planting: removing soil at the root of the collected salt-tolerant emergent aquatic plants, clamping the salt-tolerant emergent aquatic plants by using a fixing body, plugging the salt-tolerant emergent aquatic plants into holes of a planting plate, oppositely forming a fixing hole with the aperture smaller than that of the hole of the planting plate on the upper surface and the lower surface of the planting plate by using wooden fixing strips in pairs, just clamping the fixing hole on a main stem of the salt-tolerant emergent aquatic plant, oppositely clamping a line of the salt-tolerant emergent aquatic plant by using the fixing strips in pairs, fixing the periphery of the planting plate by using a frame after planting is finished, and pressing two ends of the fixing strips in the frame;

The frame is made of Korean pine wood strips. The upper and lower fixing strips are fixed from both ends. Planting: removing root soil of the collected salicornia seed seedlings, clamping plant bases by using a sponge fixing body, plugging the plant bases into holes of a planting plate, forming a fixing hole with the diameter smaller than that of the fixing body by using wood fixing strips in a pairwise opposite mode on the planting plate, enabling main stems of the planted seedlings in the fixing hole to be just opposite, clamping a row of planted seedlings by using the fixing strips in a pairwise opposite mode, fixing the periphery of the planting plate by using a frame after planting is finished, and pressing the fixing strips in the frame. Four angles reuse of frame puts a stuff to one side fixedly, simultaneously and add a horizontal stuff in the intermediate position of frame, fixed with T font steel sheet 5, increase the firmness.

In the control group 1, the fixed froggrass and suaeda salsa seedlings were directly distributed in the estuary area.
The contrast group 2 is prepared by distributing fixed Salicornia Bigelivii seedling with salinity of 10, temporarily culturing in water containing nutritive salt for about one week, observing the growth of white new fibrous root at root, and directly culturing in river mouth with salinity of 26-27.
After 20 days, the survival rate of the salicornia bigelovii with the salinity gradually increased by temporarily culturing the salicornia bigelovii with low salinity water reaches over 80 percent, new branches and leaves grow at the top of the plant, while the survival rate of the directly distributed control group 1 is only 20 percent, the survival rate of the control group 2 is 61 percent (figure 4) and the plant does not grow obviously.
During the whole cultivation period, the ecological floating bed is not turned over by wind waves, and plants and the fixed bodies do not fall off from the planting plates.
