大幅降低生产、组配、维修成本,而符合实际需求。
请参阅图8、图9所示,此为本实用新型的另一实施例,该定位栓40可由车架20的枢设座23上的条孔25往上穿设于该橡胶环41、前导轮组30的定位条孔36及定位孔37与橡胶环42内,且于该定位栓40上端套设有一套管43,并以一调整螺帽44锁设于定位栓40上;据此,该定位栓40的长度可透过调整螺帽44而调整,藉由旋转该调整螺帽44推动定位栓40的套管43位移,让操作者可依自身重量而调整该定位栓40的橡胶环41、42弹力,例如体重重者,可将定位栓40的作动范围留长(此时橡胶环受力低),体重轻者则缩短定位栓40的作动范围,据此,得使轮椅车的前导轮悬吊更趋近于操作者的实际状态,而使行驶过程更为舒适;
另外,请参阅图10所示,该定位栓40的橡胶环41外缘可套设一弹簧45,藉此,可于搬动该轮椅车时,避免前导轮组30的导轮架31上、下晃动,且能辅助该橡胶环41的弹力。
综上所述,本实用新型的创新结构设计是在于该前导轮组的导轮架枢设于该车架的枢设座上,使该前导轮组的导轮遇到高、低落差路况时,该前导轮组的导轮架会以导轮为支点向上摆动,并同时带动车架前端向上扬升,使操作者与轮椅车车架的重心向后移动,让该前导轮组的导轮受力减少,让该前导轮组的导轮轻易越过高、低落差路况,达到减少驱动轮动能损耗的目的;且由于本实用新型仅藉由该前导轮组的导轮架枢设于该车架的枢设座上,即可达到上述功效,故其构件精简,可达到降低制造、维护成本的目的。
Claims (4)
1.一种轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构,其特征在于,该结构为:
车架(20),在其二侧分别固设有一枢设座(23),在枢设座(23)上开设有二枢设孔(24),而在枢设座(23)的底部则设有一条孔(25);
前导轮组(30),由一导轮架(31)位于其前端部配设一设有导轮(33)的枢座(32)组成;在导轮架(31)另端二侧设有二对应枢孔(34),并于另二端面分别开设有定位条孔(36)及定位孔(37);该导轮架(31)的枢孔(34)与车架枢设座(23)的枢设孔(24)相对应并枢设配置,而导轮架(31)的定位条孔(36)及定位孔(37)则与枢设座(23)的条孔(25)对应;
定位栓(40),穿设于前导轮组(30)的定位孔(37)及定位条孔(36)与车架枢设座(23)的条孔(25)内;
该前导轮组(30)装设在车架(20)上,定位栓(40)两端成型使该前导轮组(30)的导轮架(31)于车架的枢设座(23)上摆动形成限止的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构,其特征在于:该车架的枢设座(23)与前导轮组的导轮架(31)间通过一橡胶环(41)套设于定位栓(40)上,并可于该导轮架(31)的定位孔(37)上方的定位栓(40)上亦套设有一提供该前导轮组(30)的导轮架(31)上、下摆动的缓冲的橡胶环(42)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构,其特征在于:该前导轮组(30)的定位螺栓(40)上端可套设有一套管(43),通过旋转可推动定位螺栓的套管(43)位移的调整螺帽(44)锁设于定位螺栓(40)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的轮椅车独立式前导轮悬吊结构,其特征在于:该前导轮组的导轮架(31)与轮椅车枢设座(23)间的橡胶环(41)外缘套设有一可避免前导轮组的导轮架上下晃动的弹簧(45)。
