一次性的有吸收能力的物品
本发明涉及一种一次性的具有吸收能力的物品，更具体一些，涉及一种像卫生巾或月经垫、一次性尿布等的一次性物品。
已经知道，在能吸收体液的物品的工业化生产中，将能吸收液体的芯部的上表面复盖一具有多条导液通道的顶层，每条通道沿厚度方向延伸通过，并在其上端与下端开口。在作为这种物品的一个实施例的卫生巾的情况下，例如从日本公开专利申请No.平5-154175中已经知道，用一网状薄层复盖在各导液通道下端的开口，以便将每个开口分成多个较小的开口，从而防止涂抹了月经排出物的能吸收液体的芯部通过导液通道的开口清楚地进入使用者的视线。当然，网状薄片多少能盖住由有吸收能力的芯部吸收的月经污斑。
但是，用网状薄片将每个开口分成多个较小的开口可能会相应地减少在整个顶层上的开口的面积比，并降低卫生巾的吸收能力，例如体液吸收率或吸收度。
鉴于上述问题，本发明的主要目的是通过在能吸收液体的芯部的上表面和顶层的下表面之间放置一用亲水性纤维做的体液扩散层，并在其上边设置多个用憎水性合成树脂形成的条形区，来盖住被有吸收能力的芯部吸收的月经污斑，而不降低吸收体液的能力。
按照本发明，本发明的上述目的是通过下述措施实现的，即采用一种包括一顶层和一能吸收液体的芯部的一次性的有吸收能力的物品，所述顶层设有多条导液通道，它们沿着各自沿厚度方向延伸并穿过的平面的方向彼此相互隔开一所要求的距离，并在其上端与下端有开口，所述的能吸收液体的芯部至少有一上表面是用顶层复盖的，其特征为：在能吸收液体的芯部的上表面和与导液通道的下端相接触的顶层的下表面之间放置一用亲水性纤维做的体液扩散层，在扩散层的上表面载有多个由憎水性合成树酯做的平行延伸的条形区，以使条形区越过在导液通道的下端的开口延伸。
最好，条形区用经过挤压成型的热塑性合成树酯做成，而体液扩散层则用预先经过处理的热塑性合成纤维制造，使之成为亲水性的。
最好是在体液扩散层的下表面上也做出条形区。
采用如上所述布置的能吸收体液的物品，排出的体液，例如排到顶层上的经血就从各条导液通道的下端的开口流至与这些开口接触的体液扩散层上，然后渗入体液扩散层中并最终流入下面的能吸收液体的芯部。能吸收液体的芯部由体液扩散层复盖，在扩散层的上表面上载有多个条形区，因而已被能吸收液体的芯部吸收的月经污斑通过扩散层和扩散层上所载的条形区的协作而被有效地掩盖，由此使之几乎不能被看见。即使经血被排到物品的有限的部位上，这种月经排出物也会散布到能吸收液体的芯部的大片范围上并迅速地吸入其中，这是因为，经血渗入用亲水性纤维制成的体液扩散层中。
从下面参考附图进行的对作为本发明的一个实施例的卫生巾的描述中，能更好地了解按照本发明的能吸收体液的物品。图中：

参看图1，一种基本上是矩形的卫生巾或月经垫包括一能渗透液体的顶层2，一不能渗透液体的底层3，一置于这两层2、3之间的能吸收液体的芯部4，和一置于顶层2和能吸收液体的芯部4之间的体液扩散层5。在平面视图中，能吸收液体的芯部4和扩散层5具有基本上相同的形状，同时，能吸收液体的芯部的上表面由扩散层5复盖。顶层和底层2、3沿其朝外延伸并越过能吸收液体的芯部4的周边的部分水密地结合在一起。
顶层2用热塑性合成树脂膜制造并设有多条导液通道6，各通道沿顶层2的平坦表面的方向彼此按所要求的距离相互隔开，以保证所要求的液体渗透性。底层3用热塑性合成树脂膜制造。能吸收液体的芯部4用绒毛浆状纤维或绒毛浆状纤维和有高度吸收能力的聚合物颗粒的混合物制成。扩散层5用预先经过处理的热塑性合成纤维织物制成，以便使之成为亲水性的并至少在其上表面上载有多个用憎水性热塑性合成树脂制造的条形区8，该条形区沿卫生巾的纵向延伸，并彼此平行，每个条形区8的尺寸定为具有0.05至1.5mm的宽度，最好是0.1至1.0mm。
参看图2，顶层2的每条导液通道6都有上端开口10和下端开口11，这些开口又具有合适的径向载面形状，如圆形或多边形。就这些开口是圆形的情况而论，至于是上端开口10的直径“D”大于下端开口11的直径“d”，还是“d”大于“D”，并不重要。
如图所示，在能吸收液体的芯部4的剖面上可以同时看到各个毛绒浆状纤维12和具有高的吸收能力的各个聚合物颗粒13。能吸收液体的芯部4的纤维密度要调整成大于扩散层5的纤维密度，并且聚合物颗粒13的量要调节成按重量计是能吸收液体的芯部的5至40％。尽管通过均匀地将聚合物颗粒13与绒毛浆状纤维12混合，可以达到所要求的效果，但最好是将聚合物颗粒13与绒毛浆状纤维12这样混合，即可使前者在邻近底部的层中分布的密度大于在与能吸收液体的芯部4的顶部相邻的层中分布的密度。然后，就可用合适的方法如用热熔胶将按此方式构成的能吸收液体的芯部断续地连接在底层3的上表面上，以保证能吸收液体的芯部4与底层3不会从它们的预定的相对位置上脱开。
用于扩散层5的非纺织物也可以例如是旋转粘成的非纺织物，它具有10至50g/m2的单位面积重量，并经过预处理，以便成为亲水性的，其纤维密度调整成低于能吸收液体的芯部4的纤维密度。扩散层5的上表面15与相应的导液通道6的下端开口16紧密接触。上表面15上的条形区8由例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯这样的憎水性合成树脂膜制造，并焊在扩散层5上，每个条形区具有宽度“W”＝0.05至1.5mm，最好是0.1至1.0mm。这些条形区8彼此隔开一段距离，此距离小于各个下端开口11的直径“d”，从而使条形区8可以部分地延伸越过各个下端开口11的部分。
采用如上所述构造的卫生巾1，月经排出物就如图1和2中箭头所示的那样被导向。具体地说，经血经过导液通道6被吸入具有较低密度的扩散层5，在该处，经血在层5中同时沿层5的纵向(参看图1)和横向(参看图2)扩散，最后，经血被具有较高密度的能吸收液体的芯部4吸收并保持。由能吸收液体的芯部4如此保持的月经排出物有效地被扩散层5和条形区8所复盖，以致它几乎不能从上面通过顶层2被看见，同时可以避免它从能吸收液体的芯部4回流至顶层2的上表面(所谓的再湿润现象)。由于采用了卫生巾1，当月经排出物在扩散层5中被吸收时，它立即大片地扩散，同时在相应的大范围内由能吸收液体的芯部4的上表面吸收。由此，尽管有条形区8部分地盖住各导液通道6的下端开口11这样一个事实，但是卫生巾1对经血的吸收率和吸收能力从总体上讲并不会受到大的影响。
参考图3，扩散层5不仅在其上表面15上而且在其下表面16上都设有条形区8。采用按此变型的扩散层5，则当通过减少各导液通道6的下端的开口11的被条形区8直接封闭的总面积，从而改进对经血的吸收率时，由能吸收液体的芯部4吸收的月经污斑可以直接地被复盖。
参考图4，形成扩散层5的非纺织物在位于条形区8下面的部分20中的纤维密度要调节成大于在这些条形区8之间延伸的部分21中的纤维密度。此外，在部分20中的密度要调节成小于能吸收液体的芯部4的密度，以使多数经血在它从低密度区21流向高密度区20以后才能流至能吸收液体的芯部4。这样，在能吸收液体的芯部4和扩散层5上的月经污斑都能很好地不被使用者的眼睛看见，这是因为，在扩散层5中，多数经血都被收集在位于条形区8下面的高密度区20中，并同时沿这些部分20的纵向朝卫生巾1的纵向相对端迅速扩散。这样，月经排出物在卫生巾1的这些端部也被芯部4吸收。
在按照本发明的卫生巾1中，在上面所示并描述的实施例中用于扩散层5的旋转粘成的非纺织物也可以用其它类型的非纺织物，如通过熔化粘成的非纺织物或纤维只是在其中堆积的纤维网代替。用憎水性合成树脂制造的条形区8可以用热塑性合成树脂的挤压成型的条或丝形成，每个条形区在连续供给的扩散层5的表面上的宽度“W”＝0.05至1.5mm，厚度＝0.01至0.08mm，并在压力下将其接合在表面上。另一种方案是，也可以在层5的表面上置放用热熔性胶做的丝，或是将层5的表面部分地加热，以形成薄膜状的条形。也可以通过将每一对相邻的条形区8部分地连成梯子形的样子，以增强这些条形区8，只要这种增强不会影响经血沿纵向的扩散。应当理解，用于增强的连接最好沿条形区8的纵向彼此隔开一段20mm或更长的距离。条形区8可以适当地着色，以改进对经血的掩盖效果。此外，可以使形成扩散层5的许多单独的纤维，最好是超过半数的单独的纤维沿卫生巾1的纵向或横向取向，以保证经血可迅速地流至能吸收液体的芯部4的纵向或横向相对端。
本发明的具有吸收能力的物品允许在能吸收液体的芯部上的月经污斑有效地不被使用者的眼睛看见，同时又不会降低物品的体液吸收能力，这是因为，有这样一种独特的布置，即将用亲水性纤维制造的扩散层置于顶层与能吸收液体的芯部之间，而扩散层则在其上表面上设有用憎水性合成树脂做的条形区。

Claims (4)

1.一种一次性的有吸收能力的物品，包括一顶层和一能吸收液体的芯部，所述顶层设有多条导液通道，它们沿着各自沿厚度方向延伸并穿过的平坦表面的方向彼此隔开，并在其上端与下端有开口，所述的能吸收液体的芯部至少有一用所述顶层复盖的上表面，其特征为：
在上述能吸收液体的芯部的上表面和与所述导液通道的下端接触的上述顶层的下表面之间放置一用亲水性纤维做的体液扩散层，在扩散层的上表面载有多个用憎水性合成树脂做的平行延伸的条形区，以使上述条形区延伸越过上述导液通道的下端的上述开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性的有吸收能力的物品，其特征为，上述条形区是经过挤压成型的热塑性合成树脂，而上述体液扩散层则是预先经过处理的热塑性合成纤维，它是亲水性的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性的有吸收能力的物品，其特征为，每个上述条形区包括用热塑性合成树脂做的挤压成型的膜或丝，条形区具有0.05至1.5mm的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性的有吸收能力的物品，其特征为，上述条形区也做在上述体液扩散层的下表面上。
